“Sherry was absolutely amazing with my dogs, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I met her, it was clear how much she genuinely cares. “Lee Ann was so patient with our extremely shy dog. She sent me updates and reassured me everything was fine. Would highly recommend getting Lee Ann to watch your dog!”

“Our dog seemed to enjoy her time at Summer's! We received photos during our trip, which we really appreciated. She lives on a lot of open space with a big backyard, which was perfect for our high energy pup.”

“Sammie had an amazing time with Mike and his family. We received both picture and video updates throughout her stay which showed Sammie making herself right at home. We highly recommend Mike and wouldn’t hesitate to have Sammie stay with him and his family again. Thank you Mike and family for taking great care of Sammie!”

“Jasmine was amazing with our 50 lb Jindo named Pooka, who loved not going to a kennel while my father took a three day trip. She kept Pooka in her home and took her out to the dog park next door. She sent pictures and updates throughout the weekend and put my father at ease that the dog was well cared for. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Kel and her family are awesome! They watched my 2 high energy, active weimaraners for the first time and I am so impressed. I'm glad my boys are going to stay with Kel for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year! She sent me picture updates every day (sometimes more than once per day). When I picked up my dogs, I could tell that they had really grown to love Kel and were comfortable in her house. Mandela (my younger dog) got along well with Kel's golden retriever Cider and they had a blast playing the whole time. Kel is attentive to your dogs' needs and goes above and beyond her role as a dog sitter. We will definitely be coming back!”

About: Hello 👋 Pet owners I'm a sitter of 5 years, with tail wags everywhere. I hope to enjoy your bundle or bundles of joy as much as you have. I am free Mondays through Fridays. I do Weekends only if necessary. As much as you need free time, I need free time as well I like to care for any other pet as much as my own, with love and respect. I believe that's what any animal deserves when in my care.
About: I have over 15 years of experience with all types of animals. I have a deep affection for animals and understand the importance of their well-being. Whether it’s a playful dog or a curious cat, I always take the time to understand their unique behaviors and needs. I am attentive and patient, ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and secure. For pet owners, knowing that I can offer reliable care provides peace of mind—whether it’s a quick check-in, a thoughtful response to any concerns, or simply understanding how to make their pets feel at ease. My love for animals is grounded in the belief that pets deserve kindness, respect, and consistent care. I focus on building a trusting bond with each pet so they feel comfortable and safe in my presence. For pet owners, this trust is invaluable—it means you can leave home knowing that your furry friend is not just in good hands, but in the hands of someone who genuinely loves and cares for them as if they were my own. I will be taking this position fulltime ensuring exercise and playtime, feeding and medication routine, rest and comfort. Incorporating pet care into my daily and weekly routine ensures your pet receives consistent attention, love, and the appropriate level of care to keep them healthy, happy, and safe. Your pet’s well-being is always a priority, and my routine revolves around meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs. My home is pet-proofed to ensure there are no hazards, such as toxic plants, sharp objects, or unsafe areas that your pet could access. All windows and doors are securely closed or locked to prevent any escapes, and I always monitor pets closely when they’re outside to ensure they’re safely contained. Your pet will have a designated, cozy sleeping area that is safe and comfortable, whether it’s their bed, crate, or a spot they’re familiar with. I will ensure that this area is free from distractions and potential dangers, allowing them to rest peacefully and securely. I’ll keep your pet’s daily routine consistent, including feeding times, exercise, and rest. If they’re on medication or need specific care, I will ensure they receive the correct dosage at the right times. Sticking to their usual routine helps minimize stress and makes them feel more at home in my care.

“This is the right person for your pup — Tori was amazing with Salle. I only needed a sitter for a few hours while I went into the archives for a research trip and she stepped up, was caring, asked the right questions (pre vet student) and fun (throw in a pup cup). Sal didn’t hesitate to hang with her and cried a little when she left- wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with her again!”

About: Hi! I'm now available after a short hiatus. (Hence the gaps in the reviews) Recently married, my name is now Brittney Tyson Sporman. I have been caring for all sorts of animals for the majority of my life. I am owner to three wonderful doggos, four charismatic kitties, a grumpy hedgie (Nugget), and a little dinosaur (gecko) named Mochi. Since I developed such a love and joy for animal caregiving it seemed only right to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I started off as a kennel tech at my local humane society which eventually lead to me managing the cat section of the shelter. This was when I realized I am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I gained experience in learning how to evaluate and treat illness as well as properly care for felines and canines. Once I mastered the basics of venipuncture, medication administration, and vaccines I had enough experience to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. There I acted as a receptionist, client care coordinator, and veterinary assistant. I counseled clients regarding nutrition, behavioral problems, obesity, parasite problems, geriatric, flea problems, pre- and post-operative care, treatment instructions, etc. as well as assisting veterinarians and technicians with pets and diagnostics as necessary. After doing this for a few years I became familiar with veterinary medical terminology and procedures, how to perform wellness examinations, and how to recognize significant changes in health and mentation. This led to me being able to get a job at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I worked as an unlicensed veterinary technician in immediate and intensive care in Auburn’s emergency and critical care department for most of my career before going back to general practice. After working in general practice for one year I realized my passion was in emergency medicine and I started working at an emergency clinic as an overnight ICU nurse. After my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer I decided to take a step back from full time veterinary medicine as I was facing compassion fatigue and burn out. That’s when I decided not to let my 10+ years of experience go to waste and I started my “business”, Lemon’s Aid. "Lemon's Aid" was founded in honor of my special needs puppy, Lemon. It is my hope and ambition at Lemon's Aid to provide exceptional healthcare and pet sitting experiences for your pets with skilled nursing treatments, specialty care, convenient home-based visits, as well as home to hospital transportation. Nursing house calls and in home sitting help alleviate the stress and anxiety that pets, and their families can experience during traditional vet clinic or boarding facility visits. This business helps bring in income as well as gives me the flexibility needed to care for my family. I am veterinary CPR certified and have experience performing CPR on canines and felines. I also have completed other programs in the veterinary field including my Fear Free Certification in small animals and exotics as well as The AAFP's Cat Friendly Practice program. I have quit my full time job in order to assist my grandmother who is recovering from surgery and cancer which leaves me with a very open schedule I am not currently equipped to house animals in my home as I have my own mini zoo (lol). While my fiancé stays home to care for my kiddos I can help take care of yours in the comfort of your own home from check in visits, walks, and/or overnight stays in your home.

“Kaia was amazing. She watched our beagle for the day while we explored Auburn and went to a game. She was very flexible and accommodating with our timing and took great care of our pup. We will definitely reach out again when the time comes! Great experience.”

“Rachel was fantastic with Bruce and eased my worries about him meeting someone new since he's afraid of people. She was so wonderful with him, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their fur baby. I will be booking with her again. Thank you, Rachel!”

“Autumn was AMAZING!! She is so flexible whenever I needed to leave my dog a little longer. I so enjoyed the frequent pictures and videos. She is great and your dog would be in great hands!!”

“Christina and Austin were absolutely amazing! We will definitely be booking with them in the future! They took Niko on multiple walks a day and sent tons of photos!!”
“Per usual, Prince was a happy pup when I picked him up from Tiffany’s. I will continue to use her services!!! BTW, she kept Prince on a short notice holiday weekend. I am so appreciative of the care she gives to him. Thanks again Tiffany!!!”

“Cassie is one of the best dog sitters I've had to take care of my dogs. She truly cares and ensured my dogs were comfortable and adjusted on the first encounter. She readily communicated any needs and concerns so regarding my dogs to ensure I had peace of mind and felt at ease being overseas and far away from my dogs. I sincerely appreciate who She is and her passion for dogs. Will recommend her without any reservation.”
“Bruno and Lilia are amazing! I will use them every time I need someone to care for my fur babies. Also, Lilia is a dog trainer, so she is very competent in doggy care. You will not be disappointed. I was three states away and never worried about my dogs' well-being. Truly a blessing!”

“I’d used rover previously & didn’t have the best experience but She really made me feel comfortable with leaving my dog with them while I was gone away. I will definitely be using her again & 10/10 recommend !”

“Chandler is wonderful!!! This was our 1st time using her on Rover and she was quick to reply and kept us constantly updated with pictures on our pups. We will definitely be using her again!”
