Also becoming accredited to be a dog groomer I’m currently working full time at a small grooming shop in Show Low. My schedule is pretty flexible to help others with their fur babies. About: I have been dog sitting for friends and family for about 5 years. I have worked with a variety of different breeds in different situations. I have experience with dogs that have behavioral problems and am very patient and willing to work with them. Every dog is unique and I like to get to know each one I work with in order to provide the best care for them. I have a deep love for dogs and am excited to get to spend more time with them. I work at the Summit hospital in Show Low from 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Outside of that I have full flexibility and I am willing to work with any schedule in order to take care of pets. I am currently not able to house dogs but am more than willing to care for them in clients homes. The care I provide depends on each individual dog. For more active dogs I am more than happy to find activities for them. I know the area very well and know plenty of safe walking areas for dogs. For the more low energy dogs I prioritize easier activities. Every dog is unique and requires different types of care and attention.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 10 years old. That including my own family pets and neighbors pets as well. Bathing them, feeding them, interacting with them and just caring for them are all very important to me when dog sitting. Im currently a stay at home mom to a 5 month old and 2 year old who loves dogs as much as I do! We will have plenty of time to care for the dogs. I stumbled across Lindsay by chance, as I had been in the market for a dedicated dog walker for my fur baby for over a year. To be clear, my fur baby is a part of the foundation of my life, she is almost 11 yrs old, and I’ve raised her since she was 6 months. Needless to say, I was looking for nothing but the best for her. Lindsay was extremely responsive when I contacted her, and we both agreed to meet in person before either of us decided to commit. I met Lindsay on the weekend with the fur baby, and we went for a walk to see how they would fair together. Lindsay was nice enough to bring her 2, very responsible, children for the meet and greet, which was a blessing for my fur baby to get some young blood back into her life. After our meet and greet, I knew I had found the right family to watch my baby. The love and energy that just radiates off of Lindsay and her children are a breath of fresh air. After setting the schedule, Lindsay was extremely responsive to when she was swinging by to grab the pup, the activities they were doing, and always sends me pictures or videos. The pup even caught a fish (very briefly that is ha), during an excursion. I can always tell the fur baby is having a great time and now I don’t need to be stressed about her getting exercise or social time. If you are serious about the mental and physical health of your fur baby, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, better yet, IMPLORE you to consider Lindsay. About: I am a proud dog Mom to an 8 year Golden Chow, Millie. It’s her world, we just live in it! Super attentive, responsible, caring, and of course obsessed with dogs! I would be honored to be entrusted with your fur baby and would take care of them as my own. About: New to Arizona and back in service after an absence during the Covid-19 pandemic. Your pups and or fur babies will get the best care here when they are with me, hands down and I’ll treat them like they are mine and part of the family! We can do a meet and greet or if your in a pinch I can do a last minute booking, both have turned out to be great experiences so never worry either way both have worked out great. Can’t wait to meet you and your pup!!! I can take care of dogs, cats, chickens or other pets. Rover isn't set up for chickens, but we can make it work!! Regarding staying at your home, I only do one client at a time unless you request drop-in or drop-by services and it works with my schedule and the client I'm house sitting at the time. I service the following areas: Eager, Springerville, Heber, Overgaard, Greer, Alpine, Pinetop, Lskeside, Show Low, St. John's, Taylor and Snowflake. Please do understand that I work as well, so I would be away for a normal work day when I'm in the office or at a client site. I don’t have a dog currently as my dearest Benson passed away that is in these pictures in May 2020. About: When i had lots of dogs at home id take them out for long walks and it could be hectic since there was two extra large and one large dog. I will go for walks through the park and play with the dogs doing things such as throwing a Frisbee or a ball and having them fetch. Maybe even play a little tug of war or running around the back yard. Dogs always seem to love belly rubs along with scratching the ears and cuddling while relaxing or sleeping. The pets will enjoy getting some energy out as well as some cuddles if they enjoy those as well. Depending on house if pets are allowed on couch they like to pretend the human is a jungle gym and climb all over which is fun even if they ate big. Doing what I love, which is caring for animals will be easy to do as I am trying to open my own business for helping animals in need be it boarding or rehoming in the future. In my own home animals are treated like they are a part of the family and the same for being in someone else's house everything will be treated with love and respect.
