“Darlene went above and beyond with our little girl, Rosie. We really put her through the ringer. Rosie is older and has health issues that occasionally arise. Just before her stay, she started experiencing incontinence, which, though treated, was not yet under control during her stay with Darlene. Poor Darlene had to use her mop quite a bit, and despite the burden, she treated Rosie so gently and sweetly. Even though having accidents normally stresses Rosie out, she was very content at Darlene's. She was given a lot of love, a healthy amount of treats, and plenty of outside and playtime with Darlene's little pom, Foxi. We were able to relax knowing that Rosie was in great hands. We're big fans of Darlene. Will book again, if she'll have us.”

About: I worked at a boarding business for cats and dogs and was around many different breeds, sizes, and ages of cats. In this job I had to clean out their litter box, feed them their desired food, and also give medicine to the ones that needed it. I also had to play and cuddle and spend time with each cat during a shift. I have always grown up around cats, my first ever pet was a cat, and I own a cat now as well. About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I am the person that always walks other people's dogs since they don't have the time for it. The well-being of pets, even those I don't own, is always something that I pay close attention to. I have taken care of my pregnant dog twice, helping her deliver and tending to newborn puppies. I have also taken care of sick dogs and dogs who recently had surgery, all of which was very demanding. I also rescued a cat from the street which currently lives with me. Right now I am in between jobs so I'm very free, which is why I'm very flexible and taking care of your pets will be my priority. There might be an occasional weekend once a month where I might be busy but that would the only conflicting issue. The rest of the time I will be very flexible and work with your needs. My home is mostly suitable for cats or small dogs that live indoors. It's a small one bedroom so it doesn't have a lot of space for boarding. For a cat, my house has cat trees, litter box, plenty of toys and everything they might need. I do have a cat, if your pet does good with other pets. I like to keep things clean.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. I’m patient, dependable, attentive to each pet’s routine, and happy to give extra love and attention to puppies, senior dogs, and pets with unique needs. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I’m available for boarding on weekends and for weekday care after 11 AM. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and keep their feeding, walking, playtime, and rest schedule as consistent as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming environment where pets can relax, play, and feel comfortable. I always follow each pet’s feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions carefully. In your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and make sure your pet stays safe and comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I’ll also keep you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve grown up with having a variety of pets. I currently have a dog and two cats and recently a gecko. I have house experience house/pet sitting for about a year now. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I am available most of the time. I am open to housesitting over weekends. I can make as many visits as your pet needs. I am comfortable caring for your pet exactly how you want and/or what you’re comfortable me doing. I am open to housesitting if need be.

About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. I have also always taken a special interest in volunteering at local animal shelters. I would love the chance to look after and love your animal like my own. I recently moved to the area and have time before my program starts. My days are all about learning the area and preparing for classes so my availability is extremely flexible. About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

If you would like check-ins, clean ups, feedings, Monday through Friday after 5:00 pm and All day Saturdays and Sundays, I am available elsewhere. I am also available for boarding and overnights. I have a fenced in back yard with a large natural grass pad. I can board your animal at my home should you need. I am open to specific needs like medication, play, feeds, interactions, grooming and socialization. I provide open continuous communication as you need.
