“Kaia & Desean were awesome hosts for my 12-year old German Shorthaired Pointer. I received many updates and photos over the course of my dog's 8-day stay. I could tell my dog was coming back a happy girl! Thank you Kaia and Desean for making this experience so simple and friendly! I will definitely be re-booking in the near future!”

“Katie did such a great job watching Ellie while we were away. She was very considerate about making sure she had all the information about Ellie to make her stay as comfortable as possible. She also sent some many great pictures/videos and updates to put us at ease that she was being well taken care of.”

“Booking with Ryan was great. He sent loads of pictures of my dog Murray enjoying his stay. Murray is tuckered out from all the fun and walks, which really puts me at ease that he was comfortable staying with Ryan. Cannot recommend him enough.”

“We feel like Laura and Spirit have become pals. Laura treats her like her furry roommate. We plan to leave Spirit with her anytime that it works out. She has a true love for and knowledge of dogs, that is very obvious in talking to her. We would highly recommend her for your dog sitting needs!”

“Leif and Dani were the best. They took very good care of our pup and kept us updated with photos throughout the stay. Very communicative. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rover in the area!”

“Autumn was AMAZING!! She is so flexible whenever I needed to leave my dog a little longer. I so enjoyed the frequent pictures and videos. She is great and your dog would be in great hands!!”

“I had a great experience with Dominik boarding my two dogs. What stood out the most was that he was willing to take them in at the last minute, which helped me out tremendously and truly meant a lot. From the beginning, Dominik was professional, responsive, and made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs in his care. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals and wants to make sure they feel comfortable. My dogs were well taken care of, and I appreciated knowing they were in good hands while I was away. Finding someone dependable to trust with your pets is not always easy, but I would absolutely recommend Dominik to anyone looking for reliable and caring boarding services.”

About: I'm an Animal Sciences graduate and incoming Auburn veterinary student with experience caring for a wide variety of animals. My background includes working as a veterinary assistant and kennel technician, fostering cats, volunteering with animal rescues, and more. Through these experiences, I've gained skills in administering medications, caring for senior pets, recognizing signs of illness, and providing compassionate, individualized care. I am comfortable caring for animals with a wide range of personalities, medical needs, and activity levels, and I treat every pet as if they were my own, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times. Caring for animals has been a regular part of my life for years through fostering, veterinary medicine, volunteer work, and my own pets. I am able to incorporate pet care into my daily routine and make sure each pet receives reliable, attentive care, plenty of affection, and any specialized care they may need. Pets in my care are treated like members of the family. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can relax and maintain their normal routines as much as possible. I closely monitor behavior, appetite, and activity levels and am comfortable administering medications if needed. I ensure pets always have access to fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention and affection.
“Kimmey is absolutely amazing! I was nervous with this being my first time away from my dog, but Kimmey made it easy to enjoy my time away with family knowing that my dog was receiving the best care. She frequently sent updates on how my dog was doing and took care to pay attention to my dog's individual enrichment interests and needs. My dog had a blast and she misses Kimmey and her wonderful family already! I highly recommend booking with her!”

About: Hi there! My name is Natasha and I would love to spoil your dog! From malteses to rottweilers I have had many dogs as a young'un; all with very different personalities. I've dog sat for Rover clients, friends and employers (on farms and in the city). My apartment has been a revolving door for amazing pooches. My dog care style is "play, pass out, repeat". Big or small, I'm very good at tuckering dogs out. I grew up with rottweilers and have a penchant for adorable pitbulls so I do not shy away from large breeds as long as your dog is trained. I took a short break from Rover but I've still been sitting beautiful pups and I look forward to taking care of yours! Two day mininum for new dog sitting cients. I work freelance so I am able to give your pup (s) lot's of love! Occassionally I will have to leave the house for two to four hours at a time so if your pup needs constant hourly care, I may not be the right match. I respect the pet parent's rules. If the dog is not allowed on the couch, they won't be on the couch. If you need the toilet seat down because they like to drink the water, no problem! Dogs need structure and I do not plan on breaking it (unless it's more play on behalf of the parent, of course).

“Sandra and Mark were so amazing with my two babies that they didn’t even want to come home, seriously! Sandra even found treats that my picky eater actually likes. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. The communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our trip to the beach knowing our babies were in good hands.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ms. Catherine was absolutely wonderful with Francois and Girbaud! From the moment we met her, I could tell she had a genuine love for animals and a calm, nurturing spirit that immediately put the boys at ease. She went above and beyond every step of the way—sending adorable photo updates, keeping me informed, and making sure they were comfortable, entertained, and well cared for the entire time. When I got home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and delightfully tired—which to any dog parent means they had a great time! It’s clear she gave them plenty of exercise, play, and affection. Ms. Catherine treated them as if they were her own, and I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and reliability. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely loves what she does, Ms. Catherine is the one. Francois, Girbaud, and I are so grateful to have found her! 🐾❤️”

I am an early riser and love to go on walks so your furry friend will get great exercise!! I like schedules and routines, and my house is always very clean! About: I have always loved animals. I started walking my neighbors dog when I was 15. I have dog sat for many ranging from family, friends, neighbors, and mutuals. I am a recent Auburn grad and do not currently have a full time job. Not many jobs offer me a flexible schedule like this does and I am trying to save money and keep my self busy post-grad. I am always available unless otherwise noted on my calendar. I do not have a dog in Auburn, only when I travel to Foley to stay with family is there a dog in the house. I will abide by the owners preferences but I don’t promise I won’t fall in love with your dog. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs and will take care of them as they are my own. I will give your dog as much attention as he or she wants.
“Wow, I would highly recommend Carter J for boarding your beloved pups! For a first time boarder, Carter went above and beyond to send pictures and give me updates. He allowed my homemade food for daily feedings, even though I know this took extra steps. My two pup had plenty of exercise and love. They are home now resting after their adventures! Thank you again, and if ever need a place at Lake Martin for your pets to stay and play please use Carter J.”

About: I have experience caring for cats through fostering and veterinary medicine. I have cared for cats of all ages and needs, including pregnant cats, newborn kittens, orphaned kittens, senior cats, and sick or recovering cats. I also have experience as a kennel technician and veterinary assistant, which further strengthened my skills in feline handling. Through these experiences, I have become adept in recognizing signs of illness, administering medications, and ensuring cats remain comfortable and stress-free. I am comfortable caring for cats with a wide range of personalities, medical needs, and activity levels, and I treat every cat as if they were my own!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive veterinary background and hands-on experience. I’ve worked in the veterinary field for over 8 years, including experience as both a small animal and equine veterinary technician. This gives me a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and safety, as well as the ability to recognize early signs of illness or distress. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with special needs, including administering medications and following detailed care instructions. My veterinary experience allows me to provide a higher level of care, peace of mind, and professionalism, ensuring pets are not only loved but also closely monitored for their overall well-being. Pet care fits into my routine in a structured and manageable way. I work a weekly job, but I’m able to plan my schedule so I can consistently meet all pet care needs. On a daily basis, I make time for feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins, and I adjust my routine as needed to ensure pets receive proper attention and care. Weekly tasks like cleaning, extended exercise, and any special care are also built into my schedule. Overall, pet care fits smoothly into my routine and is something I prioritize alongside my work responsibilities. I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to each pet’s specific needs, whether in my home or in a client’s home. Care includes feeding according to instructions, refreshing water, administering basic medications if needed, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I ensure pets get appropriate exercise, walks, playtime, and mental stimulation, while also giving them affection and companionship. In a client’s home, I respect their routine and home rules, provide updates as requested, and make sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. My goal is always to keep pets happy, healthy, and stress-free while their owners are away.
About: I’ve been independently pet-sitting since I graduated from my undergrad in 2017. I love both dogs and cats, and I’m happy to play with and take care of both for you! I have experience with pets that need oral medicine and special monitoring. My own cat, Sam, is 15 years old, and she’s been in my care since she was a tiny kitten. I understand your love for your pets and will love them well for you until you get home to them! I work full time, so pet care visits will happen before and after my 8-5 work hours M–F, with possibilities for lunchtime visits based on your location. I take care to leave everyone’s home clean and secure! I know that no one wants to come home to a house where pets have made messes, and I do my best to make sure any and all pet mishaps and messes are cleaned as soon as possible and taken care of before your return.
About: I have been fostering and taking care of dogs since I was 11. I have worked with everything from puppies to senior dogs. I am comfortable with all sizes and energy levels! I am currently on summer break, so I have plenty of free time to check in and walk your dog! I’d love to get my steps in and be able to give your dog some exercise! I love to make the experience as comfortable as possible for your dog. I build trust by letting the dog approach me and working with their specific needs. I always am looking to top off their water and make sure they are as happy as can be!
About: Hello! I am a student at Auburn University who loves animals of all kinds! Over the past few years I have accumulated job-based and volunteer-based experience that have given me great exposure to the ins and outs of pet-care while simultaneously cultivating a love for pets within me. Through various scenarios of pet-care such as house sitting, pet sitting, dog walking, veterinary hospital shadowing, and person animal care, I have developed a tremendous love for animals along with great experience in the care they need. I look forward to helping you and your sweet pets in any way I can! I am a senior at Auburn University. I am studying Nursing which does demand a rigorous schedule. However, I am more than able to make the needs and care of your precious animals my top priority. I love the outdoors, and I often frequent park of all sorts in the Auburn area. I would gladly take your pets along with me to walk, run, and play in a safe environment. However, if preferred, a simple walk in a neighborhood or in a lesser trafficked area would be more than possible.
About: I’ve always loved animals and originally wanted to become a veterinarian growing up. Now, as a pre-nursing student at AU, I still love having the opportunity to care for others — especially animals. I grew up with a childhood dog that I was completely inseparable from. Even when I was little, I helped feed her, walk her, play with her, and even helped with training. Those experiences are a huge part of why I love pet care so much today. My family now has two dogs that we got while I was in high school, and I love visiting them every chance I get. I’m definitely the type of person who immediately gravitates toward the dog at any social gathering. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family, and neighbors since I was around 10 years old, and even more frequently once I started driving at 16. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that means going on runs with high-energy dogs or taking slower walks and giving extra comfort and attention to more relaxed pets. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and so loved while their owners are away. I also worked on a ranch last summer where I cared for dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, chickens, and ducks, which gave me even more hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and personalities. Although I didn’t grow up with cats, I’ve done plenty of cat sitting over the years and absolutely love them as well. I know every cat is different, and I’m always patient and attentive to their routines and comfort level. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I work a 9–5 job during the week, but I have an hour lunch break that gives me flexibility for walks, check-ins, or midday care. I also usually go on a run in the mornings and take walks after work or after dinner, so I’m very used to staying active and would love bringing a dog along if they enjoy extra exercise. On weekends, I’m available all day and have a much more flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, playtime, or overnight care. I live in a two-level apartment/townhouse with plenty of space for pets to be comfortable and move around. There’s grass right outside for easy bathroom breaks and walks, plus a balcony and a dog park within my apartment complex for extra exercise and playtime. I keep a clean, safe, and calm environment and always make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and sticking to their normal routines as much as possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both the home and the pet’s routine. I know consistency is important for animals, so I always try to keep them comfortable by following feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific instructions closely.
“Alexia was amazing to work with! She took great care of our cat while we were out of town and was always very communicative and helped us work around any scheduling conflicts. Highly recommend!”

“Hello Faith, Thank you for your support and care for Beatrice while I was visiting family out of state. I appreciate that you kept me well updated about Beatrice. With her diabetes, she needs insulin injections every day. I found out she had diabetes in January of this year. I was still a bit worried about her. I appreciate you have experience giving insulin and you have a lot of knowledge about animals. Beatrice was relaxed and comfortable with you. Thank you for sending me photos and texts with updates. I would like for you to take care of Beatrice in the future. Thank you so much. Patti”
About: I have been surrounded by dogs most of my life. I currently care for my little Muffy (Chihuahua) and I’m an aunt for a yorkie named Snik. I have had experience with over-night stays with dogs which include dog walks, play time, letting dogs out to go to the bathroom, feeding, and lots of tummy rubs. I am able to drive and to any location to do the desired task. I do have a strict schedule which involves school. However, I can do the time slot from 3-10pm on most weekdays. On weekends, I can be available from 6am-10pm on most weekend days. My special skills that involve pets could be the love and attention I give for each dog no matter what size the dog may be.

About: Our entire family loves to care for animals! I personally have been a responsible pet sitter for over 25 years. While we currently are a pet free home, we have been thankful to have owned and cared for a black lab, yorkie poo (lived until 15), two German Shepards (currently guard dogs in Haiti), rabbits and many goats. While your pet is with me you will receive multiple updates and feel secure in the fact that they are being loved and taken care of just as you would! I would love the privilege to care for your beloved dog while you are away! I am a stay at home homeschool mom and have the ability to care for your animal all day. It is so fun to incorporate dog walks and playtime with your animals in my daily schedule. I can easily crate your fur baby, or they can sleep in a comfy dog bed. We have a large yard, with a small portion fenced. Since we are a homeschool family, we spend a lot of time out doors and I love to take dogs for walks and let them join us outside if that is what your fur baby enjoys. If you need help with drop in services at your own home, I can arrange those services to meet your dogs needs.
“Alexis was fantastic! I had something come up on a weekend last minute and not only did she welcome taking care of Delilah but she sent me multiple pictures of her happily cuddling on the couch and playing with her dog, Kong throughout her stay. She was also very flexible with my drop off & pickup times which I really appreciated with my last minute change of plans. Thank you Alexis!!”

About: Growing up in a family-owned animal hospital, I developed a strong passion for animal care from an early age and gained hands-on experience working with a wide variety of species. I have personally cared for four dogs and a rabbit, giving me a deep understanding of daily pet care, responsibility, and animal behavior. In addition to personal experience, I worked as a Veterinary Assistant at an animal hospital and shelter throughout my senior year of high school and during my freshman and sophomore years of college. In this role, I assisted with patient care, monitored animals, maintained clean and safe environments, and supported veterinarians and staff with daily operations. I also volunteer at a horse ranch during my free time, where I assist with animal care and ranch responsibilities. My background has allowed me to become comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments while developing strong compassion, communication, and caregiving skills. currently work from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of time to animal care and attention throughout the day. Pet care is naturally built into my daily routine, and I enjoy maintaining a structured schedule to ensure animals receive consistent care, exercise, and companionship. I have four personal dogs and regularly spend time finding new walking trails, parks, and outdoor areas to take my pack on adventures and exercise outings. Staying active with my dogs is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for pets, whether in my own home or in a client’s home. Growing up in a family-owned animal hospital and working as a Veterinary Assistant taught me how to properly handle animals, recognize behavioral changes, and maintain clean, safe, and stress-free environments for pets of all sizes and temperaments. I also make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks and exploring new trails and outdoor spaces to keep them active and engaged. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space, carefully follow all instructions, and prioritize communication by providing updates and photos so owners feel comfortable and informed while they are away.
“Top notch! Our 1 year old Boxer loved his stay with Allison and Regan and their pups. The next day he was missing all his friends and, from the pictures, it’s evident that he received plenty of cuddles and playtime. Allison was extremely helpful and understanding when our return was delayed. I felt safe with Sam under her care.”

“This is the right person for your pup — Tori was amazing with Salle. I only needed a sitter for a few hours while I went into the archives for a research trip and she stepped up, was caring, asked the right questions (pre vet student) and fun (throw in a pup cup). Sal didn’t hesitate to hang with her and cried a little when she left- wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with her again!”

I normally take my dog for a walk before work (between 6:30-7:30) and in the evening anytime between 4:30-9:00. I am available throughout the week and on weekends. I love animals, and I love caring for them. I promise to treat your animal like my own. I am currently on summer break and home every day!! I work full time from 7:30-4:30 every weekday. “Zymeria was outstanding with our 2 corgi puppies. She has such a positive demeanor and loves animals. She took our dogs on walks, fed, and played with them. We were very impressed with Zymeria and her care of Frankie and Scout. We highly recommend her and hope to utilize her exceptional services again soon.”

About: I’ve grown up with two dogs and have lived with both a small and a big dog. I’ve dog sat for my neighbors growing up. I’ve watch all kinds of dogs and have no problems with watching more than one dog in a household. I also have experience with both young and old dogs, so I know the different attentions each type needs. I am currently taking a summer class at Auburn University and I would love to spend my time watching a dog when not in my class. Over the summer I will be in Auburn taking one class at 8am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Outside of that I will be free to watch dogs. I’ve had two dogs growing up, one was always super active and loved walks the other loved belly rubs and staying in doors. I’m good with either type of dog. I’ve also dog sat for many different breeds of dogs so I’m good with all types.

I would gladly take your pets along with me to walk, run, and play in a safe environment. However, if preferred, a simple walk in a neighborhood or in a lesser trafficked area would be more than possible.

She also sent some many great pictures/videos and updates to put us at ease that she was being well taken care of.”

“We feel like Laura and Spirit have become pals. Laura treats her like her furry roommate. We plan to leave Spirit with her anytime that it works out. She has a true love for and knowledge of dogs, that is very obvious in talking to her. We would highly recommend her for your dog sitting needs!”

“Brian, his wife, and his home are the perfect place to board your dog. My dog Cali has felt right at home and couldn't be any more spoiled. The attention, energy, and love she recieved while staying with them couldn't have been more perfect. Their house was immaculate, the yard, and location is perfect. Brian is easy to communicate with and responsive and very flexible. I was going out of town for work and needed a place for my dog and wasn't sure how long I'd be gone. They were helpful and extending was easy. If you're looking for a loving home away from home you don't need to look any farther.”

About: I’m a life long animal lover and have had the opportunity to care for my friends, family, and neighbor’s pets for years whether it was daily check-ins or caring for them while owners were away. I currently work from home with the flexibility for long walks, play time, and lots of cuddles. There really isn’t a day or time I couldn’t be available. I have a fenced in yard, a great neighborhood for walks, two pet loving kids and a sweet dog of my own to provide your fur baby companionship during their stay.
