About: I'm a colon cancer survivor which fur babies have helped me through a lot I'm all about them and taking care of them because they have been all about me throughout my sickness.... Now that I'm a little better I want to give back to the unconditional creatures that gave to me in a time of need...I've had Weimaraners in my household for over 15 years and have had other fur babies and animals before that throughout my life, this chance that I could have to provide the love and care for the parents of those fur babies that need it. My spouse and I are also frequent flyers at the local dog parks in the area I would love to be able to take your fur baby for a walk or more! About: I worked as a dog walker and sitter for 3 years and had my own dog for 16. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day. I do teach yoga a few times a week, which takes me away for 2–3 hours at a time. Otherwise, I’m home and present with the dog. I’m in a single-family home with a large (partially fenced) backyard, though I prefer getting dogs out on walks rather than relying on the yard. I live near the Bentonville trails and greenway, so that’s where we go for longer walks - usually in search of the best sniffing spots. No other pets or children in the home. Periodically, since a kid, have cared for all kinds of pets including blind and sick cats, and stray dogs.
