“Christina saved my life! 3 days before Open Heart Surgery, I was without a sitter for my Poodle, Dusty. PANIC set in ,along with plenty of tears. I searched the internet and found Rover and Christina. I was nervous. Will he be ok. Have fun. Be loved. I didn't want him with a lot of other dogs....just in case. Christina called and within 5 minutes she had my nerves vanished and I was sold. We met and she is the sweetest, kind, and loving lady. Dusty loved her and her dog from the start. Off they went to have fun and I could get my surgery. Received pictures almost daily and when I got him back my dog was a happy, vibrant dog. He had lots of fun. Went on walks. About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

About: My husband and I have retired and live in Saddlebrooke. We both watched dogs before when we lived in Columbus and now in Arizona and we LOVE it! Between the two of us we are home alot to spoil our (and your!) dogs, but do note that we do take bike rides etc in the 2-3 hour range several times a week. We watch ONLY ONE family’s dog(s) at one time so that we can give YOUR pet the special attention that he or she deserves. I have found each dog that we've watched to be a special gift in his or her own way and consider it a real blessing to be given the honor of watching your pet. I've been watching dogs for decades for family, neighbors and friends and loving it! I have always had dogs, helped my uncle raising schnauzer's, and done obedience work with several of my dogs - who were amazing! We have one dog, Emmie, a 15 yr old Havanese who while initially wary of new dogs and people becomes friends. She is pretty low key ( and toothless) and so dogs that have very high energy would not be a good fit. She accepts other dogs but doesn't usually care to play with them (but we do!!) We also require all dogs that we watch to be up to date on all immunizations, and are fully house broken and non aggressive. Dogs are welcome on our furniture and on our bed. We have a secure five foot fence in our back yard. My husband and I are retired and so are around home a lot, yet we are active and love to take walks and snuggle and play with the dogs! I have a five foot fenced in back yard. Dogs are welcome anywhere in our house including our bed. Our Havenese sleeps with us and yours is welcome too!

In high school I took in a stray cat and it kept getting pregnant so I raised like 5 litters of kittens as well. To be honest I like animals more than people your babies are in good hands. I like to walk and get my steps in everyday so it won’t be much different walking with the doggos. I have dog and catsit for close friends and family but never strangers. Excited to do it! I work from home and my job is very flexible. I am my own boss so I can pretty much take breaks whenever I need to take your fur baby on walks or feed them as well as give them lots of attention when needed. “Jan is absolutely fabulous! She and her lab Luna made sure that Letty had a wonderful time. Lots of playing, running, walks and swimming. Jan posted daily pics of the dogs having a blast. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be using her again. Our new favorite sitter!”

“Robyn was great! It was our first time using Rover or leaving our pooch with with anyone other than neighbors or family. We do the RV life full-time but had a 4-day event to attend in Tuscon so we're glad to have found Robyn. She sent us lots of pictures and updates and we felt comfortable that Zoso was safe and having a good time. She also offered a meet-and-greet so we could all be introduced a few days beforehand so it was easier to do the drop-off at a familiar place. We highly recommend you book with Robyn! :)”
