He did walks with Ryder and made sure he got all that lab energy out. We’re back home now and Ryder’s going to sleep for a few days. He’s worn out from his great weekend!! Did the internship for a couple of months then got a job taking care of the dogs in the kennel for boarding. I did that for about 3 1/2 years. I also have two dogs of my own! I make it a huge priority when I have someone else’s pet in my care. I like to treat other people's fur babies as if they were my own because all pets are family! I typically care for my families pets all the time when they are away from home. I check in, feed, and play with their pets. A pet needs the attention that lacks for when their owner is gone, so I provide that attention for them. I love taking long hikes/walks, so having a precious fur baby by my side makes it more adventurous. Especially when stopping to play with their favorite toy! I have experience in caring for senior pets. I know how to give oral medication and other treatments for ill babies. I know how to properly bathe dogs while also clipping their claws and cleaning out their ears. I am aware of how to train puppies to sit and give paw for a treat. About: I have had dogs, sometimes multiple ones, all my life. I am an animal lover, and advocate, of all kinds of animals. I just lost my Maltese of 13 years old which traveled the world with me literally. I was only away from him for two nights his whole life, and that was bc he spent the night at the vets one night, and I spent the night at the hospital one night. He went everywhere with me. From restaurants to Walmart. If I went he went. I have no children, so he was my child. I will treat your baby with the same love, and care. I have a newly build house with an acre that is fenced in. So, if your dog is large and likes to run outside, it can. I also have a screened in back porch. You baby will be safe and loved in my home. I am retired and spend most of my time at home. So your dog will be supervised, as per hour request. I am flexible and will listen to the owners request, as much as possible. I have a fenced in acre of land. I also have a screen in back porch. If you have small dogs, they can run freely, and I would stay outside to watch them. If you have large dogs they can stay out all they want. Dogs love me! They know if you are of good character, or not.
About: I have pet sitted for many different animals, dogs, cats, rabbits. I have 4 dogs at home, 3 Schnauzers, 1 pitbull mix, and 2 ferrets. I have a big heart for all kinds of animals and I would love to care for some while I’m away at school!! I am currently enrolled in school, I am very flexible and willing to work out schedules together! I am also available to stay overnight if needed! I am currently living in an on campus apartment so boarding is not an option for me right now. However, I’m willing to drive back and forth/ stay at houses as needed!

“My dog, Ryder, enjoyed his stay with Charlie and his dogs. Charlie was very accommodating. We set up a meet and greet for our dogs and they ended up playing for 2 hours! I was updated daily, however much I requested. I only had to provide food and anything else I specifically wanted to bring. Charlie had an extra kennel and plenty of toys. He did walks with Ryder and made sure he got all that lab energy out. We’re back home now and Ryder’s going to sleep for a few days. He’s worn out from his great weekend!! I’m looking forward to using Charlie and his family again.”

We met prior to the stay and although Beta was a little wary of her dog, Tito, she was phenomenal in getting them comfortable with each other. Beta has had exposure with many dogs but I was a bit nervous as most parents of how he would handle to anxiety (he has quite a bit at times!) I am so incredibly happy with Courtney's expertise and her sweet pictures that she sent during out trip. She is highly recommended!”

Throughout the whole stay he sent regular updates with photos/videos and thoughtful messages, and I was so relieved knowing she was being cared for as if she was his own. Maggie had an absolute blast running around in his spacious yard and playing with his amazing and formidable Lily Lou! Michael was so patient with all of Maggie’s silly habits and bad puppy manners, he was also incredibly flexible with his schedule and when our plans changed. Overall he made the whole experience totally stress free. I’m so thankful that I found him, he’s truly the best and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with him again! 10/10 recommend.
