About: I’m a University of Arkansas graduate and a lifelong dog lover, and caring for dogs has become a big part of my life. I have my own dog, who I got after graduating, and for the past 8+ months I’ve been fostering dogs in need through Big Paws of the Ozarks. Fostering has given me extensive hands-on experience with dogs of many breeds, personalities, ages, and needs, including shelter dogs who may be nervous, stressed, or adjusting to a new environment. I’ve become very comfortable introducing new dogs into my home and helping them adjust to both me and my own dog, which is especially important when boarding. Fostering has also taught me to recognize canine body language and cues, so I’m able to tell when a dog is stressed, tired, overstimulated, or simply needs some space or a break. Above all, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to meet each dog where they are—whether that means lots of playtime and walks or giving a nervous or senior pup a little extra time and care. About: I have had a cat in my life since my sister brought home a stray kitten when I was in junior high. I’ve had the crankiest of females to the snuggliest of males. I am the person that people say, “Don’t pet that cat!” And then you blink and they’re in my lap. I have two cats currently that are both seniors and one requires three pills daily. I have a sensitive nose to cat litter odors, so I am top notch at cleaning out that Poo Palace. If your cat loves to snuggle, I’m the best thanks to the one you see in my profile photo. About: I’ve always loved cats and wanted one ever since I was young, and when I made it to college I was finally able to fulfill that dream and adopt my first cat, Walter, who was just barely a year old when I took him in. Raising Walter has been a truly wonderful experience- I’ve loved getting to learn what kind of food works for him, what toys he prefers, when and where he likes to sleep, everything about him. That’s the thing about cats; they can be a little skittish or scratch you, but oftentimes they just need patience, love, and the right attitude. I’ve fostered and worked for multiple doggy daycares and I can honestly say that taking care of people’s pets in one of my passions because animals deserve the best care possible to honor the love that they give us and that we have for them. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding of both cats and dogs 7 days a week during the summer months. I get up when they do, or can come ‘round in the morning to play with them or take them on walks, feed etc. Depending on your needs I can be more active or more hands off with their schedule. Doors of clients homes with be locked to their specifications, entry and exit of the home will be on their given schedule, animals will be secured with all equipment provided (collar types/harnesses/etc) and I promise to be vigilant and aware with their animal at all times.

About: I’m a University of Arkansas graduate and a lifelong dog lover, and caring for dogs has become a big part of my life. I have my own dog, who I got after graduating, and for the past 8+ months I’ve been fostering dogs in need through Big Paws of the Ozarks. Fostering has given me extensive hands-on experience with dogs of many breeds, personalities, ages, and needs, including shelter dogs who may be nervous, stressed, or adjusting to a new environment. I’ve become very comfortable introducing new dogs into my home and helping them adjust to both me and my own dog, which is especially important when boarding. Fostering has also taught me to recognize canine body language and cues, so I’m able to tell when a dog is stressed, tired, overstimulated, or simply needs some space or a break. Above all, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to meet each dog where they are—whether that means lots of playtime and walks or giving a nervous or senior pup a little extra time and care. My schedule is flexible, and I’m able to make pet care a consistent part of my daily routine. I enjoy spending time with dogs through walks, runs, playtime, and snuggles, and I’m happy to accommodate their individual routines and needs. I have two extra bedrooms, so I can give each dog their own comfortable space at night if they prefer to sleep in a crate or have some quiet time. I’m also happy to let dogs sleep with us if that’s what they’re used to. My priority is always making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and supervised, while also making sure their interactions with my dog are positive.

“Not sure where to start. I’ve been very nervous about leaving my 8 month old boxer with anyone. She’s a rescue, she’s skiddish at times, we aren’t sure of her history, whether she’s been hit, yelled at, punished, or abused in any way. We wanted her treated like we treat her; she’s one of our babies. I immediately felt at easy when we met Ally, Chole was at ease, it was so easy for us to leave her with Ally. We knew getting a puppy was going to keep us from our travel plans unless we took her with us because Chole freaks out in her crate if left alone.
