My family and I were away for 6 days, and unfortunately, KoKo started exhibiting signs of illness on day 2 into day 3! Kelly alerted me immediately but had already made calls and received pet Med advice and comforted me as well as informed me of diagnosis! She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. I’ve also grew up around fishkeeping & small animals of all kinds, and as a high-schooler/adult I’ve been a reptile/amphibian keeper. Specifically, I’ve owned hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, frogs, axolotls, snakes, geckos, chameleons, hermit crabs, and a hedgehog. While I have not personally owned birds, I’m very knowledgeable in their care also! This is currently my job! I am in college and attend class Mondays and Wedsnesdays 11-2. Next spring semester has classes Monday&Wedsnesday from 11-2, and Tues/Thurs 11-12:30 Depending on the dog, we’ll spend the day relaxing or playing and at the end of the day we’ll be all tuckered out. Your pups safety and wellbeing is always my top priority! I will follow any instructions given and provide frequent updates & pictures. I am also well-versed in pair dynamics & anxious dogs!

About: I am a college student at Auburn University looking to pet-sit over the summer. I've been pet-sitting since I was 13, and I have plenty of experience pet and house sitting. I can walk, bathe, administer medicine, and more. I work part-time teaching swim lessons, and most of my shifts are 3-4 hours long. I typically work 3 to 4 days a week with shifts between 3-5 hours. I am currently looking for a second job for the summer, but as of now, my schedule is very open. I can ensure pet safety by following client instructions, administering medications as directed, and providing regular exercise and playtime. When I house-sit, I make sure to follow basic safety rules, like locking the doors when I leave.

About: Dogs have a special place in my heart for their fierce loyalty and unique personalities. I grew up in household where our dogs were family, my mom jokingly referred to them as my siblings. I have a spacious fenced in back yard and also conveniently located near Sharon Johnson Park so rest assured that your sweet furry baby will have plenty of fun with me. My work hours are 6-12pm Monday through Friday, aside from that I have full availability for house calls and boarding. Very flexible and can accommodate most schedules.
