And because of that, we had our own separation anxiety. But Jana was just simply terrific. About: I started working at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in animal husbandry, then I ended up working at an animal hospital. I have been a veterinary technician for about 6 years. In this time I have gained a lot of medical experience with animals and have learned how to truly care for pets. I am able to care for older animals as well as any fur babies on medicine. I have a dog and a cat myself, so I know how hard it is to leave them to go on vacation. I am here to give your fur babies all the love and comfort so that you can go wherever you need to go without worrying. I am available to take care of your babies at any time of the week. I do have two pups of my own that I may have to go home to let out if staying at your home. If your babies are staying at our home then they will all get plenty of play time and couch naps. I am willing to come by a few times a day to let your animals out to use the bathroom, love on them, and feed them. I am also able to stay at the home if needed. I am willing to take your fur babies on walks if they need the extra exercise as well!

Or just chill and give them back scratches if thats their preference. I love all dogs, no matter their age or breed. Volunteering at shelters has been a hobby of mine since childhood. Ive been a dog walker for Wag! for years but am switching to Rover because the Wag app is terribly glitchy. My most recent adventure has been fostering shelter pups - we currently had a foster fail situation which is how I got my current fur child, Indie. I've always adopted shelter dogs; to include labs, pitbulls, mixed breeds, and now a goldendoodle! I joined Rover in hopes of doing it more because I enjoy helping busy people take care of their precious pups. I'm a FOND believer of spoiling your pets. About: I've been pet sitting for 8+ years now, beginning when I was asked by a family friend to pet sit/house sit for a few weekends when I was 18. “We hadn't been anywhere in several years because of Covid, so our two senior dogs not only had all the eccentricities that old dogs develop, but the anxiety of being away from home and us for the first time in years. And because of that, we had our own separation anxiety. But Jana was just simply terrific. This was our first time using Rover and we were hesitant with leaving our baby with a stranger but that was quickly resolved after speaking with Terri, who even offered a meet & greet a few days prior to the booking.
