About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.

About: Registered veterinary nurse with over 20+ years caring for animals, 12+ in a professional and clinical setting. I have worked in small animal practices as well as Emergency/ICU and have medical experience with species of all kinds! I am a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator with AKC, and I am also licensed with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a wildlife rehabilitator (since 2019) Aside from working with native wildlife, I have personally owned a variety of pocket pets and exotic animals throughout the years and would be comfortable providing care for additional animal species, as needed! I am certified to teach canine and feline CPR & First Aid both to the public and to veterinary professionals (offered as approved RACE CE credit), and I am certified with FEMA through their “Animals in Disaster” preparedness course. I am proficient not only in identifying and interpreting canine and feline behavior (as well as other species), but I also have the advantage of medical insight. I often will notice things about your pet that perhaps you haven’t even noticed yet, or maybe didn’t realize was a concern. I was blessed with good intuition, and this has aided me greatly in my career with animals! Through years of working emergency medicine, I have become highly effective in triage methods and will know immediately what to do and how quickly to do it, should your pet encounter any type of emergency (trauma, toxicity, snake bite, heat stroke, neurological incident, etc.) I am comfortable administering medications through PO, SQ, IM, and IV routes, as needed or directed by a veterinarian. I am comfortable manually expressing bladders in both dogs and cats, and providing ambulatory support for pets needing assistance. Some of my clients wear doggy diapers and I am comfortable managing those, as well. I can provide basic wound care, bandage care, and give extra attention to pets needing any type of dietary assistance. My special skill in clinic was getting sick pets to eat, I am very good at it! In addition to the medical aspect, I also strive to support a healthy emotional environment. I will provide adequate and reasonable boundaries to ensure your pet is being respected, but also not letting them take advantage of the “new person!” I’m not going to overload them with treats or feed them extra just because they’re giving me the cute puppy eyes! If your pet is not allowed on the couch at home or when you’re away, I won’t allow that either. I truly understand the full-circle effects of how we treat our pets and strive to maintain high expectations when I’m responsible for any animals care. Pets in my home will be treated just like my own—with lots of love, attention, and plenty of cuddles! The dogs in my home are very friendly and accustomed to being around other animals. I want your pet to feel as comfortable and at home as possible while they’re with me. Pets are welcome on the furniture and beds in my home, especially if that’s what they’re used to at home. If your pet is crate-trained or you prefer them to be crated at certain times, I also have a kennel available and am happy to follow their normal routine.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I am an experienced sitter who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong. The availability I have is on weekends and after 4 pm on weekdays, available holidays. Stay overnight and accept long-term stays (longer than one week). I will love on your pooch with everything I have. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I wish I could have a dog of my own, but due to frequent traveling, it’s sadly not the right time for me. I love having the opportunity through Rover. About: Hello! I’m Tara, and animals have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, and horses, and I competed in eventing through my mid-twenties—so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. My significant other, Mike, and I work together as a team to provide attentive, 1:1 in-home boarding with plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection. I’m happy to accommodate special routines and needs (senior care, medications, shy/anxious pups, or high-energy dogs who need extra play and structure). Tell me what helps your dog feel safest and happiest, and we’ll tailor their care to match. I work in childcare part time and Mike is a gig worker with a very flexible schedule. We work together to give your dog the benefit of in person care. Regular business hours are preferred but not mandatory. We strived to meet your dog care needs and requirements while giving your babies all the love and attention they deserve. We may ask a lot of questions but the more we know, the better we can customize the care for your dog. We have a nice size yard with. We also have a large deck for lounging.

About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.

About: I absolutely adore animals. I have my own dog, whom I trained myself. I have also spent many years pet-sitting dogs and cats for friends and colleagues while they were on vacation. I have more than 10 years of experience caring for animals. In general, I connect better with animals than with people. About: I have 2 dogs of my own for as long as I can remember and I help out with my neighbors. I’ve helped with older dogs, puppies, large and small dogs, and I used to work at a kennel (heavenly care kennels). I currently have an open schedule so I can check in on the pets as frequently as needed. I take care of my dogs everyday so it would be my delight to take care of yours. I feed my dogs twice a day and walk them frequently. When I take care of my neighbors I am trusted with a key and code and feed and walk them as much as asked.
