“Wanny was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive to Luna’s needs and sent me updates with pictures and video every day. I could tell that Luna was very well taken care of. We will definitely be using Wanny again for our future needs. Luna had a great time. Thank you, Wanny!! ❤️”
“Evan is amazing! We have a pretty anxious dog that doesn’t do well with new people but she really likes him and he has been great with her from the start! His communication/updates are great and he has been able to accommodate her with last minute requests and extend her stay when our travel plans changed. Highly recommend!!”

“I would give Ginny and Andrew more stars if I could. What amazing dog sitters they are! They are such nice people, and they treated our dogs like they were their own. Their daughters were wonderful with out dogs too! We highly recommend them!”

“Flynn has stayed with Bonita a number of times and she has taken excellent care of him every stay!! I so appreciate her updates and pictures and her commitment to making sure that Flynn is having a five star stay 😊”

“Monna is by far one of the greatest sitters we have found. Monna treated our fur baby like her own and was very quick to communicate with! She went above and beyond, made our little one feel right at home and gave her all the love while we were away! I will definitely be booking with her for our future travel plans. Thank you again so so much! We appreciate you!”

“Melinda & her family are the best! Our anxious boy had the best time and we never had to worry about him while we were away. We’ve had not great experiences with Rover sitters in the past but we will 1000% be using Melinda again. She will love and spoil your pup like they are her own and she was great at sending pictures and videos!”

“Jason was very easy to communicate and work with. He was flexible with drop off and pick-up time, responsive over text/messaging, and he sent great pictures that made us feel at ease. Highly recommend Jason for boarding!”

“Mati is only 4 months old and she is a ton of work, but they were so gentle and patient with her. My two year old is also full of energy, but less work. The dogs were calm and happy when I returned. I would highly recommend them. The dogs were well cared for and individual needs were accommodated. I appreciate their kindness and focus on the well being of my little one as well as caring for the two year old.”
“We had a trip planned and unexpectedly found ourselves caring for my dad’s senior lab. Our golden is young and we have used a corporate boarding service for him in the past but had concerns a traditional kennel would be too rough on her. This inspired us to try using Rover and quickly found Katie and Tanner. Katie and Tanner checked all the boxes we were looking for and during the stay we received pictures and updates. An added bonus was our golden had Zeke to play with. Picking them up they were happy and in great health and we couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“Kelly was amazing. She kept me informed daily on how my boy was doing. Was very responsive when I had questions. I have already rebooked with her for an upcoming trip. Highly recommend!!!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kaitlin. She watched our 150 lb cane corso Bruce and cared for him like he was family. Bruce fell in love with her and Koko from the start and it made my heart happy that he was in a warm and loving home while we were away. Kaitlin’s communication was excellent and I loved all the daily updates and photos I received from her! Even when my large dog took over her bed for naps 😂 Kaitlin is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior and even did some training with our big guy during his stay. I whole heartedly recommend Kaitlin to anyone looking for a pet sitter. She is truly the best!”

“Stephanie was awesome. Super easy to work with and you can really tell she loves your pet as if it were her own. Queso had a great time and can’t wait to go back.”

“Sedona had a great time with Jessica during her stay! Jessica was quick to respond to any questions that I had and communicated with me throughout her stay. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Jessica the next time Sedona needs a sitter!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom bred dogs while I was growing up, so I was involved in their daily care from a young age. I helped feed, groom, socialize, exercise, and care for puppies and adult dogs, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As an adult, I’ve continued to care for pets for family and friends and understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment. I am a Registered Nurse and currently work only three days per week, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. My husband works from home full-time, so there is typically someone available throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. Our home is located in a gated community, providing an added level of safety and security. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air, potty breaks, and supervised playtime. Pets staying with us will spend most of their time indoors with the family, receiving plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise.
“Kimberly was fantastic! Our four month old doodle loved her, her home, and backyard. She was kind and easy to communicate with and sent pictures and videos of our puppy’s fun day. I highly recommend using Kimberly. I know we will definitely use her again.”

“Our first experience was truly positive! 👍 These folks are the real deal! Outstanding! They both are exceptional people and accommodating to our dogs needs. We found this first visit to be delightful not only for both dogs but also for my husband and I. We would like to use their services again in the near future. Beautiful people and home! 😊 We’re so thankful to have found Bill and Debbie on this Rover app. site. Truly, The Johnson’s 💟”

“Michelle is an excellent sitter. She kept our little Yorkie for 10 days and was obviously provided first-class care! I also appreciated the daily updates and pictures. I highly recommend Michelle and will use her again in the future!”

“Joseph was wonderful with my dog! I recently picked him up from the shelter and was still getting to know him. Joseph was very patient with him and provided me with plenty of updates and pictures. My dog barks at everyone he meets but did not bark at Joseph when I dropped him off and I immediately knew he was the dog whisperer and someone I can trust my baby with.”

“Angel took fantastic care of our pets while we were away. She is a great communicator and very professional and attentive. We will definitely be rebooking with her. Many thanks to Angel for allowing us to have a relaxing vacation.”

“I highly recommend Jennifer as a cat sitter! From our initial meet and greet, it was clear that she genuinely cares about pets. She took the time to understand my cat’s personality, routine, and needs. While I was away, Jennifer provided regular updates and cute photos, which reassured me. If you're looking for a reliable and loving cat sitter, Jennifer is the one to choose! I will definitely rebook with her again.”

“Jessica did such a great job caring for our three great big bundles of joy. She was amazingly comfortable with our big girls giving us immediate confidence in her abilities. We were able to enjoy an adult weekend away knowing our girls were safe and cared for. Thank you so much Jessica!!!”

“Allison is amazing! Max hid under the bed (as he always does when stangers arrive) during her initial visit. She reached under the bed to let him smell her hand before she left. When she arrived for her first sitting visit, he came out and was as friendly as ever. Max knew, as I did that Allison was a friend. I highly recommend Allison as a sitter.”

“Amelia a caring pet-sitter who genuinely loves animals. She stepped in on short notice to care for my kitty for two days and she was diligent, respectful, and attentive to details. My kitty was in good hands with Amelia!”

“We had Nayeli petsit our two cats for a 5 day trip. We’re very happy with her service. One of our cats is super curious and likes a lot of attention while the other cat is very timid. She took good care of both of them and sent us regular updates. We will definitely ask her to petsit again for any future vacations!”

About: Ever since I was young, I’ve taken care of my family’s chickens, snakes, and dogs. My neighbors also had dogs, horses, and many other animals that I’ve petsit. I loved dogs so much that I walked my neighbors dogs for free since it would be good exercise for me and for the dogs themselves. Whether cuddling or playing and even doing the dirty work like cleaning up poop or throw up, I will love your dogs like I love my own. If you’re booking me for house sitting, I will walk your dog free of charge. :) I have dog walking in the morning and tend to go to the gym at night for a few hours or a date night once in awhile, I won’t be away from your pet for more than 4-6 hours according to your wishes! To make sure our furry friends are safe, healthy, and happy I would love to have a meet n greet with the owner and their pet to go over their feedings and routine before a booking. Just like I did with my dog, I’ll give your dog my constant care and attention, giving them ample affection. For dogs I’ve taken care of at my neighbors house or my clients house, I respect whether or not they’re allowed on the couches or the bed. If they want to play I could spend hours playing with them, of course stopping when I see them becoming tired or overheated. I would also like to call myself a part time maid since I like to leave the house cleaner than I found it. I love going on walks or runs with dogs to release their energy and I’m careful to avoid other dogs if they tend to be reactive.

“We are so happy we found Melanie! Our cats warmed up to her right away at our very first meeting, and that meant a lot. Being able to leave for a week without worrying is a huge deal when you're traveling, and she gave us exactly that. We came home to happy cats and a house in great shape. She really gets animals. She's caring, pays attention, and just seems to know what they need. We'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation.”

“Victoria was honestly amazing! Super easy to communicate with & very responsive and made the whole thing completely stress free. She sent the cutest photos every morning and night, which I loved so much and it made being away so much easier!! I could tell my cat was really well taken care of and got lots of attention & love and many pets! 🥰😻 Came home to a happy, happy cat and a very clean house! She washed the bed sheets and everything was clean! Would absolutely have her back!!! Thank you so much! 😊”

“Daniel took excellent care of my 3 fur babies and left the house very clean. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing the animals were being loved & it was so nice coming home to the house just as we left it!”

“Destiny is AMAZING! We had to leave town and one of our pets was sick and needed daily medication. She had no issues administering the meds and constantly kept us updated with how our pet was doing. If was possible to give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would because Destiny is the best out there!!”

About: I am fluent in Meow Meow and happy to have a conversation with your kitty. Or just sit in silence, I’ll let Kitty take the lead. 😊 The very first Christmas I remember I asked Santa for a cat. Thus began the journey of cat care. No one told me back then about a cat box, but I am well aware of how important they are now! I’m willing to make kitty happy in whatever way I can.

“Taylor did an amazing job taking care of my 2 cats! She was reliable and consistent—two traits that was important to me while I was away traveling. I highly recommend Taylor, she is so sweet and will take good care of your fur babies!”

I will definitely ask Kaitlin to watch KC when I have the need. Oh, BTW, Kaitlin did a splendid job of keeping me updated with texts and photos!!! Who could ask for more?”

Nairobi and her dog Kona got along so well and Jeanne sent us pictures and updates every day. We know we have found our go to dog sitter and we look forward to having our pup stay with her again.”
“Just picked up our doodle, Abby from Jason and Sierras'. She is very shy around people so I was concerned with how she would react to them in their home. All seemed to go well and it sounds as if Abby did just fine in a new environment. Very happy with her stay”

About: I'm 57 years old and have loved and cared for animals since I was a kid. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life. Over the decades, I've raised and trained my own dogs, completed extensive dog training classes and gained hands-on experience understanding behavior, consistency and positive reinforcement. Friends have trusted me with their pets while they travel and I've welcomed them into my home where they quickly become family. As a former AZ Humane Society volunteer, I had the privilege of working closely with dogs, cats, rabbits and even fancy rats (ask me about them when we meet!). At the time, I was one of only a few volunteers permitted to work in more than one area of expertise. That experience deepened my appreciation for each animal's unique personality and needs. I'm grateful for that experience and for the wonderful people I was fortunate to meet. I've had a blessed career but made the decision to fully "retire" in January of 2026 giving me the flexibility and availability to provide focused, attentive care. Whether it's a fun neighborhood walk, playtime, feeding routines, or simply offering companionship while you're away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Currently, my husband, Frank, and I don't have pets of our own as we plan to travel when he retires, sometime between Dec. of 2026 and June of 2027. We miss having pets around! So, we decided we'd become Rover pet sitters to get the opportunity to love on your pets and provide them comfort and companionship while you're away. I have an enormous heart for animals. Your pet's comfort, safety, and happiness will always come first with me. It would be my honor and privilege to serve you and care for your pet(s). I'm currently retired and my only obligation is a volunteer shift that I pull off every Tuesday for just a few hours - normally from about 10:00 am until Noon or 1:00. I occasionally have appointments outside of the home or I may embark on a motorcycle ride a time or 2 a month or have lunch with friends but I'm often at home. I'm physically active - I walk, hike and do weight training so any size animal, big or small is of no concern. Your pet and I will be great pals! My home is ideal for overnight stays because I don't have pets of my own right now. When pets are inside our home, they are part of the family. They're inside when we're inside - watching TV, sleeping, eating dinner, or throwing the ball across the living room, and they have plenty of room to roam outside in the back yard when they want to stretch their legs. We have a large, fully fenced in yard (block wall) with a grassy area on which they can stretch out and sun bathe. We also have a doggie door they can use if they're trained to do so!

About: Experience caring for anxious and/or special needs animals (diapers, mobility issues, medication, senior dogs, puppies) both professionally and personally. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting on and off for family friends and neighbors since I was a teenager, but started doing so more professionally in the past 5 years. Most of my experience is with overnight care for dogs (ranging from a single night to a full month at a time) but I’m an animal lover with personal experience caring for every kind of pet imaginable (horses, ferrets, fish, cats, bunnies, reptiles/tortoises). I work very flexible hours part-time which mostly consists of work from home, this leaves my schedule wide open for overnight care and long stays. Very good at keeping consistency with feeding and medication schedules, as well as making sure potty breaks taken as frequently as needed (experience with special needs dogs who require being let outside/cleaned up after much more than other dogs).
“Cheylee is wonderful with my momma’s boy. She is patient when he tries to walk back into the house. He does seem to know when it is walk day and will sit by the door watching for Cheylee.”

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated animal lover and experienced pet caregiver with a home full of personality including my two Shar-Peis (Dior and Hercules) and two tortoises(Cleo and Franklin). Caring for my special needs Shar-Pei Hercules has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how important individualized care is for every pet. I know pets are family, and I treat every animal with the same love, safety, and attention I give my own. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, routine, or extra patience, I’m committed to making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work part-time (8 days per month), which allows me to dedicate a large portion of my time to pet care. My daily routine already revolves around caring for my own pets, including two Shar-Peis—one with special needs—and two tortoises. Because of this, I’m experienced in maintaining consistent schedules, providing attentive supervision, and adapting care based on each animal’s individual needs. I’m able to offer dependable, flexible care and give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. I provide a loving, calm, and attentive environment where pets are treated like family. I understand that every animal has different needs, personalities, and routines, and I make it a priority to follow their schedule as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, supervised play, potty breaks, exercise, and affection. I have experience caring for my own two Shar-Peis, including one with special needs, which has taught me patience, awareness, and the importance of individualized care. I also care for two tortoises, giving me experience with animals beyond dogs as well. I’m attentive to behavior, eating habits, and overall comfort, and I’m happy to follow any feeding, medication, or care instructions you provide. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and at home while giving you peace of mind while you’re away.
About: My first dog I got when I was in the 4th grade. She changed my life. Now I’ve never been able to connect with a dog on that level since her but I still love them. & hope some day I will be able to give my kids that. I am a single mom with 3 kids under the age of 6. Adding a fur baby to the mix just isn’t in the cards for me right now. & after this year I’m looking to get back on my feet. So I thought this could be a good way to make some extra money to help us. We are a very active bunch. Love hiking, walking, and pretty much anything outdoors. Like I said before we are always outside. I like to take walks in the morningsevenings. Love hiking. I work from home so I can make my own schedule. Depends on the dog. Just like my kids each one is different. What works for one might not work for the other. I would like to mimic as much as the dogs normal as possible.

“First time stranger walk for Walter and first time using Rover and Daniel did not disappoint. Friendly and affectionate to our pup, he took our fluffernutter on an hour long walk. He even got our pooch a water when it seemed he was thirsty because I forgot to pack one. Thank you Daniel! Will be using you again, I’m sure.”

“Nayeli is always so professional in and around my home and my dogs--she is knowledgeable and friendly! Even my shy kid warmed up to her almost immediately! My dogs love her! I haven't been able to walk my dogs due to some health issues, and she has been so valuable to our family. Thank you so much for your continued care!”

About: I'm was professional pet trainer at a major retail chain. I've lived with a dog, cat, chinchilla, hamster, bird, or fish most of my life. I love fur babies and want help people when they need to be away from their beloved pets. Most recently, I helped sit a household with four elderly dogs with various medical needs. I have experience giving medications to dogs, as well as dogs with disabilities like blindness and deafness. Ideally with pet sitting, my wife and I would meet the dogs and/or cats before we pet sit to learn their specific needs, and learn where the food and treats hide. Depending on the pets and the weather, we like long hikes/walks and short trips around the neighborhood. You actually receive two pet sitters with me. My spouse will be home most of the time while I'm at work. I'm also a certified pet sitter with Pet Sitters International. I'm a Vocational Specialist, and my wife and I work together when petsitting, so she's there when I'm not. We work together and it's a team business. I like to learn the current routine of your beloved pet(s) and try to keep their routine for their comfort. I make sure I learn your house rules and will not let those puppy dog eyes persuade me to let them on the couch unless you say it is ok. I have my Pet First Aid Course and am taking other courses to increase my Pet Safety knowledge.
About: I have cared for dogs my entire life and have always grown up around them. I currently have experience with multiple dogs of different ages, sizes, and needs, including caring for dogs recovering from injuries such as torn ACLs. I also provide overnight care for multiple families and their pets. I truly love spending time with animals. I am patient, dependable, and passionate about making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I just finished my college semester, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the summer for weekday, weekend, and overnight care. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, feeding on schedule, and a clean environment. I also pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and needs to make sure they are happy and stress-free while their owner is away.
About: I’ve lived with companion animals my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of who I am. I’ve also committed my career to animal protection, so I bring a lot of care, respect, and attentiveness to every animal I look after. I know how much it means to find someone you feel good about leaving your animals with, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is always to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you peace of mind while you’re away. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the animals in my care throughout the day. I’m able to build my day around their normal routine as much as possible, including meals, walks, outdoor breaks, playtime, rest, and companionship. My goal is to help them feel comfortable, settled, and well cared for while they’re away from home. For boarding, animals stay in a calm, single-story home with air conditioning and a fenced backyard. There are no other animals, no children, and no smoking in the home. I do my best to keep each animal’s routine consistent and make sure they have a safe, comfortable, low-stress environment. I’m also happy to follow detailed care instructions around feeding, walks, medication, sleeping arrangements, and any special needs or preferences.

“Alec was a great sitter! My dog Abcde was very well taken care of — he sent pictures regularly, and I even received a video of her having so much fun. When I picked her up, she seemed happy and completely herself. I highly recommend Alec and will definitely be using him again as a sitter next time.”

“Mitch was very accommodating and took great care of our dog. It was our first time using Rover and he made a great impression. Will definitely utilize his services again. Thanks Mitch!”

“I had a great experience! He was incredibly patient with my dog and kept me updated with great communication throughout the entire stay, which really put my mind at ease. He was also very kind about doing a meet and greet beforehand since I was nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. I’m so glad I found someone my dog feels comfortable with, and I feel confident leaving my dog in his care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!”

“A great family who our girls immediately opened up to. Nick was extremely responsive, flexible on times and provided picture updates. My girls loved their kids and their little pup Nova! I will definitely book them again for future trips!”

“So glad to have found Diana. It was so nice to find someone who could provide a safe and calm environment for our dog and she took great care of her. Great communication and sent us updates with pictures which was appreciated!”
