About: I lost my two dogs back to back within the past few years and my heart is empty but not ready to get a new dog. I’m retired from the Air Force and a stay ant home mom and have lots of time to care for pets . I’m very active and absolutely love dogs and understand the crucial importance of exercise and activity to their health. Available currently weekends and evenings only since I work full time. I am planning on retiring next year at which time I will be ready to try this full time. The house was in very good shape when she left; she "left no footprints" as she promised. Even more important to us, she obviously too good, loving care of our cats. She frequently sent us pictures of our babies, one recurring one was with our "old man" sitting contentedly on her lap. He doesn't do that for just anyone, so that said a lot of positive things about Joyce. All in all, she did all we could have asked for. I take all I know and use it to try to create a better experience for all furry little dudes and dudettes! Pet care is already an everyday task for me. Getting the opportunity to take care of more furry little guys would fit right into my normal daily routine! I care for the animals around me like I would care for humans around me. I love that she’s active in the AKC training clubs so she’s not only comfortable with solid obedience training but agility as well. It adds a lot more peace of mind for consistent training and behavior expected with my dobie, even under the care of someone else when I am away. My Doberman is very comfortable which says a lot as she doesn’t connect with everyone so I am thrilled they click so well and she gets the wiggles when she sees her but also listens to her commands and has respect for Almu. I appreciate the tender care Almu has taken and no detail overlooked. I am a high maintence dog owner and Almu went well above and beyond! I’m going to be using her dog walking services long term. She even took care to take my dobie hiking in the rain so not a single potty break or exercise routine was missed. Very grateful!”

What sets me apart from other sitters is that I’m very reasonably priced, and as a veterinary technician of 5+ years and a graduate of Jefferson State’s Veterinary Technology program, I have the specialized training for giving medications and what to do should an emergency arise! I am familiar with emergency medicine and have worked in an ER setting for almost a year. I'm self employed part time, The rest of the time is freeform art/ music time for me. This lifestyle makes it easy for me to pet sit because I make my own schedule. I also enjoy having more time to just sit and care for a pet because it's a chance to slow down and be present. I do well in clients homes, I've been a trusted house sitter for a couple years and I've house say I'm new York, California, Georgia and now Alabama. I follow instructions well and I treat animals with equal care to a human.

About: I lost my two dogs back to back within the past few years and my heart is empty but not ready to get a new dog. I’m retired from the Air Force and a stay ant home mom and have lots of time to care for pets . I’m very active and absolutely love dogs and understand the crucial importance of exercise and activity to their health. Available currently weekends and evenings only since I work full time. I am planning on retiring next year at which time I will be ready to try this full time. About: I've cared for dogs for many years through my own pets, regularly caring for friends' and family members' dogs, and volunteering with animals at a shelter. During college, I frequently watched dogs/cats for classmates while they were away, including providing feeding, walks, playtime, and general supervision. I also provided extended care for an active-duty military friends dog while they were deployed. I currently have my own dog and am comfortable following individual routines and making sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m primarily available Friday evenings through Sunday, with my weekend availability running until around 7 PM on Sunday. I can also accommodate shorter weekday visits, such as potty breaks or walks, between approximately 6–8 PM when needed (just send a message first!). I work full-time during the week, so I’m mainly a weekend sitter and am happy to provide consistent weekend care. I take pet safety and individual routines seriously and will follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and other care needs. For drop-in visits, I can provide potty breaks, neighborhood walks, or supervised playtime, including trips to the dog park when appropriate. I have my own friendly dog, Millie, so dogs staying in my home would need to be comfortable around other dogs. I live in an apartment, so dogs in my care get regular outdoor walks and supervised exercise.
About: I own a Belgian Malinios + a Pitbull/Australian Shepherd mix. I will pet sit any fur baby you need me to! Before those pets I had a German Shepherd. I would love to take care of your baby and keep it safe and content while you get away from home wether it be for work, vacation, or medical. I have school, Monday-Thursday from 7:45am-11:45am. Once i come home i am able to come and pet sit. I have routines for my own animals so if you have a routine i would love to know it so i can abide! I have no current job due to personal issues but i have transportation. I drive myself there and i will have plenty time to play, care for, and keep your sweetheart safe. I keep one of my dogs in a large pen outside to keep him off the road. I go out to play with him 2-3 hours every day. With my puppy she stays inside and we play after every long nap she has and makes sure she goes outside with me very 30 minutes to ensure no accidents. If she has one it is immediately cleaned up and sanitized! She also gets enforced nap time in her crate to ensure she gets proper rest when she refuses her sleep times and becomes restless. I do not hit animals i just bring them outside for a bit until their next potty and reward. As for my cats they live inside with a litter box that is emptied out every other day. They get played with after their naps and i make sure no accidents happen on the floor with them.
