About: I grew up on a farm. My mom raised puppies and kittens. Growing up I lived with at least eight dogs and eight cats at a time (in a small trailer). Now I live in a small house with room outside to walk a dog-- and can even take them to a trail or creek if you wish. I am not scared of aggressive animals. Some pets need more attention than others! I am a house cleaner from 7:30AM to about 11AM-3PM (it depends on the houses). However, I can make time to come home in between work for your pet. I am free all day on weekends. I have a small grass field, a safe neighborhood, and a cozy home. I make sure your pet always has water and food (unless otherwise specified) and attention.

About: I have taken care of my dogs and cats since I was physically able to. I have always had a strong love for pets and never had a hard time adjusting when my parents would get us new ones. There was a point in time where i had 7 pets in the house! I absolutely adore animals and have been hired by friends and family to house/pet sit while they are away since i was able to drive. About: I am super flexible and comfortable with dog care. I currently have an energetic young german shepherd so I understand the importance of dogs getting lots of exercise so that they can relax throughout the day. The main breeds I have experience with are Labs/Retrievers, German Shepherds, Beagles, Mixed Breed herding dogs, and Horses! I understand when dogs want to play and when they need their own space to relax. I currently have a german shepherd that I exercise twice a day either by walking, hiking, fetching or chasing hose water. Typically, I do one of these activities in the morning and one in the evening. My dog is free fed throughout the day, but I am familiar with dogs that prefer the routine of scheduled feeding or don't have self control, so I am comfortable following the routine that the dog is used to. I have a great walkable neighborhood, but I am very familiar with great places to walk and hike with dogs throughout the city. I am a grad student with lots of flexibility so my schedule is different from week to week, during the summer I will have lots of time each day to spend with your pup, but during the year I will provide excersize but less one-on-one time. I have a fenced in yard and a 1900 square foot home with hard surfaced floors. I don't allow my dogs on furniture, but if your dog is used to it, that is not currently a concern. My fences are sturdy and chain link, and about four feet tall. I prefer dogs that are crate trained overnight, and am happy to provide my own crates for them to sleep in. If they are not, I would happy to set up a play pen environment for them to be in!

About: Since I was little, I was around animals all the time. My mom‘s cat lady gene was very strong, because I have six very special cats myself: Ruby (an orange tabby with three legs), Freya (a long-haired dilute torbie), Luna (a silly calico), Phoebe (a tortie with white socks), Callisto (a gray teddybear who came to us as a yard stray) and Poe (void cat who was born in our house). Although I do not want the commitment of adding a dog to the mix full-time, I also love taking care and playing with all puppers! I work full-time during the week, but I have a flexible work times. I can schedule walks and check-ups early in the mornings and starting after 5 pm in the afternoon. I am available most weekends, both Saturday and Sunday. I will familiarize myself with your space and where your pets are allowed. It is important to me to understand if your pet will try to test limits and rules with me that might apply in your home. Both cats and dogs react differently to strangers, so it is important for me to not force them to interact if they want their space.

About: If I were to be asked my superpower of choice, I’d tell you I already have one. Never in my 23 years of life have a met an animal I couldn’t work with, including the mean old cat my mother inherited. I take pride in my work of taking care of animals, and find it equally as rewarding seeing pet parents not have to worry about their babies in my care. About: I have been trusted to take care of my family and friends’ pets since I have had my own car. Now that I’m old enough I want to start looking after other people’s pets more because they say do what you love. I can’t have any dogs in my own household so I want to take care of other people’s babies the best that I can. I’m in college so it’s hard to navigate between being in my college town in my home town, but I’m doing the best I can to take care of as many pets as my schedule allows. I follow specific instructions and say with the pets as long as my schedule allows. I love to send pictures of the pets for their owners because I know how much I would miss my baby. I make sure I have eyes on the pets before I leave so I don’t close them in a room and notify parents of any weird behavior.

About: I have three years of dog-sitting experience, caring for everything from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. As a proud pet parent myself, I believe in showering our babies with all the love and affection their precious lives deserve. I prioritize active, joyful outdoor time, including trips to the park, long walks, and relaxing together on the back porch! I'm correctly working part time and have a fairly flexible schedule. I want to be able to prioritize your pet's needs whether that looks like 1+ hour walks/ enrichment time or special feeding times and instructions. Your pets comfort is my number 1 priority. About: Me and my family have owned a French bull dog for 8 years, as well as I have worked at a doggie day care (digstown) for 4. During my time at digstown I have cared for every size shape and personality imaginable! I currently only work one day a week and I am home for about 80% of my day, I own a car so transportation would never be a problem. “Jamie is absolutely amazing!!!! I have no bad things to say! I have boarded my Pomeranian puppy with her twice now for a couple days to a week stay. My puppy absolutely adores Jamie and her family! Jamie and her family have a precious relationship with my girl. Jamie is so good about sending updates and photos!! She also never minds if I ask for photos 10 times a day! She is always fast to reply as well. Jamie has a lovely, spacious home with a huge fenced in yard. My puppy absolutely loves to be able to run around and play as much as she wants.
