About: I have always had a fur baby in my life. My husband and I recently lost both of our dogs and cat. I love walking, playing, snuggling and all other activities with pups. I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. I live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking or going to dog park at Sokol Park. I provide pickup and drop-off within a 10 miles. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats. I love taking “paw” trips to the park or pet store. I am open to most anything your dog(s) needs.

Experience caring for kitties with various medical needs, including eye drops, pills, wipes, diets and subcutaneous fluid administration. Experience volunteering in four different animal shelters with both dogs and cats, doing basic animal care as well as specializing in dog enrichment activities. I currently work full-time which is why my services are limited to dog walking and drop ins. I am able to drop in during my lunch break so long as your home is within Tuscaloosa or Northport and can make earlier morning and early to late evenings work. I am flexible on weekends. About: I have been a cat lover since the day I could walk. Over my years, I have had the privilege to coexist in the same space with many cats. Although my current orange child threatens to revoke that privilege at least once a week for using her room as my office. I have witnessed the full cycle of life of a cat so I know how to bottle feed and administer medications. I understand keeping bowls clean to prevent cat acne and increase hydration. About: Hi! We’re David and Anna, and we can’t wait to care for your sweet fur babies! We have each cared for animals of all kinds throughout our lives including cats, dogs, bunnies, ducks, squirrels, you name it! We currently have 3 dogs and a cat together, and have experience pet sitting for close friends and family. We each have experience with administering oral pet meds. As RNs we’re willing to administer shots if needed, but will require clear instructions from the pet parent. We are currently travel nurses and would love to spend time with your fur babies while we’re home in between contracts. We primarily do doggy day care, but would be more than happy to board your pup overnight if we’re available. Submit your request and we’ll see what we can work out! We have a large, fenced in back yard for your pup to run, play, and potty in. Our 3 dogs (all spayed/neutered) love to meet new fur friends, but can easily be crated indoors if your pup needs some alone time. All of our pets are crate trained, and we have an extra crate that can be set up for your pup if needed. We do also have a young cat who has been raised with large dogs and gets along great with them. Please let me know ahead of time if your pet doesn’t vibe well with kitties and we’ll be sure to keep them separate as much as possible, for the safety of all of our fur babies.

Life can be busy & demanding at times, & I understand the importance of finding the right one who will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ Being raised in the country with several furbabies, of various sizes with my grandma who was also an absolute furbaby-lover! So it just comes natural to me. Bc to me, they are our babies, our children & I have 30+ years experience of caring for them. Like us, they each have their own likes, dislikes, quirks & personalities. I have furkids myself & my house is setup for them- I just do the feeding, loving, treating, playing, replenish supplies & cleaning!🐶🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! I have a whole playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. I do understand how important the care for your baby is! Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use, with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/ spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea/tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also. They love to play, & get along great with other furbabies! About: I am super flexible and comfortable with dog care. I currently have an energetic young german shepherd so I understand the importance of dogs getting lots of exercise so that they can relax throughout the day. The main breeds I have experience with are Labs/Retrievers, German Shepherds, Beagles, Mixed Breed herding dogs, and Horses! I understand when dogs want to play and when they need their own space to relax. I currently have a german shepherd that I exercise twice a day either by walking, hiking, fetching or chasing hose water. Typically, I do one of these activities in the morning and one in the evening. My dog is free fed throughout the day, but I am familiar with dogs that prefer the routine of scheduled feeding or don't have self control, so I am comfortable following the routine that the dog is used to. I have a great walkable neighborhood, but I am very familiar with great places to walk and hike with dogs throughout the city. I am a grad student with lots of flexibility so my schedule is different from week to week, during the summer I will have lots of time each day to spend with your pup, but during the year I will provide excersize but less one-on-one time. I have a fenced in yard and a 1900 square foot home with hard surfaced floors. I don't allow my dogs on furniture, but if your dog is used to it, that is not currently a concern. My fences are sturdy and chain link, and about four feet tall. I prefer dogs that are crate trained overnight, and am happy to provide my own crates for them to sleep in. If they are not, I would happy to set up a play pen environment for them to be in!

My mom‘s cat lady gene was very strong, because I have six very special cats myself: Ruby (an orange tabby with three legs), Freya (a long-haired dilute torbie), Luna (a silly calico), Phoebe (a tortie with white socks), Callisto (a gray teddybear who came to us as a yard stray) and Poe (void cat who was born in our house). I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. I live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking or going to dog park at Sokol Park. I provide pickup and drop-off within a 10 miles. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats. I love taking “paw” trips to the park or pet store. I am open to most anything your dog(s) needs.
