I understand that dogs can differ in personality and I have a good idea on how to deal with certain behaviors, especially being a pet owner myself. P.S. I had to leave my fur baby while away at school so I would love to take care of yours! I'm currently working part-time as well as attending The University of Alabama at Birmingham but I will have plenty of time for your fur babies! I will be providing services primarily in the mornings as that is what works best for my schedule. I will be available between the hours of 6am-11am. “Flash had a great day in Doggie Daycare with Emily and her family! They played with him and took him for a walk. They were very accommodating in setting times for Flash and me to meet them and for dropping him off and picking him up. They followed the feeding instructions and made room for his dog bed and toys in their home. I really liked it that they lived in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and that they had a nice fenced in back yard. You can tell they love dogs and it made me happy that Flash was comfortable with them. I recommend them as dog sitters and plan to book with them again!”
About: I've taken care of pets for friends and family when needed and have experience giving medication to elderly and sick dogs. We have three female dogs of our own (pug & pug mix) and they would love to have friends over to play ball. I look forward to helping you with all your boarding and care needs. We have a medium kennel suited with small pillow and blankets that are washed before and after. I will ensure that at all times your pet is on a leash. There are no breed restrictions as long as they aren’t aggressive and don’t act out around other animals. I have 2 cats and 3dogs, they all get along well with other animals and are very playful. About: I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes from my experience in a vet clinic. I know what to look for when a dog is feeling un well or anxious. I have my own dog that is a cocker spaniel and he lives to play! I currently work at a job where I handle multiple dogs at once and I love it! I go on lots of walks and have a big yard to play! In my adult life, I have had a lab mix and have had 4 boxers (3 currently still in the home) and a siamese mixed cat. I learned a lot about dog behavior when I got my first boxer through training, and feel like that has helped me with other dogs too. Two of my current boxers are seniors and they take meds so I am familiar with those types of things and my other one is 8 months old so I am currently also in the puppy phases as well. I do have a full-time job. Evenings and weekends are the best time for me on some days. I often work from home later in the week so I can be flexible those days. I am definitely open to chatting about options. I will keep my calendar up to date based on my availability. If your pups are coming to my house, I have a fenced in yard. I do have a pool, but I go outside with all pups for safety reasons. If your dog loves to swim let me know! I also have a quiet neighborhood for a nice leashed walk. I do have a lot of stairs so if you have a senior dog that has mobility issues my house might not be the best option. If they go out on a leash this would be less of an issue b/c I can take them for a walk out front. I crate my puppy when I am gone, and can crate your dog when/if you would like me too. I would like any special instructions about medications/food/behavior etc that are specific to your pets. I would need any specific instructions for your in home stays with your pets.

I can dog sit at anytime during the day/week. I can dog sit at your house or they can come to my house. I’m such a dog lover. Any dog would be good for me to watch. I would take them for walks daily. About: I have been around dogs and cats all my life. Ever since I was young I helped care for our family dogs and cats. Right now, my husband and I own a Catahoula/Pit Mix, Aussiedoodle, and Siamese cat. I have always been a big animal lover and can never seem to get enough of them. I have worked for a dog boarding facility for 5 years and have all the training needed to care for your pups! I am a full time teacher but wake up extra early to walk the dogs. When I am at work the dogs will spend time inside I have a fenced in back yard where your dogs could spend time playing. I do not allow dogs to stay outside while I am gone

About: I will take great care of your pup! I have a fenced in backyard and a safe neighborhood for walks, allowing your pup to have fun while she/he is missing you! I work from home, allowing me the flexibility to let your pup out for regular potty breaks and go on walks. I’m available for daily pet sitting or overnight pet sitting. “If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
