I felt like my dogs were taken care of by family; she made sure to pay fetch and play with them, tiring them out. She even checked in on my cat when she didn't have to. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!”

I’m very attentive, and tend to pick up on when something isn’t quite right.

“My dogs had a blast at Day Care with Mr. Pedro. We live in an apartment for the time being, and I thought it would benefit the dogs to have somewhere to run around freely and unleashed. They looked like much happier dogs! His fenced yard—and being able to provide that for my dogs—is great and will help us get through this period before we transition into our new city and home next year, should his services continue. Thank you for opening up your home to my dogs, Mr. Pedro. We’re looking forward to doing business with you again!”

“Cassidy made Amy feel right at home. Amy was always happy to see her. Cassidy is a dog person and understands their needs. She was flexible when my schedule changed. She is my go to person for taking care of Amy.”

About: Hello there and welcome to my Rover site! Thanks for taking a look and I'm hoping to be able to be your animal's friend during the time you're away. I have been with dogs since I was a baby as well as taking care of them since I was 12, when I got my own first German Shepherd. Been there for many animals from puppies to senior and everywhere in between. Many friends, family members and neighbors have come to me to watch their babies while gone, to check in on them or take them on walks. I have dealt with most breeds and understand basic needs, medical concerns and safety of everyone. I'm a retired veteran from the US Army and a full time stay at home mom. My day to day is getting kids ready for school, drop off, pick up and homework time. In between all that, Im doing chores or watching some episodes of my favorite shows, so I will have plenty of time to be with your pet. My kids are 5 and 7, so most of the day they are at school. When they are home they help out with the animals and give them even more attention and love. John, my husband, works full time. With our schedule, if there is ever a time I need to step out, he is always here to help. I always prefer a meet and greet before we set up anything so the animal can acknowledge who I am or where they will be staying, even when doing drop ins. This makes the transition alot easier on both sides. We stick to one client at a time to keep the house easier to maintain and also for the safety of your pet and mine, as well as the family. We have a large fenced in yard to keep your pet safe but have plenty of room to run and play. We also have a crate for crate training or sleeping if you so prefer. We allow pets on the furniture unless you say otherwise. We will always follow by the owner's rules and ways of doing things in our home.

Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to providing dependable, compassionate care tailored to their needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family members, and I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and giving you peace of mind while you’re away! Obviously I’m around pets 24/7 whether that be working at a clinic or at home with my own fur babies, currently.. “Teresa and her husband were so great with my sweet anxious Sully. He was so calm and happy when I picked him up, and that’s a rarity. I will absolutely use them again when I am in town. Thank you!”

“Kali is a warm, kind person and her love of dogs is plainly visible. Rue loved her visit and came home exhausted and happy. She can be fearful of other dogs but took to Keith right away. The pair had a busy day of playing and napping and then playing again. I am hoping Rue can go back and visit again.”

“First time for Norah away from home and Sage handled her well. Definitely will use her again. I feel comfortable leaving her with Sage.it was nice to get updates on her stay and helped us worry less about our pup. I’ sure she will grow more comfortable with her next few visits. We will definitely use Sage again and hope to make this a regular thing every few weeks. Thanks Sage!”

I have a front and back yard. I have a 3 year old Rottweiler who is the biggest of all babies. We have been going to dog parks and social events since she was very young so she is very social. She has grown up around a family full of dogs and I dogs it for friends and family so she’s use to other dogs in the home. I am very active with her & I would be with your fur baby as well depending upon their needs. I have no children in my home.
About: I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned about my pets to others. Every pet has their own personality I want to get to know them. Pet car fits perfectly into my schedule as I complete college online and am home majority of the day they always have my undivided attention. About: Hello! My name is Giovanna, and I’d love to share a little about myself. Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets (other than a goldfish). My dad would take me to the pet store, and I would beg for even a hamster, but he never budged. So naturally, whenever I visited friends or went to gatherings, I was always the one playing with and loving on the pets. I jumped at every opportunity to help care for my friends’ and family’s animals. When I finally moved out on my own, I adopted my very first pet, my cat, Winnie, within 10 days. Not long after, I decided Winnie needed a friend, so I adopted my second cat, Apache. Later, when I moved in with my now husband, I finally convinced him to get a dog, something I had wanted my entire life. After lots of research, I chose a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and that’s how we welcomed Emmett into our family. One of my favorite hobbies is training Emmett, working on obedience, tricks, and even some agility. I love the moment when something finally “clicks” for him (it’s like finally understanding a math problem!). Growing up, people would always say their pets were family, and I didn’t fully understand that until I had my own. Now, I don’t even see them as pets, they are my children. Because of that, I deeply understand the trust and responsibility that comes with caring for someone else’s animals. I will always treat your pets like my own, with love, patience, and attention. I also know how important updates are, so you can expect plenty of photos and check-ins while you’re away (I already have way too many pictures of my own pets!). I’m a military spouse with base access, and I offer in-home pet sitting, dog walking, and cat care. I’d also be happy to incorporate some light training or tricks if you’re interested! In my free time, I’m currently training for the Chicago Marathon, so if your dog loves to run or needs extra exercise, I can definitely keep up! I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets! I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. I’m available for dog walking, drop-ins, and in-home pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends and last minute requests. I’m also happy to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or more active dogs who need extra exercise. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to be proactive, attentive, and cautious in every situation. I stay highly aware of my surroundings, follow routines closely, and take extra care to prevent any risks. Clear communication is just as important to me. I provide regular updates, photos, and quick responses so you always feel informed and at ease while you’re away. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for at all times.
