While I was away, my cat’s tail wounds reopened and she had to be taken to the emergency animal center to get them stitched back up. Not only did Mickale pick my cat up from the emergency center early in the morning and drop her off all the way across town at a pet boarding hospital, but she was incredible at communicating with me about what was happening throughout the entire time she was caring for my cat and she went so above and beyond with caring for my sweet kitty. About: We live in a house with a fenced in yard and have 1 dog, our lovely German Shephard named Harper. She is very social and likes playing with other dogs and does not mind sharing toys. Would like to lay on your lap and cuddle all day. I have been taking care of dogs since I was a child. This includes my own dogs, but also dogs of friends and family while they were on vacations. I have experience administering medication, as one of my previous dogs suffered from epilepsy and had to get medicine every 12 hours. About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. About: I'm an early bird so morning walks are always in; Sir Connor (Rest In Dog Paradise ) he was a shih tzu mixed. He was not neutered, because I wanted grand fur babies at the time. I have fostered over a dozen dogs and a handful of cats. Daisy May was an extra addition to the family while I was fostering a puppy I called Maxwell; Maxwell has been adopted by a caring couple! Daisy May is currently the only dog I have so far. Sitting Schedule: Breakfast is at 10:30. I'm reading on how to train dogs and so treats would be ideal for play time! Dinner is severed at 7:30 I feed twice a day. If I have your dog on the weekend, they get to go on a field trip to Overton Park or Mud Island Dog Park. They also get enrichment time with pet toys and snacks! I also groom on the weekend. I mostly had dogs as pets; I rescued a cat and named him Jeffery and he was adopted by a loving family. “Abby has come to my apartment several times to walk my dogs, and every time, things have gone smoothly. She has shown up on time, sent pictures, and gotten them out to get the exercise and bathroom breaks they need. She has also communicated with me ahead of time to make sure she fills any special requests (like letting them eat on the way out, or shutting them in my bedroom afterwards. I would not hesitate to have her come walk them again, and I have already booked her to pet sit overnight for me soon.”
About: I’ve been pet sitting for 10+ years and have always lived in a home with pets. Family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their fur babies. I work full time Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30. Depending on distance from my office (Collierville), I can do mid day check ins. Outside of business hours, I am very flexible and will make sure your pets have plenty of play time and have their needs well taken care of! About: There has been one to two dogs in my family my entire life, I'm very familiar with them and I've never met a dog that didn't warm up to me within minutes. I'm a graduate student getting my PhD in biomedical sciences so I can work long days but I also don't have defined hours so I can take breaks to take care of pups. Dogs typically have to be kenneled unless I've watched them before and know I can trust them to not go to the bathroom in the house.
