About: We love dogs! But right now with 7 kids in the throws of school and all the extracurriculars, it’s just not the right time for us to have our own furry family member, so let us love on yours! My husband and I each had dogs growing up and we had a family dog until he passed away a few years ago. We have been boarding, walking, and doing drop-ins since that time. From puppies to senior dogs, we can take care of them all. I am a stay-at-home mom who homeschools my 7 children, so we’re home the majority of the time and will be able to fit in your dog’s regular schedule into our every day routine. When pets stay at our house we do our best to keep the same schedule and expectations the dogs have come to know at their homes. I enjoy going for walks at the park and visiting the dog park with dogs who are accustomed to it. We do not have a fenced yard, so I make sure each pet gets adequate exercise each day on a leash. When I come to your home, I will follow your directions exactly as you desire and provide pictures and GPS “walking time cards” via Rover so you can be assured your pet is receiving the high quality care you paid for!

I have a passion for caring for pets and believe all pets should be treated like our family! I do have some experience in dog first aid and will always care for your pup as my own! I work from home full time so I am able to play with the dogs and take them on walks/hike often! I have a 3 acre yard that is tucked away and an absolute oasis for dogs! I have two dogs of my own so I am already on a potty break schedule every two hours at least! I will always treat your pet like they are my family! I do let pets on furniture if that is okay with the owner and I will follow all of your instructions very carefully. I take this job very seriously and want your pet to have the best time possible! They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. My only regrets with this review are that everyone else will book her now and she’ll be unavailable next time we need boarding for a weekend”
