My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!

About: I've cared for animals since I was a preteen, having my own dog since 2013—well versed in all things dog, and I live less than five minutes from the nearest 24-hour emergency vet clinic. My pets are my life! I have a cat (10 lbs, female) and a dog (small terrier, 15 lbs, female) who are both spayed and socialized with other animals. The dog, Chanel, is especially fond of other dogs who are friendly, regardless of size. My cat's name is Ellie, a domestic shorthair, and she mostly stays away when there's another dog over. I have fostered dogs and kittens with local rescue groups as well as Little Rock Animal Village (LRAV). I am also a registered volunteer with LRAV. I'm currently working from home for the most part, other than going to a client meeting sometimes. I have cameras throughout the downstairs, where the animals will stay if I am gone. However, I spend quite a lot of time at home, which places me in a great position to be available to care for my pets and any guests I'm caring for, be it a foster, overnight or a board. I have a fenced-in yard, can go outside with the dogs, and I have a neighborhood that's walkable if that's a needed service. If I'm caring in a client's home, I go by their instructions and do not mind being flexible and keeping lines of communication open. About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years. My first baby was Kramer (cockapoo) and now I have a big boy named Koda (Golden Retriever). I love all pets, but specifically dogs. They are so loving, loyal, and kind, and I love to give that to them in return. I work as a professor at an university and usually done around 1pm each day, so I can let the babies out for their afternoon/evening potty breaks. I am also free for the summer due to school letting out, so I will have way more free time from May until the middle of August to give your baby attention any time of day. About: I’ve been pet sitting for my friends and family for about 2 years! I also have two dogs and have always been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been working at a doggy daycare for almost 2 years now, so I have plenty experience in pet care! I currently just work as a part time employee and part time student. I do get about a 1 to 2 hour break in-between shifts. I also am able to get up early in the mornings before heading to school and work. I don’t work Saturdays or Tuesdays, so those days I’m very flexible! I’m normally able to move my schedule around to try and be flexible, I just normally need 2 weeks in advance to fix that flexibility! I currently live in an apartment, but I walk my two dogs on my off days about every 2 hours. When I’m working I just take my dogs with me to work so they have plenty of run around room! I also use treat puzzles or squeaky toys to keep them entertained and going! I always enjoy taking pets out for rides in the car, I always ask first before taking any dog anywhere that isn’t mine. My older dog can be a little snappy, so I don’t bring him around any of the dogs I dog sit. My younger dog is very playful however and loves everyone! Shes always looking for another playmate. However I do always ask first before I ever bring her to meet other dogs or pets! The availability I have is on weekends and after 4 pm on weekdays, available holidays. Stay overnight and accept long-term stays (longer than one week). I wish I could have a dog of my own, but due to frequent traveling, it’s sadly not the right time for me. I love having the opportunity through Rover. I am unable to hold a traditional job now, so I decided to help others and their pets instead. I have one Pomsky who’s a little brat, but he’s the sweetest thing. My rescued German shepherd had to be put down recently due to MRSA. He had more medical issues than you can probably name. Because of this, I am pretty well versed in helping dogs with crazy medical conditions. Unable to hold a regular job now, pet care is easily the most enjoyable thing for me. I just moved to an apartment downtown Little Rock, since homes are so expensive now days. Due to this move, there’s a high possibility I would have to bring my Pinsky with me. He is very playful and has never had any issues with other dogs or cats. He is also crate trained and potty trained. I added boarding and day-sitting for those special situations some people may have. Having a dog who had very special requirements for care and weird schedules required for care, I completely understand that there are some people who struggle to find the right sitter or just any help at all. So I’ll seldomly accept boarding/doggy day-care for those who are okay with their pup inside an apartment.
