No special training but self taugh crate trainer and have worked primarily with puppies/kittens I work from 8am-4pm four to five days a week. Mornings i make sure pets have food/water and their first potty break. If needed, I come home from 11am-1pm to let dogs out again. I have a big backyard that i am able to fence off for play. Crated pets will stay in my spare bedroom or living room. I prefer to let pets roam and not be crated all day.

About: My pet care experience first started with cats! The love of my life was my cat Kiki, who passed away in 2019 at the age of 15. Right after her passing, I started petsitting through trustedhousesitters and have cared for many, many cats since. One of my favorite sits to share is when I took care of Gaston, a sphynx cat in Paris, who liked to walk out the window and into the gutters on the top floor of the building with views of the Eiffel Tower. I’ll have you covered😇 I stay home to care for my two fur pups. So I have extra time and a huge home to offer to dog sit or in your home whichever you are more comfortable with. I have two Doberman pups crate trained and house trained and on a good playtime schedule. Very friendly. Pups are taking out an hour or two after eating and allowed atleast 2 hours of playtime before going back inside and relaxing 😌

I usually just ask clients to bring a favorite toy and or dog bed if they want to. It helps with separation anxiety. If not I have lots of extra dog beds and dog blankets. People usually board their dogs because they can’t take them with them for work trips or vacations, so I like them to feel like they are on vacation too! I am currently a stay at home mama so I have a lot of availability including overnight pet sitting in my home. I can do anytime during the week and on weekends as well! I book a lot of clients over holidays too! My daughter also loves to help me care for the dogs. I have been teaching her about dog care and respect for animals since she was very young. “I had not boarded Penny since Dec. 2019 due to the Pandemic and, was apprehensive about leaving her for an extended period of time with someone new. We had a really good meet and greet which helped alleviate the anxiety somewhat. However, Stephanie was amazing- she sent reports with pictures and/or videos daily. Penny got along with her dog so she had companionship as well. After the first couple of days gone I just didn’t worry about her anymore and was able to enjoy my first vacation since 2019.
