“We are picky about who we leave our miniature Labradoodle with but had to find a place she would be happy at for 6 days while we were in our time share condo, taking the scenic way home. I found Rover.command then, after scrutinizing providers, found Mindy. It was perfect for Milly. Lots of ball fetching, comfortable furniture, outdoor playtime, dog walks, pool time, personal time and a few other companionable dogs for her to play with. They sent pictures every day to us. We relaxed and enjoyed our time in Scottsdale very much. If it wasn’t for this site and Mindy, we would have had to board her at a big kennel with little personal attention and certainly no play pool, which she loves! We will use her and her husband again if we return to Scottsdale and need Milly to go to “Summer Doggy Vacation Camp!””

About: I have 20 years of pet sitting experience and owned a dog running/walking business back east before moving to AZ 12 years ago. I am comfortable with dogs from puppies to seniors and cats that are friendly to the scared or bashful ones fully understanding that every pet's need is unique, and their daily rituals are paramount. I am a former chef and make organic, grain free dog treats so if your dog or cat requires a special diet, I can accommodate that so they can keep to their regular feeding schedule. I am a very active person so high energy dogs will get lots of exercise. My cat is 18 years old and needs subcutaneous IV fluids for kidney failure 3x a week. If your pet needs this while you are away, I can also accommodate for that. I work 4 days a week 10-hour shifts. If you live within Sedona, I am available to leave on lunch break to walk or feed them. Thursday night through Monday morning I am available for 24-hour care. I am down to 1 cat after about 30 years of having many cats and dogs. I am the person who would move all the way across the country instead of giving up my fur babies. My cat right now even comes to work with me and is a sort of therapy animal for us all as what we do is incredibly stressful. She receives subcutaneous fluids 3x a week and because of this careful care for her we have been able to keep her kidney failure at bay. I simply cannot imagine life without any of my babies.

About: I have 1.5 acres fenced off so your dogs will have plenty of space to run around and explore. There is a lot of shade for the hot days and plenty of warmth in the house when it's cold. I have a doggy door so every dog has the opportunity to be inside or out at all times throughout the day. I grew up with german shepherds and learned how to train them at a very young age. My father had police dogs and family dogs so I learned many different ways to train from him. Always being active when I'm dog sitting is very important to me because the the dogs love it and I also need to exercise. I love all animals but man's best friend is by far my favorite. They have all sorts of personalities and make my heart melt. Make sure to check my calendar and book with me! If you feel uncomfortable about leaving your dog with a stranger I would love to do a meet and greet first. I work 48 hours on and then have 4 days off. My husband normally works Monday through Thursday and he is usually home by 4pm. When your dogs are here I walk them, I give you the option for me to bath them. Most hours of the day they will have time to run around in the backyard and play. I love camping, hiking, and doing outdoor activities so let me know how they are on and off leashes in the woods. I have two of my own dogs so yours will have someone to play with. I am always throwing a ball or playing with the dogs throughout the day. We go on short adventures in the woods because I need my exercise too. I have a couple different crates if needed but I usually tell people to bring their own because it is what their dogs are comfortable with. I watch your dogs because I love all animals so much and I would be adopting more but my husband thinks I would take every last one home. Watching animals is never a chore, I just love helping out and meeting all the different personalities.

“We are picky about who we leave our miniature Labradoodle with but had to find a place she would be happy at for 6 days while we were in our time share condo, taking the scenic way home. I found Rover.command then, after scrutinizing providers, found Mindy. It was perfect for Milly. Lots of ball fetching, comfortable furniture, outdoor playtime, dog walks, pool time, personal time and a few other companionable dogs for her to play with. They sent pictures every day to us. We relaxed and enjoyed our time in Scottsdale very much. I work from home full-time so I am home with the dogs nearly all the time, with the exception of running errands here and there. About: Being with animals is equivocal to happiness for me— I have been drawn to them all my life. I started pet sitting at age 12 and spent the best summer of my life in 2020 volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Jalisco, Mexico with abandoned, disabled, blind and deaf domestic and wild animals. My day job is extremely flexible, so I can pop in and out of meetings with clients and go for dog walks, check-ins, potty breaks, etc. I have a fenced court yard for my Aussie so she can spend time outdoors while I am out visiting clients. We run 3-4 miles at least 3 days per week to keep both of us active. I like to make sure the dogs I take care of are getting the appropriate amount of exercise and time in the sunshine.
