About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. And I have a very sweet cat who was about three years old and she does very well with other animals if your baby needs company.

Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: Throughout my life, I have raised and trained multiple puppies and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! I’ve spent my days walking, feeding, bathing, training, and loving my cattle dog and shepherd mix named Moose for the last two years. I also regularly sit for a miniature schnauzer named Gandalf the Grey and for a tabby cat named Ronnie! I am experienced in basic skills training and loving all kinds of little furry friends! I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years now for friends, family, and now clients. I’m a transparent and thorough communicator, and I’ll let you know of any prior commitments that I may have during a house stay request. I also do real-time check-ins/updates, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing, what we’re up to, and when I am present and when I leave your home. My day-to-day work/school is remote and flexible, so I can choose my own hours and follow your pet’s daily routine (waking/sleeping/feeding, etc.), and give them lots of both active, attentive quality time (undivided attention playing with them, walking them, petting them, brushing them, caring for them, etc.) and hangout time (for example, sitting on the couch together). Whenever possible, I can take short-notice and same-day requests. I have evening classes most weekdays for ~2-4 hours, depending on the day, and occasional performances on weekends, but typically no other scheduling commitments from May to September annually. From September through May (9 months, Fall to Summer), I am unavailable Saturdays and some Fridays (mostly First Fridays) due to our performance schedule. About: In July 2017, I did drop in visits for my neighbor Katie while she was on vacation for her senior cat Amber. I would visit Amber ( in the pics above) in the am/pm hours to feed her, socialize with her, provide fresh water, remove & throw away the cat litter. She loves to purr & walk between my legs & rubs on head on my legs! She doesn't like to be held so it was a miracle she allowed me to hold in the pics above (smile)! I've had pets (dogs, cats, fish & turtle)throughout my life and loved their companionship. I've volunteered at the Humane Society walking, socializing with the dogs & educated potential human companions on a weekly basis about the the types of the pets that may be the best for them, what and how lifestyle dictates the best companionship for both animals and humans, is the human active on a daily/weekly basis, then I might suggest adopting a young Jack Russell Terrier, they definitely need a twice a day walk or it's a senior who wants companionship, then maybe a basset hound whose 5+ years old may be a good fit for both. Cats can be good choices for companionship. In some situations may be easier, they don't require any walking as you would with a dog. They will use their litter box. I work remote and virtual so I can provide and give the attention, care and love to your fur babies in your home, plus, walking the dogs. Currently my housing situation does not allow me to board animals. So I'm not able to offer those services. I desire to house and pet sit in the customers home.
