About: I've taken care of animals since I was a child. My dad ran a kennel out of our home, so we always had dogs around,. As a teenager, I earned extra money caring for all kinds of animals, including dogs,. Growing up around animals and caring for them throughout my life has given me plenty of hands-on experience and a genuine love for pets. I work full time from home mostly, but I do travel 3 days a week for 3-4 hours at a time, but I am available to take care of your animals in the mornings and afternoons. I have a dog run attached to the house with a dog door that leads into the laundry room. I also have a large backyard that is not fenced but is great for leashed walks. I have a dog of our own who is friendly with other dogs and not aggressive, but can be crated if needed. I also have an air-conditioned shop/gym where your dog can stay in a crate if you prefer. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). Once meeting Sore I felt completely at ease, leaving cowboy with them.. I received updates, with pictures every day to see my boy was doing fine. “If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
About: I’ve had dogs throughout my entire life, but currently I have a 7 year old golden retriever I treat like my child! I’ve always trained all of my dogs myself and participated in many safety training classes regarding training. I am currently in graduate school and unemployed, so mostly it’s just me and my golden at home most days, so I have plenty of spare time to help in your pet’s care! I am open to boarding and house sitting, but also happy to do drop-ins or just walks! I have a big fenced in yard and a sweet golden who loves making new friends to keep your pup company! I have plenty of room to crate your dog if needed.
