I work from home so I’m able to be a consistent companion during the day, have a fenced yard for play, am active and love to take walks (if your pup likes). My old gal was with us for 17 years so I have elderly dog experience. I’m so excited to love on your dogs. I work from home, so during the week I am here most of the time apart from going to the gym or running errands. On weekends if your pet can’t be left alone for a couple of hours just check in with me at booking! About: I was trained how to train dogs at an early age after our first dog was trained by our breeder. Since then I trained 2 golden retrievers and an Australian Cattle dog (red heeler). Both breeds are strong willed and have high energy. I work from home and so have a lot of freedom to break away to take care of dogs. I enjoy taking care of dogs and sharing the knowledge from my experience of training and raising dogs. And it is such an exciting adventure to get to meet a new one and learn about them! If I walk your dog or do a drop in visit, know that I am devoted to making them as happy as possible! My senior chihuahua is blind and most owners don't allow another dog to be brought, so that is why I can't offer overnight stays. About: I’m 39 years old and there has been a pet in my life since I was 7. I’m an only child and my pets quickly became like siblings (we didn’t fight like them, promise). I became the primary caregiver for my mom’s two senior mini dachshunds a few years ago and was able to get them crate and pee-pad trained. One of them crossed the rainbow bridge sadly, but my other little old lady is doing well. I fall in love with every animal I see and I would love the chance to fall in love with yours. I’m currently working a full time second shift job (1pm-11pm) so I have the mornings completely open to check on your babies. I’m also a night owl and have no problem doing a nighttime check after work or begin an overnight stay. If you have a fenced yard, I will let them outside and let them do their business before tossing a ball or toy or running around with them to get the zoomies out. If no yard, then I will take them out on a leash for a walk then some playtime inside. Food and water will be checked and refilled; cuddles will be provided at will. :)

“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
