About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, my mom and grandmother started the humane society in my hometown so we have always taken care of animals. I will take care of your dog like it was my own. I love all animals but especially dogs! I currently work from home so I am available to watch your dog during the day or overnight boarding. I can do drop ins or walks after 4pm. My wife is a RN so she is home 4 days a week to help watch and play with your dog also! Someone will always be available to supervise your pet and can update you with pictures through their stay! I have a fenced in yard and a dog door so they have access to come in and out as they please. I also have a big energetic German shepherd lab mix that will play with your dog all day! We have daily frisbee tosses and fetch in the backyard.

We felt our pups were well cared for during their time with David. He kept us updated on them settling in. He sent us a video of our pups outside, behaving as they would if they were home. About: I have had many years of pet sitting my four legged family members, minus the pay; however, I enjoyed it every moment of those amazing opportunities! All my other jobs are very flexible, in other words I am self-employed. Therefore, I am looking for all long term families to work with! We will all have plenty of outdoor space to get great exercise, plus cool indoor space to cool off on those hot, fun days! Also, I would love to take them to any dog parks.
About: I've always been a dog lover ever since I got my first dog when I was younger. I like to nurture and run with dogs. I also like to play with dogs as well as (sometimes) wash them. A typical day for me with a dog would be for both of us to get familiar with each other first. Then once we get familiar, I would take the dog for a walk (if it's okay with owner) just to get some exercise in. Then come back and feed the dog. Then nurture him and relax for the rest of the day. Taking care of let's is something I love to do! I currently do this part time, but ensure I care and take care of the animals! By petting, greetings, going to their eye level, taking your time, ensuring dog and owner is comfortable. Also keep a smile on your face and be happy to see them!
About: I love dog. I’m a very out doors person. I play in college so with me I love taking them on walks the dog park. I’m currently a student-athlete playing volleyball at Birmingham, and I’m home all day after practice and have a flexible schedule. I’m very disciplined with my time, so I can reliably care for pets early mornings, evenings, or throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m doing this to help support my schooling, so I take it seriously. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every pet. I have a spacious apartment and a pet washing station so I can always give your pet a bath and a pet-friendly home where dogs can relax, play, and feel at ease. I also have experience being around other dogs, so I’m attentive to their behavior and make sure everyone is supervised and comfortable.
About: With over 16 years of experience in animal care, I bring a strong background in both small and large animals, including horses, livestock, and dogs. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments and needs. While I value the structure of those settings, I believe in-home care is the most comfortable and stress-free option for most pets. I currently care for two dogs and two horses of my own, and I approach every client’s animal with the same level of respect, patience, and attentiveness I give my own. House Sitting Availability: I’m available for overnight care only, providing feeding, walks, and supervision during the night hours. Drop-In Visits Availability: I can provide up to two drop-in visits per day, including feeding, potty breaks, and basic care. In home boarding : I live in an apartment with a fenced deck, have two friendly dogs, and kids aged 3 and 8. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I never board more than one family at a time, so your pup gets all the care and attention they need while you’re away. I prioritize safety and trust above all else when caring for pets in your home. Creating a calm, secure environment is essential to help your pets feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I treat your home and pets with the same respect and care I would expect for my own!
About: First off, I love dogs! The relationship we share with them is unbreakable. I’ve always had dogs in my life, ever since I was a little girl. I have experienced dogs ranging from toy poodles to roitweilers. I have gained knowledge on the diffeeent personalities of dogs and not one is the same, which makes dogs so interesting. My personality, nevertheless, is kind. I enjoy making people’s day and helping others out through volunteering. I am currently a student at the University of South Alabama and majoring in accounting. With this being my major it is clear I like a challenge. It allows for no dull moments and to keep me very well organized with my day-to-day life. I am dedicated to strive and succeed in life.

“This was my first time using Rover. I have 3 cats and I couldn’t stand the thought of leaving them in cages at the vet for a week while I was out of town. I contacted Talhia through Rover. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!).
