About: Hi 👋 I’m Victoria! I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine from Mississippi State University in 2019. Then was admitted to Ross University for their veterinary medicine program. I love animals but decided I’d rather own the vet clinic than be the veterinarian so I worked as a vet tech while getting my MBA. I finished my masters in December of 2022 and have plans to start my own animal hospital. I have volunteered with several animal shelters and wildlife rehab centers since 2016. I worked at Animal Tracks Veterinary Hospital from June 2018 until August 2019. I have been trained in dog CPR at Mississippi State University’s school of veterinary medicine. I can do grooming (dogs and cats), with nail trim and ear cleaning for an extra $20 fee. I am able to medicate (oral, injections, creams, etc...). I have closely worked with with diabetic cats, cats with strokes (wobbly cat syndrome), post surgery care, and canine seizures. I can go on long runs, take them to the dog park, or just spend some time cuddling your furry family member. I will send daily pictures or videos of your pet while you’re away as well! I have experience working with domestic animals (large, small, and farm) as well as bobcats, bunnies, squirrels, birds, skunks, opossums, and coyotes. “This was our first time using Madisyn, and she was wonderful. She was prompt in her scheduling window, and very communicative, especially during her visits. Madisyn took care of our litter boxes, as my husband was home to see to the other care of our cats, and the cats loved her. When she drove in, they ran to the back door to greet her. This may not seem like a big deal, but our cats usually run and hide when a visitor comes. Even with my husband home, she posted pictures of my cats and kittens, which was greatly appreciated by me. About: For as long as I can remember, I’ve been taking care of animals. Growing up I had, of course, dogs but also cats, rabbits, birds, and even a chinchilla! I moved to a farm as a teenager where I was kept busy taking care of livestock and training horses. Naturally I seeked out jobs with animals too. I’ve worked 1 year at a horse barn and then 2 years at a vet clinic. While working at an animal clinic I learned how to take care of every doggy personality whether it be high reactivity, shyness, dog-aggression, or high energy. I also, of course, learned a good bit about vet med too. I’ve also taken care of many types of cats friendly and sassy ones too! I know how stressful it is leaving a fur baby behind but I want pet owners to know I will give my absolute best care to each and every animal and keep you in the loop with paw-some photos! I work three 12 hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have wide open availability on weekends, and have morning/afternoon availability on Monday and Tuesday. About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals pretty much since I could walk. My family has had chickens, quail, pigs, horses, goats, guinea pigs, and of course dogs and cats! I’ve also worked as a ranch hand at a goat farm for 2+ years. Currently the only doggie I can call my own is my sweet Nala. She is a mini schnauzer who loves people and is quick to play with other pups. I currently work part time and attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I can almost always sit or board Thursday-Saturday. I love walking and jogging so I’m always up for that. I’m currently in the midst of moving into an apartment with my best friend who also owns a friendly collie named Josie. And I have my sweet Nala. I will be able to board in the future but it will probably not be till September-October.
