About: Hello there! I have taken care of neighbor's pets such as large and small dogs as well as cats. I have two small dogs of my own who love to cuddle but run in the yard when the time comes! I love animals so I would give your pet lots of love and attention while you are gone! I work a full time job in the Bessemer/MaCalla area but I am free on weekends and am an early riser and get off before 5 in the afternoons! I currently work a full time job in the MaCalla/Bessemer area from 6:45/7:00 to about 4:00/4:30. I get an hour lunch break that I can take at any time of my choosing. I am free most of not every weekend, all day. I am an early riser so I have no problem with morning walks if needed! I will care for your pet as if they are my own! About: I grew up around dogs my whole life. Big and small. I take my own dog for walks at least 3 times a week. I have house sat for dogs and cats before and throughly enjoyed it. I am very good at handling various situations and would be a perfect fit to watch your dog! I am currently a college student off for the summer so I have a lot of time on my hands and a very flexible schedule! I am very good with loving on dogs and giving them my full attention. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since childhood, and for the last five years I’ve regularly helped friends and neighbors with walking, feeding, bathing, and basic care. I understand dog behavior well and stay calm, consistent, and reliable no matter the dog’s age or personality. I currently am off season for my job, but I go to school at Alabama so it depends on when in the day and what times! But I am done at 2 pm every day. I am really inspired by Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and one day I hope to open my own animal sanctuary, but Rover will have to do for now. I've always had at least one dog in my house growing up. Right now I have two dogs as well as cats in my home. I also have a fenced yard to offer supervised play time and potty breaks. I'd be more than happy to drop in and make sure your lil' kitty-kat is well fed, played with, and has a clean litter box OR even host them in my cat room (AKA a quiet bedroom reserved just for cats that my pups do not have access to). Special skills: house training, crate training, medication administration- liquid and capsule, walking multiple (big) dogs at the same time, supervised play and feeding, etc. **Full disclosure: I am not on Rover for this to be my source of income. I keep my rates low because I know how expensive it can be when looking for trusted animal care, especially when you have more than one animal in the home and need to be away for more than a night. I am just offering the quality of care I want given to my animals when I am away. Any questions? Let's talk! My schedule during the day is pretty flexible as I work from home full time. I am also free during the weekend. What kind of care are you looking for and what days do you have in mind? I am also able to take your dogs on leashed walks on the river trail or around town. My schedule is pretty flexible, I work from home so I have lots of autonomy. Well you have found your person here. I love furbabies & will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ To me they are our babies, & like us, they each have their own likes, dislikes, quirks & personalities. I have furkids myself & my house is setup with furbabies & safety in mind. 🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace, not rushed. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! Thats what brought me to Rover as a client, now a sitter myself. I have a playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! On pretty days we spend as much time outside as we can. We also have elevated beds outside, 2 little pup-pools, large grassy area & covered backporch with ceiling fans, patio umbrella & also a water misting fan to beat the heat! Thats a real treat! (Pup cups too!)🥰 My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use, with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. My senior pup is 10 & will play some but mostly likes to lounge & watch the others; my twins are almost 2 & will play off & on all day, so your baby will have a great time! *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/ spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea/tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also. Your baby is in good hands here, & will have plenty of playtime & treats; OR if we just want to nap, we love that too! 😊 ✨️Message me & let me know what days/times you need. I’ll take your pup out for a nice walk before work and when I come back a nice play day! My work schedule on the weekend is usually Friday & Sat 7pm-3am or Sat & Sun 7A-3P. I’ll make sure your pup has fresh food and water each day. If they get along with other dogs, I’ll take them to the dog park! Make sure they have great time outside and inside!
About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was the age of 11. My first pup was a chihuahua. I’ve also cared for German shepherds, pitbulls, bullies, Great Danes, Rottweiler to many others and smaller. Pet care fits my schedule because I am a stay at home girlie. I’m currently working free lance so I have plenty of time and attention to give. I do not have a fenced in yard, however there is plenty of space to walk around and I will keep all pets on a leash. Also willing to go to dog parks and things as such.
About: I can remember every pet I’ve ever encountered. My family owns a small farm in Alabama, and I have been taking care of animals my entire life. Living in the city, I miss the animals, and I think this is a good way to help others while getting to play with and take care of your babies. <3 I’m a freelance writer and actress, so I’m home A LOT. I need a companion just as much as your pet when you’re out of town/working/cannot give the attention they require! :) There’s a courtyard here that is fenced in, but I’d prefer to walk pets over to Queens City park for a little nature. Pet babies always have water, iced when it’s hot out, and I recommend bringing their favorite toys! I like to play and snuggle, so hopefully they won’t miss you too much. Also, bring their snacks!!! I’m happy to go over tricks they’re learning as well.
