About: I’ve taken care of multiple pets at once. Some in my home and some at their home. My friends and family have relied on me to help them with their pet. “Kris went above and beyond for our little girl Chai! We recently left her for 10 days as we were leaving town for a very important 90th birthday. The day before we were supposed to drop her off, she passed a little blood while peeing. It was a Saturday so we had no choice but to take her to the Urgent Vet in Tucson. Got her all fixed up, 2 different medications, but we're now hoping Kris could deal with this problem while we were gone. Not only did she deal with it, she updated us daily, and totally exceeded our expectations for a first time stay. Our little girl was happy when we picked her up, it was obvious she had been well cared for!!”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and as an adult I’ve never lived without cats. About 16 years ago my daughter talked me into getting a Yorkie and I have been in love with small dogs ever since. I started fostering rescue kittens about 7 years ago when I lived in Hawaii and found my new passion. I moved to Green Valley, Arizona summer of 2025 to be closer to my 85 yo mother who is still pretty active but experiencing memory issues. About: I want to open our home for dogs that need to feel loved and comforted while their family is away. I have had a pet most of my life. Different breeds from a small terrier to large dogs. Currently we have an older lab that loves everyone. We choose a Labrador after training puppies with Guide Dogs for the Blind for 5years. Our home has an enclosed front court yard. And a 3ft6inch brick wall in back. I keep only plants I can see under for the safety of my animals.
