About: I have 2+ years experience working with Almost Home Animal Shelter in Van Buren Arkansas, walking, feeding, medicating, playing, and cleaning up for pups. I also have several years experience with pet sitting for friends, family, and friends-of-friends with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I’ve fostered and worked for multiple doggy daycares and I can honestly say that taking care of people’s pets in one of my passions because animals deserve the best care possible to honor the love that they give us and that we have for them. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding of both cats and dogs 7 days a week during the summer months. I get up when they do, or can come ‘round in the morning to play with them or take them on walks, feed etc. Depending on your needs I can be more active or more hands off with their schedule. Doors of clients homes with be locked to their specifications, entry and exit of the home will be on their given schedule, animals will be secured with all equipment provided (collar types/harnesses/etc) and I promise to be vigilant and aware with their animal at all times.

About: While I haven’t owned a cat myself, I’ve spent time around them, especially loving on my brother’s cat. This has given me a good understanding of their routines and personalities. I’m comfortable providing drop-in care such as feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, and spending time with cats so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I've house sat for locals and fed their pets and even met early to write down a schedule of what needed to be done. I did extra and gathered their papers and/or mail so they didn't get wet or lost. I have a plentiful experience ranging from farm dogs that just need someone to make sure they are still there, to helping whelp four litters of kelpie pups till they were ready to go to their new homes! I love going on long walks and live two minutes from the walking trail so your fur babies can get plenty of exercise. I have a quite home and am well versed in giving senior care for your gray haired angels. I am currently working online so I have plenty of time to watch and care for your fur babies! I get up early in the mornings so times are never really a problem for me, I can come whenever is scheduled and work around from there. I have a fenced yard with about a quarter acre to run around in. Plenty of shade and a kiddie pool to splash around in. I have one very well trained and neutral/friendly dog in the house currently and one cat that is very dog savvy and knows to stay out of the way. I can easily crate if needed and live two minutes from the walking trails for easy exercise and care. “Look no further, these are your people! No, seriously. Ann is great with animals and Im so thankful to have found them for my boy. I have been recovering from 19 surgeries within the past 2 and half months so I have not been very active and can't really take my pup on walks atm. My poor dog who's a GSD and full of energy was beginning to go stir crazy and desperately needed a good walk. Im in a leg cast and don't have a lot of help so I turned to ROVER for the first time. I was incredibly nervous about having a stranger walk my dog. I read through profiles and reviews and decided to reach out to Ann. They have experience with big strong dogs and My dog is a leash puller. Ann and her family responded quickly and she came over soon after to take my boy on his first ROVER walk and first walk by a stranger. I was so nervous she wouldnt want to walk him because of his bad habit but thankfully she took him for a nice, long, much needed walk. My pup came back tired out and much happier. I do not have any fur babies of my own, however my neighbor that I share a fence with has the sweetest dog and 2 cats that we get to know. I do not have a crate for boarding, so if that is something that your fur baby will require, I can easily bring yours with me for familiarity. I keep a fairly tidy home where the biggest messes are merely the signs of children that enjoyed playing all day. If your pup has a hard time resisting small toys to chew, my home may not be the best choice for them. I do not smoke, however I do use incense and essential oils and a friend who visits often does vape. If your pet will be boarded here in my home, I will refrain from use in the open areas and limit diffusing to enclosed rooms away from your animal for their safety. We have a very laid back family and animals are welcome on the living room furniture while they stay. I will do my best to help them feel at home!

My big boy loves new fur friends and is a gentle giant even with small dogs too. I have a fenced yard or can leash walk if you prefer. I have outdoor cameras as well as in door to keep close eye on them.
