About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.

I grew up caring for dogs, cats, and horses, and I competed in eventing through my mid-twenties—so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. We work together to give your dog the benefit of in person care. Regular business hours are preferred but not mandatory. My girl(Gracie- Beagle) is a senior and my other dog (Maui- Bernese Mountain Dog) is a big teddy bear! I work 4 days a week 7am-5pm. Let me know if your pet is crate trained or if they normally stay out in your house! I have a fenced in back yard! But I do prefer for pets to be house trained. About: I recently got a new job that allows me to work remotely most of the time. My dog has loved the change, but needs some company from time to time. I live in an apartment with a 2 acre dog park a half mile away. My dog and I usually go to the park twice a day when I work from home (weather permitting) with several more walks a day. There is also a walking trail around a couple of ponds with plenty of squirrels for your dog to say hi to. We always had pets (cats and dogs) growing up in a small Texas town. As a kid, I also did drop in visits for some of my neighbors when they went out of town. After I got my dog, I would dog sit for some of my friends. Now that I work from home almost every day, I'd like to keep having extra dogs around that Zeus can play with while I'm working. I have a 35 pound Jack Russell mix named Zeus. He's friendly to everyone, both people and animals. He gives dogs their space and is patient with enthusiastic puppies. He is a chill apartment dog that sleeps as much as a cat. He doesn't have a set schedule so he'll be flexible if your dog needs certain walk or feeding times. I have a job that lets me work from home so I'm able to be flexible with my schedule. Zeus and I usually go to the dog park twice a day and take several walks throughout the day. I live in an apartment with my Jack Russell mix Zeus. He's a great co-host and is patient with overly energetic puppies and gives dogs their space when they want it (he sleeps like a cat). My apartment complex has a dog park that's a 10 minute walk away and it has a walking path around a couple of ponds. The neighborhood is quiet (except for Lovers Ln) and is great for wandering around. There's full time access to water and I allow animals on the furniture. I can crate your dog if needed.

While my own dog, Lucy, is very social and loves to play, I also happily accommodate dogs who are shy or prefer quiet one-on-one time. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for safe roaming and play. In our home, we believe our space is our pup’s space — they’re welcome to snuggle where we snuggle. We can enjoy walks around the neighborhood, play ball in the yard, take trips to the park, or simply relax together. My dog, Lucy, is friendly and sociable, and can be a wonderful playmate for dogs who enjoy socializing. If your pup prefers alone time, I can easily accommodate that as well. All dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they’re most comfortable — whether that’s curled up with the family, on their own bed, or in a kennel. Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets for a very long time , from dogs to turtles even fishes. I am the all-around pet lady lol. I work from home so I’m able to be attentive to all pets. I’m able to be active with them and make sure they eat and go to the restroom on the schedule. The animals have their own roam in my home. They are not left outside and they’re free to park and play around the house as they feel.
