About: I have taken care of and owned dogs my entire life, I grew up with 15 dogs on 3 acres. I have never not owned a dog with my senior pit coming up on 17 years with me. Currently home full time most days of the week, kids will be in school full time. I can work around your schedule & needs for pick-up, drop-off or drop ins. I live on 5 acres away from all main streets and a private drive for plenty of running space. I have converted my shed into a climate controlled dog house that has a fenced in area for the runners but if you prefer them to be inside I have plenty of space.

About: Hello, I own 6 ferrets, 2 cat's, a dog, a snake and a bird. I've owned animals my entire life and love all animals. Im a sucker for big dogs and especially Rottweiler's and Pit bulls. I don't mind house sitting and letting them out multiple times a day and walking them so they don't get to bored or lonely. I'm also happy to scoop litter boxes and play with cats or ferrets (I'm also a sucker for these little heathens). Also more than comfortable feeding any scaley friends. I’m currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time for your pets! I am available to watch, let out, and walk your pets from 9:00 AM- 12:30 PM, and again from 6:00 PM through the evening. We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

“Kay is an amazing dog sitter! My pup was free to roam the backyard with the help of her built in doggie door and large yard. My pup experiences separation anxiety and Kay provides loving care while I was away...she even let him nap on the bed next to her pups! Her three sweet dogs and her cats are extremely loving and played with my pup during his stay. Rex even made a best friend with Kay's cat Butterbean too! I highly recommend Kay for your furry best friend! Drop off and pick up are a snap with Kay. And she sends pictures to give a daily check up of your pup! ”
