I've been professionally caring for animals since 2011 where I worked as a vet tech specializing in rehabilitating competition horses. I have a double-doggy-door system; the first doggy door in the kitchen leads to the screened-in back patio, then the 2nd doggy door goes from the patio to the fenced-in back yard so dogs can go use the bathroom whenever they need. I live on a peaceful 6-acre property off a dirt road surrounded by cow and horse farms. 1-acre is fenced in off the house just for the dogs - with beautiful oak & pine trees that provide a lot of shade. The screened-in back patio has carpeting, dog beds, & fans. Inside the home, there are extra dog beds & toys in every room. I have a senior female dog who mostly keeps to herself, and a very loving and energetic girl who will play endlessly with any dog of any size. I have an in-&-out cat that has his own space. I frequently watch dogs that are not friendly with cats since I can keep everyone separated if need be.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire adult life and have cared for dogs of many breeds, sizes, and personalities, including several adopted from rescue organizations. Friends and family regularly trust me with their pets while they’re away, knowing I’m reliable and attentive to routines. I love both dogs and cats (and also have a pet turtle 🐢), so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of pets. I enjoy getting outside for walks and playtime and always focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re gone. I work from home most days with a flexible schedule. I like to meet my pets and their people before starting care to make sure expectations are clear and introductions are really easy and comfy for the pet(s). Dogs that are already accustomed to walking on a leash are preferred for my dog walking services as I'm not a trainer and want to keep everyone safe on a walk.
About: I've got 4 dogs of my own that I ABSOLUTELY treasure and also have other exotics and farm animals that I nurture. I am good with all types of personalities from high energy to low key. Whatever your need is, I am here to meet it! I typically work remotely on my laptop and out of the officee so I have a fair amount of time to schedule according to your needs. About: I reside in a house , where dogs are allowed, no aggressive dogs; however. The park allows large breed. Lots of Shade Trees and a Great park quarter mile away. About: Pets have always been apart of my life! I grew up with a variety of breeds of dogs. I have even had a few pet birds! As a teenager & young adult, pet sitting has been a frequent side gig of mine that has brought me joy and a way to help support my growing family. I work remotely and am home for most of the day. My husband is also usually home during the day. While your pets stay with us, they will have plenty of love and attention! I have a large backyard that is fully fenced. For your pets safety, they will always be supervised and not left alone outside or be exposed to extreme heat or cold. I take daily walks with my children and your pet, always leashed for safety. I keep a large crate with comfortable bedding for sleeping. I do have 2 toddlers who adore animals & the entertainment that often comes along with them. Because of this, I can only accept pets that are known to be good with children. We also have a Jack Russel mix named Sadie. She is good with other dogs!
About: I work at a Veterinary Hospital as a CSR and Vet Assistant, so I’m familiar with animal care and work daily with dogs of all sizes. I don’t live with any dogs or children. I work part-time hours, so I have availability in morning, afternoons, nights, and on the weekends. My schedule is very flexible if needed! For house visits, I can stop in as little as every two hours! I know all the tips and tricks for dogs that are eager to escape from the house or chase down an animal on a walk. I am super patient and will do what’s necessary to comfort your pet or deescalate a sticky situation.

“Penny spent a week with Lindsey and her pack and she seemed to be very happy and content with her stay. Lindsey provided updates every morning and evening, letting me know that Penny had eaten her food and what she had done for the day. She also included pictures in which I could tell Penny was having fun. During her visit it was July 4 and Penny is extremely scared of fireworks. Lindsey made a safe space for Penny and checked on her consistently. I feel that Penny was in good hands with Lindsey and her family. I would not hesitate to leave Penny with Lindsay again!”
