About: I have had many years of animal care! I have been volunteering in animal shelters since I was 16 and have previously walked dogs in Chicago for a few months! Most recently, I was on a volunteer team that helped train rescued puppy litters. I am currently a dental student that does not have the time for a full time job, but will always make time for some furry friends! I live in a gated apartment community with grassy areas within. There are no other animals in my apartment. My area is very walkable and I would love to be able to do so with your pet!

“We were very lucky to find Lesa to watch our chocolate lab, Hank. For the seven days we were gone, I knew that he was taken care of and did not have to stress. Lesa sent us daily reports and pictures of Hank to keep us informed. Hank was even able to make some doggy pals in her labradoodles, Max and Skootch. Even though we did not come back until late to pick Hank up, she offered to meet us halfway because she knew we would be tired after a long day of traveling which was great. About: I grew up with dogs and have had my own for 6 years. I also have 2 cats I took in off the street. I've had high maintenance and nearly untrainable dogs. I currently have a regularly medicated bulldog. I also semi regularly do house/puppy sitting for family friends with a 110 pound American Bully. No animal is too stubborn or rowdy for me. About: I currently have 3 dogs and anyone that visits says my dogs hit the jackpot when they landed in our home. We have nearly an acre of fenced yard and a smaller side yard. We can keep pups outsider, in the house, or in a crate; whatever they are most comfortable with. I would treat your baby as if it were my own, so you can enjoy your time away and not worry. I work during the day on weekdays and am home on the weekends. My pups have run of the house while I am gone. I will accept unspayed females but please be aware that I have an unneutered male in my home. I am comfortable with giving medication or tending to pets that need a little extra attention. About: Ive taken care of many species of dogs, cats, and reptiles. I have a huge heart for animals and only want what's best for them. I am a biochemist in studying right now who strives to use their degree in veterinary sciences. Every dog is like family to us I work 1 mile away so I go home in my lunch and do potty break for my dog. I am always home on weekends too I walk my dog four times a day! We sleep with our babies but willing to crate at night if you need us too. But we love the company
About: I have a very flexible schedule and am up early every morning. I will take the time to work with your dogs and give them the attention they need. My regulars get excited every time they come to the door. I’m capable of potty training and teaching obedience. If necessary I will take the time to give your dogs a bath, and can also treat for fleas if need be. In case of a medical emergency I have multiple vet clinics in close proximity to my home.I understand the importance of taking care of your babies as that’s how I will treat them. I will love your dogs and your dogs will love me :) My schedule is flexible. I work from home and my wife and/or mother-in-law will be home with your baby if I need to attend a meeting or work call. We are available to boarding or daycare everyday unless the calendar is blocked out for those dates. Safety is number one priority in our house. No door will be open until a leash is put on. We can also crate your dog if needed.
About: I’m a current volunteer and foster with Out of the Woods Animal Rescue, a previous veterinary clinic assistant and I have had a variety of animals in my life since childhood. I have experience in breed research from my previous job with Cuddle Clones, LLC. Because of this, I understand the quirks and sensitivities of many different dog breeds. In my own home, I have four dogs and five cats, so I can handle most animals. However, they have to be cat and dog friendly. I have certification in; Cat and Kitten Care, Animal Care, and Pet Adoption Practices. Whether small animals or reptiles, kitties, or pooches I can handle any task you ask of me. Once upon a time, I was a Grooming Assistant and Sales Associate with Petco and I received animal handling training as a docent with the Little Rock Zoo. I'm acquainted with many different animal personalities. I hope that you will consider me for the care of your pet! Currently, I work in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, then I am home the rest of the week. This may change from time to time, but this is usually the norm. I can only take cat/dog friendly animals, but I do have a large fenced yard and four dogs for yours to play with. I can provide baths as well with an added fee.

My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!

While away, she kept us informed daily of happenings and handled anything that came up with our pup—and our dog is no perfect angel but she handled every curve ball he threw. Julissa was also very flexible with us regarding pick-up times and understanding of our personal situations for which I am grateful.
