He has only been around my husband and I as well as my husband’s parents, who usually keep him when we’re away. They have a dog, but their dog is 8 years old and very calm and quiet. When I realized our family would all be out of town on the same weekend, I was very worried about putting our pup in a large boarding facility for fear it would overwhelm and frighten him. My fears were confirmed when I took him walking one day and we came upon a larger energetic dog. My poor pup was afraid of the friendly dog who just wanted to meet him. I knew it was time to socialize him more, but wanted to do it in a smaller setting with fewer dogs and someone who could give him a bit more attention. I was so blessed to find Victoria. I explained everything to her and she was so kind and on board to help in any way. We met a few days before his boarding day and although he was very timid and only wanted to stay by my side, she was so patient with him and gave him time to grow comfortable with her and his new surroundings. “My dog, Ryder, enjoyed his stay with Charlie and his dogs. Charlie was very accommodating. We set up a meet and greet for our dogs and they ended up playing for 2 hours! I was updated daily, however much I requested. I only had to provide food and anything else I specifically wanted to bring. Charlie had an extra kennel and plenty of toys. He did walks with Ryder and made sure he got all that lab energy out. We’re back home now and Ryder’s going to sleep for a few days. He’s worn out from his great weekend!! I now have 2 cats Piper & Ozzy, and 1 kitten Milo … with a pup we are getting here soon who was just born :) I love animals and love meeting new ones! I was only away from him for two nights his whole life, and that was bc he spent the night at the vets one night, and I spent the night at the hospital one night. He went everywhere with me. From restaurants to Walmart. If I went he went. I have no children, so he was my child. I will treat your baby with the same love, and care. I have a newly build house with an acre that is fenced in. So, if your dog is large and likes to run outside, it can. I also have a screened in back porch. You baby will be safe and loved in my home. I am retired and spend most of my time at home. So your dog will be supervised, as per hour request. I am flexible and will listen to the owners request, as much as possible. I have a fenced in acre of land. I also have a screen in back porch. If you have small dogs, they can run freely, and I would stay outside to watch them. If you have large dogs they can stay out all they want. Dogs love me! They know if you are of good character, or not.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve always loved watching other people’s pets when needed growing up. I have trained a few dogs to sit, stay, paw, and high five! I’m currently in college. I finish my bachelors this December and then I will be going for my masters. I do have a full time job but I have made a goal to pay off my college debt before I graduate. My schedule is flexible. For in house pet sitting for more than a couple of days I will need notice. I cannot watch pets in my home as I live in an apartment and have two furry critters of my own. If I am not in house pet sitting, I will stop by every two to four hours and to love on you baby and let them out.
About: I have pet sitted for many different animals, dogs, cats, rabbits. I have 4 dogs at home, 3 Schnauzers, 1 pitbull mix, and 2 ferrets. He has only been around my husband and I as well as my husband’s parents, who usually keep him when we’re away. They have a dog, but their dog is 8 years old and very calm and quiet. When I realized our family would all be out of town on the same weekend, I was very worried about putting our pup in a large boarding facility for fear it would overwhelm and frighten him. My fears were confirmed when I took him walking one day and we came upon a larger energetic dog. My poor pup was afraid of the friendly dog who just wanted to meet him. I knew it was time to socialize him more, but wanted to do it in a smaller setting with fewer dogs and someone who could give him a bit more attention. I was so blessed to find Victoria. I explained everything to her and she was so kind and on board to help in any way. “My dog, Ryder, enjoyed his stay with Charlie and his dogs. Charlie was very accommodating. We set up a meet and greet for our dogs and they ended up playing for 2 hours! I was updated daily, however much I requested. I only had to provide food and anything else I specifically wanted to bring. Charlie had an extra kennel and plenty of toys. He did walks with Ryder and made sure he got all that lab energy out. We’re back home now and Ryder’s going to sleep for a few days. He’s worn out from his great weekend!!
