About: My first job was working at a veterinary clinic bathing, grooming, feeding, and caring for dogs and cats. My family had a farm, so I was around pigs, chickens, cows, and horses and I feel very comfortable around all animals. I have had dogs and cats throughout the years and loving on animals makes me happy. I currently dog sit for a friend of mine when she goes out of town and her dog seems to love me. I have recently moved back to Alabama from TN and am interested in establishing some regular clients. When I was in Nashville and worked from home I had a few regular drop in visit clients who I worked with regularly (3 dogs and 1 cat). I own my own business so my office hours are flexible. I live in an apartment, so I prefer to pet-sit in a client's home. This generally allows the animal to feel more comfortable in his or her own surroundings. I can do much of my work remotely, so I can bring my laptop and be able to spend time with your pet and take frequent walks.

“We highly recommend Barbara and her husband as the y took great care of our 15 year old senior pup. Our dog has some memory problems at his old age, and Barbara met with us beforehand to allow him to meet her, and also her sweet dog and to allow our dog to visit the house beforehand. During his stay, she kept me updated with photos and quick text updates which I really appreciated. They did a great job making our old pup comfortable for his time with them! We would reuse their service and will recommend them to others!”
