I can easily work with you in scheduling your needs. Luna eats once in the morning and once in the evening and loves to play in our backyard during the day, as well as daily walks. I can easily fit your fur baby's schedule into our day to day. My dog loves people and other dogs. My dog has her own crate. If your dog needs to be crated and you cant bring your crate, you can use mine. But it is preferred to bring your dogs crate.

About: From the age of 5 I learned the importance of taking good care of animals growing up on my parents full scale Cow/Calf farm. I’ve had many dogs and cats throughout my life, cared for family members animals, and friends when they have went out of town. Raising animals and loving on them is in my blood and it’s a fun thing to do for me. My grown up job I worked with most of the names in agriculture that you probably buy their products in the grocery store! I love dogs, cats, birds, you name it and would love to care for your sweet baby! In my neighborhood we have a large backyard with steps that lead down to it and nice fresh grass! I work 7am-5pm Monday - Thursday in office but other than that I am free to watch your fur baby and can keep them during that time as I have a neighbor that can let them out for me. About: I have been around dogs ever since I was born my parents had 2 dogs they rescued when they dated and started as inside dogs turned into outside and very familiar with all sorts of breeds. Mainly have been around labs as we have had black labs for family dogs and recently I got a black lab puppy in July of last year! He is nearing 8 months and is so sweet and playful with all dogs ! I gained experience in learning how to evaluate and treat illness as well as properly care for felines and canines. Once I mastered the basics of venipuncture, medication administration, and vaccines I had enough experience to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. There I acted as a receptionist, client care coordinator, and veterinary assistant. I counseled clients regarding nutrition, behavioral problems, obesity, parasite problems, geriatric, flea problems, pre- and post-operative care, treatment instructions, etc. as well as assisting veterinarians and technicians with pets and diagnostics as necessary. After doing this for a few years I became familiar with veterinary medical terminology and procedures, how to perform wellness examinations, and how to recognize significant changes in health and mentation. This led to me being able to get a job at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I worked as an unlicensed veterinary technician in immediate and intensive care in Auburn’s emergency and critical care department for most of my career before going back to general practice. After working in general practice for one year I realized my passion was in emergency medicine and I started working at an emergency clinic as an overnight ICU nurse. After my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer I decided to take a step back from full time veterinary medicine as I was facing compassion fatigue and burn out. That’s when I decided not to let my 10+ years of experience go to waste and I started my “business”, Lemon’s Aid. "Lemon's Aid" was founded in honor of my special needs puppy, Lemon. It is my hope and ambition at Lemon's Aid to provide exceptional healthcare and pet sitting experiences for your pets with skilled nursing treatments, specialty care, convenient home-based visits, as well as home to hospital transportation. Nursing house calls and in home sitting help alleviate the stress and anxiety that pets, and their families can experience during traditional vet clinic or boarding facility visits. This business helps bring in income as well as gives me the flexibility needed to care for my family. I am veterinary CPR certified and have experience performing CPR on canines and felines. About: Hello, excited to start this new adventure. I’ve been watching dogs for over a year, and was later introduced to the Rover app. I have one dog of my own adopted from the Montgomery humane shelter. Recently just graduated, so I’m currently studying for my boards to be a registered occupational therapist. I would like to be able to stay home more so I can study, and spend more time with my fur babies. I will be available 7 days a week. If I have any off day by chance, just message me and I can see if we will be able to work something out.❤️ I currently stay in an apartment, close by Shakespeare park, with a near by dog park that I take my fur babies to every other day. I have a fenced in balcony that I and my dog enjoy sittings on every night. I have one XL cage for bigger dogs, and one human sized bed as well (literally like three humans can fit on it) Just want to make sure everyone is comfortable, even though with all the space they still lay directly on top of each other. 😂❤️

What sets me apart from other sitters is that I’m very reasonably priced, and as a veterinary technician of 5+ years and a graduate of Jefferson State’s Veterinary Technology program, I have the specialized training for giving medications and what to do should an emergency arise! I am familiar with emergency medicine and have worked in an ER setting for almost a year. I’m currently taking a break from veterinary medicine to study for my state licensing exam to become a licensed veterinary technician! This has freed my schedule up to provide more care for pets! My weekends are considerably more free but I can provide morning or afternoon/evening drop ins! I have a large yard that is completely fenced! I crate my own pets when I am not home so I am happy to stop in and let your crated pets out for potty breaks! I adhere to feeding/bathroom/medication schedules to a T.
