“Brooke and her family were wonderful sitters! My two dogs are very anxious around strangers, but Brooke provided a very relaxed environment for the dogs and, based on all the pictures she sent me, both dogs adjusted very quickly and loved having the run of their big back yard. I would highly recommend Brooke and plan to use their services in the future. THANK YOU!!!”

“Radler had a great time being loved by Sergio & Bethany and their sweet family while we were out of town. The meet and greet was a wonderful way to put our mind at ease. We also received the cutest pictures letting us know Radler was happy and well taken care of.”

“Pamela took great care of my little girls while I was away. They loved playing in her backyard. I received daily photo updates of them and confirmation of them taking their medication.”

“Eric was phemominal w/Turbo! Turbo looked happy AND appropriately tired in all the pics & videos Eric sent. Now I'm worried I'll have to keep up the resort standard Turbo experienced at home! Thank you, Eric for an over the top stay!”

“Ashley was an excellent sitter! It was my first time using her, and the meet and greet went well. My pup stayed with her for a week and she was very responsive, and communicated really well. I felt like she genuinely cared about my dog and he seemed well taken care of. Would highly recommend.”

“Marina was absolutely WONDERFUL. She sent me updates on Benji every morning, noon and in the evening! Benji got along with her pups and he looked very happy! We were a little late picking him up but Marina understood completely. We would definitely book with Marina again for our boarding needs!!”

“Christian and Hanna watched our dog for four days. We were very pleased with their care of our dog Princess. They have a beautiful home with plenty of room for her to run around. Princess received daily walks and plenty of attention. We were also pleased with the daily photos and updates we received. I do not hesitate to recommend Christian and Hanna to take care of your dog.”

“I can’t recommend Kelly and family enough! They did such a fantastic job of providing nurturing and safe energy to my pups. They genuinely care about animals and your babies will be loved…not just boarded!”

“Mac had a great stay with her and I’m super grateful for how flexible and accommodating she was with my crazy schedule. I ended up having to extend his stay twice from the original booking, and both times she didn’t hesitate at all to keep him longer, which helped me out so much and took a ton of stress off my plate. She sent me updates while I was away, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about him and loved having him there. I felt really comfortable knowing he was with her and being taken care of the whole time. I’d definitely trust her with Mac again and would absolutely book with her in the future. 😊😊😊”

“Rachael and her husband treated Zumi as their own! She had such a great time and was tuckered out when she got home. Their yard was a great hit with my pup. The communication was top notch. She will be back”

“Clara was so kind with our very anxious Cavapoo. In fact, when we picked up Cody he went over briefly to Clara to say "bye". Also, he ate while we were gone! We have had some issues in the past where our little guy would go on a food strike while we were out of town. Thank you so much Clara!”

“Don’t stress about it and book with Huaqing!! I was extremely nervous about leaving my cat, Muffin, with a new person. She’s usually a very timid and shy cat but with that updates Huaqing sent, I could see she was in caring hands!! Huaqing helped me out in a tough time/very last minute booking and I am very grateful. I definitely plan on reaching out to her again if I’m in need of a sitter.”

“Milla watched my cats for a long trip and she is great at communicating and was very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter. She responded quickly when I had questions and my cats really liked her. She kept my space clean and tidy for when I came home as well. Thank you Milla!”

“Sara was amazing! It was our first time using Rover and the process was easy. I was so grateful for the daily updates from Sara and the attention she gave to our fur babies. 10/10 recommend!”

“Teresa is amazing! She took such a good care of our cats that they didn't even care that we were back home lol Can't recommend her enough, just be careful that your pets might miss her more than they miss you lol”

“Jadon did an amazing job caring for my two cats while I was away. He consistently sent photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel like I could truly trust him with my pets and my home. What stood out the most was seeing how comfortable my cats were with him in the pictures. They're usually selective about people, and it was obvious that they trusted him and felt safe in his care. I would absolutely recommend Jadon to anyone. He’s truly reliable, thoughtful, and trustworthy.”

“Olivia is such a great person and so kind! She watched my cat for a little over a week, and she was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my cat and kept me updated while I was away! My cat was happy and well cared for when I got home. I would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Tabbitha is the most caring, and detail oriented sitter I’ve ever gotten the pleasure of hiring. Her frequency of communication left me with ZERO questions as to how my senior kitty was doing while I was gone. She took great attention to detail when it came to my cats meals and medications. My cats medication instructions can be intricate and even seem tedious to me on some days as I have to inject specific doses into individual treats and wait for her to eat them, and she took on this task with an open mind and heart which I was SO beyond thankful for. She would let me know when the cat was medicated which again, brought me so much peace of mind. She took wonderful care of my home as well. She swept, and did dishes. She left my place sparkling😊! I really hope to re-book with Tabbitha whenever I am away next, as she made my vacation better in a way. Thank you again Tabbitha!!!🩵🐈⬛”

“I can't recommend her enough! She took such great care of my dog, Peanut, while I was away for the weekend, and I had complete peace of mind the entire time. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, and it was obvious how much she genuinely cared. Peanut came home happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. It's not easy trusting someone with your dog, but she made the whole experience stress-free. I will absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter!🫶”

“Marie was an unbelievable pet sitter. She really cared about Winnie like she was her own cat. We were very nervous to leave her with someone outside the family, but we couldn’t have had a better experience. Winnie was loved and well cared for, and I got consistent updates. Food and medication was given on time and I appreciated the updates regarding eating, medication, and bathroom usage. Communication with Marie was consistent throughout the entire booking experience. I am so happy we have found such a perfect pet sitter to be with Winnie when we need someone!”

“Cedell was amazing with my cats for a couple nights of overnight sitting. She was communicative, thorough, thoughtful, and paid great attention to all the little details while I was gone. She sent video and picture updates each day. I would absolutely have Cedell back again to sit (actually already have the next stay booked!) Thank you, Cedell!”

“Sierra was very detailed, professional, attentive, and punctual. I have a chronically ill kitty that needs daily meds and I was really worried about leaving him while on my trip, but Sierra made me feel at ease and I could tell my babies were in good hands. I highly recommend her services!”

“Courtney was communicative, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Mazi enjoyed his stay, and I appreciated the updates and care. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“An afternoon spent at Alicia’s home, was a wonderful treat for Jack & Marley! Playing with other puppers and a walk with Alicia, was the socialization they needed. Alicia was very quick to respond to any questions I had and my boys had a absolute blast - with pictures and video as proof. I highly recommend Alicia to care for your furbabies!”

About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. And I have a very sweet cat who was about three years old and she does very well with other animals if your baby needs company.

About: I have had a dog since I was a child and have cared for all types of dogs, from a mini dachshund to a great dane mix. I have experience with shelters dogs, dogs with anxiety, and service dogs. I currently work from home and do not have a set schedule. I do have family dinners sunday nights and am typically gone around 4 hours but otherwise, I am typically only gone an hour or so every few days. I live in an apartment but love taking the dogs out on long walks every few hours. I have a retired service dog who will keep your dog company.
“Danielle and Kyle were so accommodating to my hectic day and change of plans. My dog has a lot of energy and they seemed to handle her just fine. My pupster was clearly worn out as she went straight to bed once we got home. That’s exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to a sitter and a day experience for her, somewhere where she will have another awesome dog to play with, kind (and command following hosts), and just an overall loving and welcome experience. Will definitely use them again! My pup was soooooo happy with her experience and so was I!”

About: I grew up with 3 cats in my household and my family also fostered dogs so I have experience with many different animals. Hire me! I work remote and live in a community with multiple dog park areas. I will make sure your pet is comfortable and well taken care of by my side! I live in a two story condo in a gated area. I also have multiple sleeping areas in my condo. Plus, there are multiple outside areas for pets around my neighborhood. Your pet will be safe and sound here.
“Susan watched our two Huskies for several doggie day care visits. She and her husband were so friendly and easy going, we immediately felt at ease leaving our furbabies with them. You can tell that they really enjoy having dogs around. Our dogs got walks, playtime, and we got plenty of pics/updates. I would highly recommend Susan. She will be one of our first choices when looking for care again.”

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats for more than 20 years, and spending time with animals has always been one of my favorite things. Over the years, I've cared for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from playful Chihuahuas and energetic puppies to gentle Huskies, senior pets, and independent cats. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give each pet. I take the time to get to know their unique personality, routines, and preferences so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm and reassuring presence nearby, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I'm experienced with senior pets who need extra patience and care, including administering medications and following special routines. I'm also comfortable with puppies who are still learning and need consistency, supervision, and lots of positive reinforcement. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to feel connected when you're away from your furry family member. That's why I provide regular updates, photos, and quick communication so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and make sure your pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own. “We needed someone to watch our 7 year old German Shepherd during the day while I went off and played old man baseball. Kelly turned out to be perfect. Very flexible and didn’t require any of these meet and greets a number of Rover sitters want. Being from out of town that never works. She sent pictures and videos four the four days we used her. Can’t really say much more she seemed to like him and he came back a tired pup. Good Job!!!”

“Cindy is fantastic. Our dog spent a few workdays while one of us was traveling, and he clearly felt comfortable and happy while at the same time Cindy provided a structured, calm, and enriching environment for him. He got walks and puzzles and even another dog friend to play with on occasion. Cindy was very patient, attentive, and kind. She has an excellent confident demeanor and establishes boundaries effectively and naturally with the pups. I would recommend Cindy in a heartbeat.”
“Alex is wonderful we got numerous pictures and updates for Lila’s two week stay and she loved being there with the other dogs. We will definitely be using her again. I can’t recommend her enough.”

“Karli was incredibly kind and attentive with both me and my pup. My dog had a wonderful time playing with her dog, and I really appreciated the frequent updates and photos she sent throughout the day. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pup was in such caring hands!”

About: Hi! I’m Patience ! With over 10 years of experience caring for pets—ranging from energetic puppies to senior cats—I treat every pet like part of my family. As a lifelong animal lover, I understand that pets need tailored care to feel comfortable while you're away. A typical day in my care includes a morning walk, plenty of play sessions with chew toys, and quiet cuddles in the evening. For seniors, I focus on gentle, short walks and ensuring they have soft bedding and a calm environment. I work from home full-time, which means your pet will have company throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, allowing for frequent potty breaks every 2–3 hours and mid-day play sessions. I usually take a longer walk in the late afternoon to help them burn off energy before dinner. Your pet's safety is my top priority. I require a meet-and-greet to ensure we are a perfect match. I only communicate through Rover for your security and mine. I am highly observant of behavior, ensuring pets are never put in stressful situations and that their environment is secure.
About: Having owned dogs all my life, I know how much they mean to family. My dogs are my bestest friends. I bring the same love and care I give my own dogs, making sure every pup feels safe, happy, and cherished. As a student-athlete at ASU with all online classes, my schedule is flexible. I’m only occupied about three hours a day for my sport, never all at once, leaving plenty of time for pet care. I enjoy walks, playtime, and errands with dogs who love car rides and I always welcome a good snuggle pup in my bed for extra comfort and companionship. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making safety and comfort my top priorities. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, cozy environment with plenty of space to play and relax. I always follow each owner’s instructions carefully, from feeding schedules to special routines, so pets feel secure and cared for. On walks and outings, I stay attentive and cautious, ensuring every dog is safe, happy, and comfortable. Most importantly, I strive to build trust by providing consistent updates and lots of love, so owners have complete peace of mind.
About: My name is Evelyn and I have taken care of my own pets for about 10 year. I own one dog named Bella, and we have 2 cats in the house. Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. Adding another dog for a day or as needed wouldn't change much for us. :) I first learn their feeding schedule and energy levels. Based on that I will make a schedule for play time with them, have plenty of water and treats, and a comfy bed for them to lay on.

“This was my first time leaving Aloy with anyone else, ever(!!!) and Micaela made it such a easy and simple process. :) I got tons of pictures throughout the day to let me know she was okay. Aloy loved her stay there and even made a friend. I'll definitely use her service again!”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.
“Teresa was so patient with some of the hiccups of getting through property gate, and then door code not working… and, saved us by taking on helping us with a last minute request. We will definitely reach out to Teresa again in the future :)”
About: Throughout my life, I have raised and trained multiple puppies and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! I’ve spent my days walking, feeding, bathing, training, and loving my cattle dog and shepherd mix named Moose for the last two years. I also regularly sit for a miniature schnauzer named Gandalf the Grey and for a tabby cat named Ronnie! I am experienced in basic skills training and loving all kinds of little furry friends! I’m currently working part-time as a student, so I have ample time to check in and take the best care of your little loved ones! In my home, I regularly clean and refill the water and food bowls and keep my furry baby on a yummy and clean diet! He gets at least an hour of play and two walks a day, so we get his energy out and get him some healthy exercise! Whenever he is given toys, he is supervised at all times.
“2nd time booking with Bella but this time I booked very last minute. Thank goodness she was pretty flexible! My pup has a high energy levels so these walks help a whole lot to tire him out. Bella is very sweet and nice—10/10 recommend.”

About: There has never been a time in my life where I haven’t been around animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, and even mice! I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years now for friends, family, and now clients. I’ve worked in a pet daycare/boarding facility and as a bather in grooming for about 2 years now, so you can be rest assured I have the training and compassion to take care of your furry (even feathered or scaly) friends! I am currently a part-time student, so I am available Mondays/Wednesdays after 4, Tuesdays/Thursdays after 2, and I have full availability (with some exceptions) on weekends! While I would love to care for your pets, I have my own at home and may need to break away shortly for short times during overnight sittings to take care of them. I am very adaptable to each owners needs. I am willing to play, walk, feed, or anything in between for your pets! I have no problem doing anything your dog or cat may require, even if that means taking care of the not-so-fun parts of owning pets.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have spent years caring for pets of all kinds. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and even tortoises, which have helped me become comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. Growing up, before I had pets of my own, I loved helping friends and family care for their pets whenever I had the chance, and spending time with animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy! I also have experience with younger pets. My first dog and cats were all under a year old when I got them, so I am familiar with the extra attention, patience, and care that puppies and kittens need while they're still growing and learning. As a student at ASU, I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover! I really miss being around animals and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while giving them lots of attention, companionship, and affection. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always treat them like family, while making sure you feel comfortable and updated while they're in my care! 🐾 I am currently on summer break from ASU and not working another job, so I have very open availability throughout the week. I am flexible with scheduling and available most days, which allows me to give pets consistent attention and care. I am happy to work around what best fits your pet's routine and needs! I do not currently have pets of my own, but I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet I care for. With dogs, I enjoy taking them of walks and making sure they get proper exercise and stimulation. With all animals, I focus on reading their energy and making sure they feel comfortable and happy no matter what mood they're in. I always aim to treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe and cared for in any setting.

I love having fun, getting active, and giving your pup some love. I am very flexible and available anytime. I promise to care for your canine pal as one of my own. It is important to me to create a trust-filled relationship and paw-sitive experience for each dog that I care for. I understand that pet owners have busy schedules too and would love to help make your daily life easier and give you peace of mind that your dog is in caring and responsible hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your dog! I'm currently working part-time in the mornings so I'll be able to give your pup plenty of love. I'm available for boarding weekends and weekdays after 2 pm. I live in a pet-friendly apartment building with a fenced dog park and even a dog wash! I also live right next to ASU and often take the dogs out to walk around the campus for some exercise, plenty of safe walkable spaces. My apartment is fairly large, smoke-free, and has no children or other pets living in it. I do my best to help dogs feel comfortable whether at my place or yours and give owners peace of mind that their pet is in good hands while their away.

I have been working with animals in some capacity since 2010 (technically years earlier, since I used to volunteer at our local humane society in elementary and middle school as a kid), and I’ve had my own pets since I was ~5 years old. I worked previously for Rover from July 2017 to May 2021, and took a hiatus because I moved, but unfortunately I no longer have my original Rover profile (Was listed as "Taylor E.", first name and maiden name initial). I had a 5-star rating from 35 people who were pleased with my pet care and communication and left positive reviews (thank you so much!!!) and had several repeat clients -- Please see screenshots of my previous Rover account reviews in my photo gallery. I love working for Rover, so I’m glad to be back! I am competent, thorough, communicative, responsible, punctual, respectful, honest, and have integrity. You can be assured that your pet(s) will be safe with me. I give periodic written updates with photos, I follow instructions carefully, I take attentive notes about your pet from your description and my own observations, I am focused and attentive when caring for your pet(s), and I respond promptly to messages. For pet sitting in your home, I am very tidy/respectful and will leave your home as clean as when I arrived, and I stay in only the designated area(s) and only touch what I need to (please show me where you keep cleaning supplies and your pets’ food or medications, etc.). I pick up after your pet and bring my own dog waste bags, leads, collapsible water bowl, and first aid kit, just in case. I pay attention to details, like the temperature (air/ground) being safe for walks. My preference is to suggest a “Meet-and-Greet” (whenever possible. I do typically accept short-notice requests where this may not be logistically possible) because it’s important to me that you AND your pet are comfortable with me (and I you). I am loyal and love to have repeat clients, but I also enjoy taking on one-time requests, I’m happy to help. I try to keep a pet’s routine as familiar as possible for their comfort and your peace of mind. I have the experience to be able to care for certain special needs, and I will communicate with you honestly (at all times) if I feel a request/booking is beyond my scope of experience because my priority is your pet's safety and wellbeing and I feel they should be matched with the best possible carer. I have worked with a variety of cats/dogs of different ages, abilities/needs/conditions, sizes, and breeds, as both a veterinary assistant and pet sitter. As an important DISCLAIMER: While I do have years of vet assistant experience and formal vet assistant education, I am not a Veterinarian and not a CVT (i.e., I am not licensed to practice veterinary medicine); I can only care for your pet in the capacity as a pet sitter / dog walker and cannot provide medical care or diagnose or prognose, etc. I will always refer you to your local Vet for that type of care and will not do anything outside of my scope of expertise for the safety of your pet (and to abide by the law). In the event of an emergency I can provide first aid/CPR and transport your pet to the vet. About our pets at home: My husband and I have two wonderful cats (1 adopted, 1 we rescued) and two wonderful dogs (adopted by us from the humane society after they were rescued from dire situations, respectively; one of which is a tripod and one is a disabled senior that wears diapers) -- I gravitate especially towards rescues and seniors that need a little extra care, and I especially love cats. Every pet is so special and deserves a safe and happy home! Thank you so much for your consideration. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! -- Marie When receiving a booking request, I will communicate in detail about my availability to ensure it meets your expectations and your pet's needs. I’m a transparent and thorough communicator, and I’ll let you know of any prior commitments that I may have during a house stay request. I also do real-time check-ins/updates, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing, what we’re up to, and when I am present and when I leave your home. My day-to-day work/school is remote and flexible, so I can choose my own hours and follow your pet’s daily routine (waking/sleeping/feeding, etc.), and give them lots of both active, attentive quality time (undivided attention playing with them, walking them, petting them, brushing them, caring for them, etc.) and hangout time (for example, sitting on the couch together). Whenever possible, I can take short-notice and same-day requests. I have evening classes most weekdays for ~2-4 hours, depending on the day, and occasional performances on weekends, but typically no other scheduling commitments from May to September annually. From September through May (9 months, Fall to Summer), I am unavailable Saturdays and some Fridays (mostly First Fridays) due to our performance schedule. For a healthy pet that can be safely left alone, I still always spend as much time with them as possible and only leave the house for meals (and/or can bring food) and/or class, an occasional errand, depending on how long the stay is. I arrive well-prepared to minimize the need to exit the home. I will discuss my availability and your pet's needs in detail before accepting a booking to be sure it is mutually a good fit. For any booking, your pet’s care and safety is my primary responsibility and I take my duty of supervision and care with the utmost seriousness (don’t worry, I’m also fun!). I also care deeply for their emotional well being, so while I have to be realistic about my own schedule and needs (my classes, the need to eat, etc.), I don’t leave them unattended or lonely for any longer than I have to. In your home or on a dog-walk, I will give your pet(s) my full attention to their safety, well-being, and happiness. I am consistent and committed to staying up to date on the latest behavioral and scientific/medical knowledge. I am thorough and I carefully follow directions and will ask for clarification if needed to ensure I am prepared for your pet's specific care. I am experienced and knowledgeable, and you can trust me in your home and with your precious pets. If they have a special need that I am not qualified for handling or have experience with, I will be honest and not overstate my skills (I want your pet to be in great hands with the best fit possible as much as you do). I am gentle, calm, and kind, and can also be silly/fun/playful/energetic, or very quiet; I try to adapt to your pet’s personality, comfort, and needs. I've worked with a range of pets, from quiet seniors and calm cats to rambunctious puppies, giant-breeds, and anxious pets. And while I love them all, I most especially gravitate towards cats, seniors, and differently-abled pets. I unfortunately cannot care for your pets in my own home (such as daycare or pet sitting in my home) because I have four of my own at home with special needs and routines. (Note that when I’m away on a house stay, they are in great hands with my husband, so while I miss them dearly when gone, my own pets are very loved and looked after.) ***I’m not accepting puppies at this time due to my varied availability/classes, or most Large/Giant breeds only because I’m healing a neck/shoulder injury; I'm not assuming about your pet that they pull on a lead, but I want to ensure I could safely carry/transport them in the event of an emergency.***

About: In July 2017, I did drop in visits for my neighbor Katie while she was on vacation for her senior cat Amber. I would visit Amber ( in the pics above) in the am/pm hours to feed her, socialize with her, provide fresh water, remove & throw away the cat litter. She loves to purr & walk between my legs & rubs on head on my legs! She doesn't like to be held so it was a miracle she allowed me to hold in the pics above (smile)! I've had pets (dogs, cats, fish & turtle)throughout my life and loved their companionship. I've volunteered at the Humane Society walking, socializing with the dogs & educated potential human companions on a weekly basis about the the types of the pets that may be the best for them, what and how lifestyle dictates the best companionship for both animals and humans, is the human active on a daily/weekly basis, then I might suggest adopting a young Jack Russell Terrier, they definitely need a twice a day walk or it's a senior who wants companionship, then maybe a basset hound whose 5+ years old may be a good fit for both. Cats can be good choices for companionship. In some situations may be easier, they don't require any walking as you would with a dog. They will use their litter box. I work remote and virtual so I can provide and give the attention, care and love to your fur babies in your home, plus, walking the dogs. Currently my housing situation does not allow me to board animals. So I'm not able to offer those services. I desire to house and pet sit in the customers home.
About: I LOVE animals, I have a dog and birds who I have been taking care of since I was a kid. I have experience pet sitting for family and friends, so I am very comfortable taking care of animals. I have always been the type of person who hangs out with the dog instead of people at parties, so spending time with animals makes me genuinely happy! I am looking for a way to make some extra money during the summer while I’m in nursing school, so I am available pretty much every day/ all day the next couple months :) When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I like to make sure they are comfortable, and that they are kept on a similar routine as they normally are. I’ll give them fresh food and water, let them outside, give them attention, and clean up as needed. I also pay attention to any extra instructions given by the owner.

I am happy to drop in for the care your pet needs or take them on a fun walk! I can tend to any special needs your animal might have or special requests. Anything that will keep them happy and healthy is what I strive for!

“Eric was phemominal w/Turbo! Turbo looked happy AND appropriately tired in all the pics & videos Eric sent. Now I'm worried I'll have to keep up the resort standard Turbo experienced at home! Thank you, Eric for an over the top stay!”

“Kaitlin is always so great with our old dogs! She gladly took on last minute care need changes with our older shih tzu. We always feel so comforted knowing our dogs are in her care!”
“Alani was great. She was responsive and sent updates regularly. Will definitely book with her again. This was my first time using rover and we had to book last minute and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend using Alani to care for your furry friends!”

“David was so great to Rudy & Leahy. He communicated well, took phenomenal care of them (multiple walks daily) and gave them all the puppy love! I will request David to watch them every time moving forward. He is a great guy who cares about your animals like they are his own.”

“Merry Christmas Christine! I appreciate you and your family and your love for Luna so much, more than I can express! I hope that your Christmas Day and every day is filled with Love!”

“Maritza and her family were amazing with my fur baby. It was very short notice, same day, that I needed to find a sitter for a week long trip. I met with her and her pup Ozzy. They seemed to get along, Ozzy a bigger pup than my Daisy was very gentle. Daisy loved the family, playing with the littles and snuggling in between at night. Daisy will definitely be visiting again. Daisy was taken care of, loved and spoiled. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving her. I would recommend Maritza to anyone especially those who might be a first time using a sitter.”

“I felt comfortable leaving our pup with Ezra. He asked all the important questions to make sure Ozzy was well taken care of. I had never left him with a group of dogs before, but Ezra assured is that he would be there to make sure they all got along. When it came time to pick up, we caught some traffic on our way back from our trip so we weren’t able to make the pick up time, but Ezra was able to offer another time slot for pick up at no extra cost. Thank you once again!”

“Elena took amazing care of Teddy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She was kind, professional, and treated him like her own dog from the moment I dropped him off. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind, and when I picked him up, Teddy was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious that she truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Elena to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet sitter, and I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Trusting your dog with someone is hard but Veronica was so great! welcoming and accommodating to a late request. Her and her family were caring and loving to my dog. She sent lots of photos and updates and has a beautiful back yard for them to play :)”
