Personalized care for your dog or cat - Drake

Highly-rated overnight sitters - Drake
“Paul and Courtney were awesome! Our little pup stayed 11 days with them (our first time leaving her), so we were a bit nervous about leaving her. They have 2 beautiful golden retrievers that got along so well with her, a big backyard for all her energy, and they even stayed up with her puppy training! We got daily updates and videos also while on our trip. I highly recommend them if you need a dog sitter!”

“He was an amazing sitter! He kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog was clearly well cared for and happy. Highly recommend!”

“Erin, Thank you again for taking care of Noah. We appreciated your attentiveness and care. It was very helpful that you sent us pictures throughout the day to put our mind at ease. 😀👏👍 Keith and Rebecca”

“Heather provided awesome care for my fur babies. One was not eating so she suggested something and my dog liked it! I also loved all the pictures that she sent, since we were missing them so much. Would use her services again!”

“I'm so glad we found a new sitter! I mentioned a mishap that I had with a previous Rover sitter and she was very helpful, made me feel comfortable and ensured me that Gus would be safe with her. And she did not disappoint. At our meet & greet Gus loved meeting her and new doggy friends. I appreciated the videos she sent. She interacts so well with all the dogs she watches. Would definitely book again!”

“Deanna was very available when requesting updates and very attentive to our needs, great first experience with Rover! Highly recommend her for any dog sitting needs.”

“Angel and Casper are so amazing! They sent Photos or videos everyday and it really gave me peace of mind! Zoey loved being there and enjoyed to dogs so much. I highly recommend them for boarding or daycare!”

“Working with Aspen is so easy and we are so comfortable leaving our dog with her. She communicates quickly, knows what our dogs likes and he has a blast. Thank-you, Aspen”

“After my dog sitter moved out of the area, I wasn't sure I'd find someone to watch Lilly id approve of. Deborah and Thomas are great with Lilly. I highly recommend them. They made her feel right at home.”

“Got lots of pics and videos of my little baby while I was away and that was awesome. This was my first time using Rover and would surely book with Stephanie & Rollson again!”

“Rebecca was great! It was my babies 1st time boarding so I was nervous but it went great. Rebecca has such calm energy, it for sure probably helped my Luna girl! I now have a dedicated and safe home away from home for my fur babies.”

“Emery was wonderful to my dogs. I have a puppy and a senior dog and she sent me updates with pictures daily. Her yard was fenced, clean and safe. Her house was also very clean and there was nothing the dogs could get into. Emery worked with our schedule and was so nice. I'll definitely book again and recommend her!”

“From the beginning, Daniela was communicative and eager to care for our girl, Loosey. When certain things didn’t make sense about Rover to me, she was able to clarify without leaving me feeling anything other than better informed. Daniela and her family were so sweet and gentle with Loosey. They were busy between both children’s birthdays, and Christmas, but still we’re willing to hang out with Loosey while I was away. She even got to go with them on a couple family adventures. Daniela sent me pictures and updates the entire time I was away. I also accidentally grabbed Loosey’s leash by habit when I dropped her off and they just didn’t make a big deal about it and I was able to send them money for a new one. I was initially very nervous about leaving Loosey with strangers (this was our first time using rover), but as soon as we had our meet and greet I knew that Loosey was in good hands and I was able to relax a little and enjoy my time off from work. Highly recommend this really kind family who just went out of their way to care for my girl. Thanks, Daniela. I will definitely bring Loosey back when she needs to be sat again.”

“Thank you so much for taking the BEST care of my Four Legged best friend! I appreciate you both very much and I was so happy to know that she had received such good care. She’s very happy 😁- woof! 🐶”

“Sara did an awesome job with our 2 fur babies. They spent 2 nights with Sarah who even took on an extra night when plans changed! She sent video of them hanging outside. Even though Lucy is shy she seemed to be in good hands. We will for sure use Sarah again!”

“My Yorkie had an amazing two weeks with Renee and Len. I highly recommend them to watch your pets. They were accomdating when I had to urgently travel abroad and even refused to take additional pets, as my Yorkie does not get along with all dogs. Our Yorkie tends to be a runner and they very attentive to ensure that he didnt run off. He had an absolute blast with their gorgeous boys and is already missing them. Will definitely be using them for the future even if it's just for playtime.”

“It was very comforting to have Summer drop in with my older cat daily. He requires little physical care but needs someone to sit with him and pet him on a regular basis. I really like that I am informed when the sitter shows up at my house and when they are complete with the visit. I would use Summer again.”

“Amanda took care of our fur babies and did a fantastic job! They all fell in love with her almost right away. She knows her way around dogs when one might be a little scared at first. Our male rescue warmed up to her quickly. It was great that she was not frightened by his loud barks and she took to him so quickly!! Thank you, Amanda!! We will definitely be having you come over again!! ?”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Drake
About: Both my wife and I have had dogs since we were born. We both grew up in families that bred labs. We’ve cared for brand new pups to one of our late dogs as she battled heart failure. We are no strangers to caring for dogs in all walks of life. Training them from 8 weeks old and handling medications in their senior years. We currently own two Goldens. Leo who will be 8 this year and Liberty who will be 4. Leo has spent every year in the woods with us as well as Liberty who also plays show dog in the conformation ring on weekends. They are both sweethearts and get crawled on daily by our 2 year old son. My wife also groomed dogs in college and we have set her up with a dog washing room in our barn fully set up with a portable water heater for those cold months. We would care for any dog like our own. They would have plenty of fun time outside playing and a comfortable place to sleep while they’re here. I work from home and my wife is a stay at home mom with our son. She handles the house and our 7 acres of land. Caring for your pet would be an easy addition to our daily schedule as we care for our own. We have a large fenced in back yard and would supervise them when out. When we are gone and when we go to bed at night we will crate dogs to ensure their safety as well as their comfort of having their own space. We also keep dogs separate when feeding. Keeping dogs safe, comfortable and happy is most important to us just like we would expect of someone watching our two sweet Goldens.
“Wonderful experience! We will bring our Bentley back. He was taken care of so great. He played with the dogs and was a happy dog. Highly recommend choosing Kristopher, Barbara, and Randy if you are looking for kind dog sitters!”

“Aspen & Wendy are truly kind people & ensure the pack is having fun while safety is maintained. I am disappointed that they & my girls didn’t make a good fit & recommend them for dogs that don’t suffer from anxiety.”

“Janean's home was exactly what I was looking for for my dogs. She has lots of room for the dogs to run around and she limits how many dogs she has at one time. My girls came home happy and tired :)”

“Incredibly nice! Great at keeping us updated with photos and messages about our babies throughout their 12 hour stay. Walked them multiple times, fed them twice, and gave them plenty of outdoor time. Also, spent time chatting with us at drop off and pick up so we were comfortable with leaving them.”

“My puppy enjoyed her time with Angel! She came home tired and relaxed every day! I received regular updates and Angel is very accommodating. I enjoyed the spacious yard that was designed to keep the dogs entertained but also stress hygiene and cleanliness. Mary will be back the next time we are in Prescott! Thank you, Angel and Casper!”

I bring 10+ years of experience in animal shelters and dog fostering, making me especially comfortable with: • Dogs of all breeds and sizes • Senior pets and special needs pets • Anxious or shy animals • Multi-pet households If you’re searching for dog boarding in Prescott, in-home pet sitting, overnight pet care, or drop-in visits, I provide reliable, attentive service tailored to your pet’s routine. Why Prescott pet owners choose me: • Full-time availability (retired—your pets are my priority) • Calm, safe, and loving environment • Consistent communication with photo updates • Respectful, trustworthy in-home care • Flexible scheduling for weekends and holidays I proudly serve Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and nearby communities, and I’m committed to giving your pet the same love and attention I would expect for my own. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness always come first—and I take pride in going the extra distance every time. Because I’m retired, pet care is not something I squeeze into a busy schedule—it is my daily routine and priority. My day naturally revolves around the pets I’m caring for. Morning visits typically include feeding, potty breaks, walks, litter box care, and a calm check-in to make sure everyone is comfortable. Throughout the day, I plan my time around each pet’s needs, whether that’s medication schedules, exercise, playtime, or simply companionship for pets who prefer not to be alone. In the evenings, I do another round of feeding, exercise, and settling pets into their nighttime routine so they feel safe and relaxed overnight. For overnight stays, I maintain a consistent presence in the home so pets can stay in their normal environment with minimal disruption. On a weekly basis, I also schedule meet-and-greets, take on new bookings, and make sure I’m fully prepared for each pet’s individual routine before their stay begins. Since this is my full focus, I’m able to provide consistent, attentive, and reliable care without rushing or dividing my attention between other work commitments. I have extensive experience as a pet owner, volunteer at a shelter for over five years, and as a foster parent of multiple dogs over the years, I bring a lot of experience and proven ability to care for your pet as they deserve. I fully understand the great responsibility that you are entrusting me with to care for your loved ones. Attitude matters! I promise to bring positivity, patience, reliability, warmth, and a keen eye for detail to every assignment. I understand the importance of maintaining routines and providing affectionate personalized care, ensuring your pets are happy and content while you're away. So, rest assured your pet well be in very good hands.
“This is the first time I have ever used any kind of a pet sitting service/boarding service and I must say I am very pleasantly surprised. Kim and Emily were fantastic with our dog Ruby. Kim is very kind and caring and I trusted her right away! Kim was very communicative as she sent pictures of Ruby at least once a day. I needed to extend Ruby’s stay due to a unforeseen circumstance, and Kim was very gracious and understanding, and she agreed right away to keep Ruby for longer than originally anticipated. Kim and Emily‘s care of my little Ruby exceeded my expectations. They are the only ones I other than family that I will ever trust to watch over my dog while I am away. I just can’t say enough about this wonderful experience……♥️ Thank you so much Kim & Emily!”

“Deirdre is a godsend! Last minute my Thanksgiving plans changed, and I need to find someone to watch my puppy. Despite the fact that he can be isn’t fully potty trained or house broken, she confidently took him in. I also super appreciated that she provides detailed updates and pictures to soothe my own separation anxiety, as this was the first time I left my puppy overnight. Thank you for giving great care to a rambunctious puppy that needs a lot of stimulation and redirection!”
