“Brittney was the answer to all our problems! Our puppy, Rosie, needed last-minute surgery to remove a tumor on her leg right before we left on a trip we couldn't cancel. Since we couldn't board her in a place that couldn't keep careful watch over her at all times, we turned to Rover and found Brittney. Brittney made sure Rosie did not bother her surgery bandage and kept her around dogs with calmer temperaments (Rosie LOVES other dogs and needed to be around dogs that wouldn't get her too riled up and potentially bother her surgery wound). She also took care to ensure Rosie was in her post-surgery cone so she couldn't get to her wound overnight or when they needed to leave the house. She was a pro at giving Rosie her antibiotics and also went above and beyond by taking her to the vet when her bandage slipped off so she could get patched up with a new one. We couldn't have asked for better care for our Rosie while we were away. It wasn't a situation we wanted to be in, but Brittney made it all manageable and we were able to enjoy our trip with no worries over Rosie being taken care of. I should also mention that Rosie is a rescue and is scared of most people she meets. But she seemed to take to Brittney and her husband very quickly after we left, and if that's not a true endorsement, I don't know what is!”

At home, my calm senior pug Zeus is around for company but is very content to do his own thing. About: I honestly enjoy dogs and cats more than most people, sorry not sorry 😆. There’s just something about the trusting love of an animal that brings joy to life/my world. I’ve been a dog owner for over 15 years, first to my sweet Charlie - no longer with us; and now to our foster fail Maya. Charlie was a border collie who never ran out of energy. Like, ever 😆. I work from home and have a fair amount of flexibility in my schedule. I’m able to do drop in visits to feed, administer meds, let dogs out, attend to cat boxes etc. and during my visits I will also provide a bit of attention and interaction for your pets if they desire it - I’m not just a run in and run back out sitter ☺️ I provide in home boarding and doggy day care at my home, where they have access to our fully fenced backyard for potty visits and playtime (weather safety dependent). I will probably only offer cat care visits to your home, as I have our 2 girls here full time as well as often having a foster kitten/cat or 2. I will be happy to cater a care plan that best suits your requirements and your cat’s needs.

About: I was trained how to train dogs at an early age after our first dog was trained by our breeder. Since then I trained 2 golden retrievers and an Australian Cattle dog (red heeler). Both breeds are strong willed and have high energy. I work from home and so have a lot of freedom to break away to take care of dogs. About: As a child, growing up I was always bringing home stray animals to care for. I've been rescuing & caring for animals for over 20 years now. I have rescued & cared for a variety of different animals. I have expertise in caring for senior animals, those with illnesses, have imapirments,are handicapped, have disabilities or those that may have special needs. I'm everyone's go to for pet questions/concerns, pet sitting & pet rescue. I am an animal advocate & longtime member of PETA, ASPCA, Alley Cats Allies, National Wildlife Federation & Humane Society of the United States. About: I’ve been caring for dogs most of my life, ever since I was first introduced to them at nine years old. I’ve spent the most time with American and European bloodline Great Danes — a breed I absolutely adore, though I love all dogs deeply. In 2022, I worked for a professional dog care business, where I was responsible for four European Great Danes daily — all in the same home. I walked each dog three times a day, fed them individually twice a day, and made sure they had plenty of playtime and enrichment outside of their crates. I also assisted with the birth of a litter of puppies, helping weigh them, check their temperatures, and feed them a blended diet as they grew. In my home, your pet will be treated like family. I stick to a consistent feeding schedule, offer walks three times a day, and provide regular potty breaks. If allowed, I also work on basic training using treats. I make sure your pup gets plenty of playtime, cuddles, and affection throughout the day. I usually let dogs roam freely, but at bedtime they’ll sleep in my room so I can keep a close, loving eye on them through the night. 🐾
About: I have had animals since I was as young as I could remember, as well as my own personal animals since age 10 or so. I love animals and have cared for my grandparents, in laws, neighbors, and more. I usually house sit for family when they are out of town which includes caring for their zoo of animals! About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: Having grown up with animals most my life…I pride myself in the ability to comfort and love your furry friend… Even from a distance. My special skills, are soft skills… Meaning that I work best with slow warm-ups for any anxious pets. But also, I’m ready for any high energy animals as well. About: I've had animals since I was ten. I have lots of friends who work high-travel jobs, so I have years of experience taking care of their pets while they are away. I love animals and I love giving their humans the peace of mind that their best friend is safe while they are away. I'm currently working part time, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I work M/W afternoons and Sunday mornings, but otherwise I'm available during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I sometimes substitute teach as well, so more notice is always better in terms of scheduling your pet's care. “Brittney was the answer to all our problems! Our puppy, Rosie, needed last-minute surgery to remove a tumor on her leg right before we left on a trip we couldn't cancel. Since we couldn't board her in a place that couldn't keep careful watch over her at all times, we turned to Rover and found Brittney. Brittney made sure Rosie did not bother her surgery bandage and kept her around dogs with calmer temperaments (Rosie LOVES other dogs and needed to be around dogs that wouldn't get her too riled up and potentially bother her surgery wound). She also took care to ensure Rosie was in her post-surgery cone so she couldn't get to her wound overnight or when they needed to leave the house. She was a pro at giving Rosie her antibiotics and also went above and beyond by taking her to the vet when her bandage slipped off so she could get patched up with a new one. We couldn't have asked for better care for our Rosie while we were away. It wasn't a situation we wanted to be in, but Brittney made it all manageable and we were able to enjoy our trip with no worries over Rosie being taken care of. I should also mention that Rosie is a rescue and is scared of most people she meets. But she seemed to take to Brittney and her husband very quickly after we left, and if that's not a true endorsement, I don't know what is!”

Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!).
