She kept great communication the entire time, sending updates and making sure we knew he was doing well. It meant so much to us. When we picked him up, she even surprised us with the sweetest gift — a framed picture of Roux and some treats for him. That really went above and beyond. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she watches. We would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone!”
