After a last-minute confirmation that I needed to be in Talladega for three days, I was extremely lucky to find Cassandra and her husband. They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. Cassandra was responsive, communicative, and sent great photo updates, which gave me total peace of mind. They were very accommodating in setting times for Flash and me to meet them and for dropping him off and picking him up. They followed the feeding instructions and made room for his dog bed and toys in their home. About: I own a small kennel,Small Paws Kennel, for small to medium sized dogs in Sterrett. I currently have a few empty kennels,to be used for dog boarding and daytime care. Dogs will not be around cats,and will remain away from children if nervous or aggressive. They will be homed in a kennel with plenty of food,water,treats,and an outdoor run of their own. They will not have to interact with other dogs. I have pet sitter in the past,and try to make sure to follow notes about a dog's preference of what makes them nervous,what treats they like,any meds needed,and so forth. There are separate indoor kennels,with dog doors that lead out to 4*8 separated runs,so dogs are separate and safe. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.

I have two leads in my yard that go pretty far, with shade and water. Dogs only outside for potty. Mostly inside with house all day.
About: I’m an animal lover and enthusiast who has grown up taking care of all types of pets and worked in the veterinary medicine industry since I was 17 years old. I’m comfortable with pets of all kinds, and because of my job I am comfortable administering medication of all types, including injections. I’m also very willing to work with the more “troublesome” pets. I’m currently in school getting my veterinary technician certification and need help making some extra money on the side. I hope you consider me to take care of and love your fur babies❤️ I currently work part time at a vet clinic and my Classes are usually done by early afternoon so I will have more than enough time to take care of your fur babies as needed. With my working background I am comfortable with any food restrictions, medications, walking, crating, and care your pet may need to be happy and comfortable. I will make sure to give meds, food, and specific care instructions extra attention as needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs both full time and part time since I was around 14. I was the sole caregiver for my previous dog (American Staffy) for 4 years as well as pet sitting for family. I’m currently home from college and work from home, so I am able to give your pets plenty of attention and care. I’m also an active person who loves outside. I have a fenced in backyard as well as a very walkable neighborhood with ponds and trails. If needed, I also have a crate available.
