About: I have had several animals growing up so I am familiar with taking care of animals. I cannot have animals where I live, so I pet sit a lot for my friends and family. About: I've been dog sitting since I was a teen. I love dogs, my Hans is my first Baby, he unfortunately passed away with cancer at the age of 6. We were blessed to adopt his sister (his mom's last litter around 4 years ago) Piper. Piper is very sweet and tender. I run about 4 miles a day. And I walk with my son, Hakan who loves dogs, about 2 times a day. Safe area, plenty of room to run and play. Your fur baby will spend all day with me, my little boy and our 4 year old, ultra sweet border collie, piper If needed, we have a dog crate for sleeping in, but your dog is welcome to sleep in whatever arrangement he or she is used to. I prefer to host dogs at my home, but I can come to you too, so long as it's not too far away. I hope to see you soon! I am currently a stay at home mom and typically home nearly all day. I run every day and go.out and enjoy being outside a lot. I don't have a fenced yard but I don't take dogs out without a leash. About: I’ve had many cats and dogs over the years. My Chocolate Lab, Holly, was 16 years old when she passed away a few years ago. I raised her from a puppy all the way through her senior years. I’ve recently retired so my schedule is fully open to for pet sitting. I am looking forward to having some cats and dogs in the house again. I have a fenced in backyard. Half of the yard is concrete pad with a covered pool, and the other half is grass. I also have a gazebo that gives a good amount of shade for animals to relax under.

Emma loves to play with other dogs and would love the opportunity to hang out with yours while you get away for either work or fun. I have a full time job where I work from home, so would have plenty of time to care for your dog as needed. I am available most weeks and weekends. Since I have my dog, it would be essential to arrange quick meet and greets prior to committing. I have my dog Emma, who is a Saint Bernard mix. Though I just have her at the moment, she grew up with other dogs and loves the companionship. I recently constructed a fence for my backyard for ease of potty breaks, though stairs are necessary for this. Emma has free reign of the house while I am working, but I do have an x-pen and extra dog bed I could setup if needed. Emma takes daily medicine for her joints and thyroid, so I am used to giving medicine if your pup requires medicine as well.

I will take the time to learn what both you and your beloved pet need while you are gone and update you as much as you prefer. ❤️ Working and caring for dogs is full-time career. I love caring for dogs in my home and offering my clients detailed communication regarding their dog(s) while away. My focus is boarding, drop ins, and walks. I gladly accept reactive dogs, special needs dogs, and high energy or high maintenance dogs. When boarding, big dogs and little dogs are kept separate. During unsupervised times such as when we are sleeping dogs are either in a kennel or allowed to roam the household if they are not destructive and owners are comfortable! Generally, dogs eat twice daily unless otherwise discussed. Medications are given at the times they are needed and each dose is logged in the app for peace of mind. I send pictures and communicate each day. I also send videos if we are doing something fun. I happily work with dogs that are not dog or people friendly. With reactive or unfriedly dogs I ask for a little more notice so I do not book other dogs during that time frame. I usually host four dogs at once unless we have a reactive guest. My own home is filled with the ornery-ness of two cats and a dog, along with experience caring for my super senior from kittenhood. She is why i have such a soft spot for older pets. I've been lucky to have reptiles and rodents and feel comfortable providing care for a wide variety of animals. Animal behavior and care is a passion of mine, so I love to continuously educate myself and keep my knowledge up to date on the latest care. This helps me keep an eye on body language to make sure i know your pet's wants. needs, and mood. My calendar stays up to date, and my day-to-day is flexible. I am currently studying while also pet sitting, so I am able to focus on making sure pets and their parents are comfortable even when plans change last minute. My studies will eventually lead to me working from home so i plan to continue to work and pet sit as well, meaning there shouldn't be a change in my plans. I honor house rules and follow directions well. There are never too many notes for me to follow and refer back to.
