About: I’ve had big dogs my whole life and I’m an animal science major on the pre-veterinary track. I have experience in vet clinics, grooming, shelters, and dog sitting. About: I worked at a dog kennel and cattery for a couple of years and loved every minute of it! I worked with dogs and cats of all breeds, temperaments, and ages! About: I have owned pets my whole life, including domestic and wild pets. Dogs, cats, squirrels, coons and possums if they need me I take them in and give them what they need! About: I have been taking care of animals since 5 years old I grew up in the country with many horses, rabbits, cats, but we always had a min of 8 dogs (hunting, cattle, and house dogs) we have had a few litters through the years as well. He walks min 2x/day try to do 8 miles and socialize a lot be by park or friend- family dogs, he loves the farmers market and children. Big believer in dog health be vitamins or giving holistic food to dry kibble. I have a big yard with acre woods to the side, unfenced but great neighbors who all love dogs. It’s very safe, calm, family& friendly neighborhood. I walk the greenway- access to it on my street, two parks, river, and golf course dogs are allowed to be walked on.

I was a little nervous to leave him since it was his first time staying with unfamiliar people but their friendliness and confidence made me feel immediately comfortable. Layne was very open to meeting Hachi’s needs and making accommodations to make sure he felt safe and at ease. She also sent me daily pictures and updates of how he was doing. Their 2 dogs were obviously super used to having new guest dogs around and accepted Hachi as another member! I would absolutely have them watch Hachi again!”
