Missy’s stay with them was literally a doggy vacation with a Giant yard to play in, long walks, huge professional kennel for her to lounge in, and, picture/video updates every day! They even have a TV in the temperature controlled kennel space so our girl could listen to tv like she is used to at our house. I look forward to using them again. They are a bit of a drive for me but I will use them every time over trying any of the 15 closer results rover showed me. About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. I had a diabetic cat who also had seizures. I nursed her basically back to health and she lived 5 more years after her first seizure. She was 19 years old when she finally passed. My whole family has had cats all my life. Every fur animal has a different personality that you just have to learn.

About: We have two cats. One is a Siberian and one is an American shorthair. They are our pride and joy. Our Siberian is a born predator who has the instincts of a tiger. Although he is already a year and 3 months, he can still jump at moving toes under blankets from time to time. Annabelle (Annie) is our sweet but feisty tortie. About: Our dogs have always been family and I can't recall any time in my entire life when I haven't had a dog at my side, sometimes two or three. I've had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The longest boarding was for two months while the pup parent traveled in Asia. I've had dogs on my small ranch in NV and we rode trails together. They moved with me to CO and we enjoyed the mountains and front range together. I drove cross-country many times with my dogs, stayed in hotels and visited friends and family with them. About: Homeport - Indoor accommodation for your pet with large wooded lot on a private road in Harris County. A large deck to lay in the sunshine on pretty afternoons. Indoors we have an open floor plan that the pets are free to roam in. The pets are free or crated overnight based on your preference. We have a 7 pound Yorkie Poo who gets along with our houseguests, dogs or cats! We should have a meet and greet prior to them checking in at Homeport. We can schedule a meet and greet at my home for you and your pup to meet me and I y’all. I’ll be very flexible on the schedule of that. I walk them twice a day if your babies are accustomed to leash walking and have them out on the deck with other guests for playtime twice a day. You will receive at least one picture of their romping or napping everyday. I charge by the calendar day. The day you pick up (or I pick up) your pet and the day you drop off (or I drop them off) are both days that I have to accommodate you and your pet into my schedule and pet care is provided.I offer the service of taking your pet home the day of your arrival so that they will be there when you arrive home. Please let me know when you make your reservations what times you wish to schedule for pickup/drop-off and give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes. If your dog is not fully house trained or has any accidents during their stay there is a $5 per day charge. All pets must be neutered and spayed. They must be dog friendly. For your protection, all pets are screened prior to acceptance. If pets are not picked up by closing they will board over night at owners expense. All pets will be checked for fleas and ticks. If any pet comes in with fleas or ticks, a bath might be required. All dogs must be up to date on shots Rabies, Dhlpp & Bordetella Pet care and boarding is my primary occupation. My entire day and night is focused on caring for your family member. We may go for a walk around my neighborhood or they may be in the yard with me while I work in my garden. On days that aren’t nice they will be comfortable napping wherever they are most comfortable. Guests are treated as at home and fed and exercised according to your instructions. I have a large yard that your dog can safely run around in (on a leash or I have a wireless electric fence if your dog has a collar). I also have 2 friendly dogs your dog can play with!

About: This is my job. I know how hard it can be to leave your fur babies when you go outta town and I want to be able to provide comfort and care for your animals while you are gone. I love and care for animals and their wellbeing. I believe finding someone good and kind for your fur babies matters. I make sure they get plenty of pets and attention. I don’t let their water run out and refill as much as possible especially during summer. I am understanding and patient with animals especially if they have high energy and need to be outside a bit more than others to get some exercise/ energy out. I care about animals period. I have a pretty big range of experience with different dogs. I’ve taken care of multiple dogs at a time different sizes and ages. I’ve taken care of a diabetic cat (my baby she lived a very long life 19 years) I have taken care of a diabetic dog also. I got a puppy 8-weeks who is now 5 years old which he is a husky so very energetic and talkative. Taken care of giving elderly dogs medicine. I communicate pretty well. I also make taking care of your fur babies a priority. Thank you for choosing me! I can house sit and stay overnights if needed. I will make taking care of your fur babies a priority and treat them as if their were mine. (I have a husky) If you do a drop in visit I will be there longer than just 30 minutes. I don’t like to leave my baby for more than 4-5 hours max. That’s why I offer going to drop in 3 times. I don’t mind traveling to make sure your fur baby is taken care of throughout the day. I can take your fur baby walking giving them water and some love. If you have a fenced in yard I will still go and watch them outside you never know what could happen. I will update you as much as you would like.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and birds, took care of them myself, and then got my own once I moved out! we have chickens, ducks, guinea pigs, a bearded dragon, snakes, mice, and a cat! we had a dog and a rabbit at one point so I'm very versed in caring for all kinds of babies! I'm a stay at home mom so, other than my baby and my pets, they'll have my full attention on a daily basis. if we leave the home, we're never out too long. I have multiple animals myself. I tend to keep little supply kits in case of emergency and extra supplies at all times. About: I have two dogs of my own, and been around dogs my entire life. Have dog sat for family and co-workers before. New to Rover, but would treat your four legged best friend like it was my own pet! I am new to the Opelika area and between jobs. Currently, I have lots of flexibility with my schedule and can make any day of the week work. About: I have taken care of dogs since for around 8 years. I started before I could drive and I would walk over to my neighbors house and feed/ play with their dogs while they were out of town. I have still continued to dog sit every once in a while when I am needed. I am a college student at Auburn University. I am also from Opelika so everyone that I have been dog sitting for in high school, I am still able to help out today. My schedule for next semester is very open and not too busy. I am also available over summer as well. I do have a goldendoodle at my parents house. She is 5 years old and loves playing with other dogs. About: I have always loved animals. I started walking my neighbors dog when I was 15. I have dog sat for many ranging from family, friends, neighbors, and mutuals. About: Hi! I’m Cate. I’ve be taking care of cats and dogs since I was little. Cats with attitude don’t scare me—my baby at home is a tortieshell.😂 I’m used to all dogs, from pitties to chihuahuas, and I’d love to meet yours. I usually have work from 9 to 5 everyday except for Sunday and Monday. I can be there in the morning and in the evening. I’m open to anything you need done to keep your baby happy. Feeding, cleaning up, keeping company, etc. I know sometimes they just get lonely while we’re away, and so if you need me to spend a couple extra minutes playing fetch or giving cuddles, it’s no strain on me.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of cat or dog since I was 15 I used to work at a boarding facility and then I worked as a groomer for a year and a half and then I am currently in veterinary technician school to get my Vet tech license I treat every pet like they’re my own and give them the best care possible like I would want someone to treat my dog I’m currently in school, Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 2 pm so I’m free for the rest of the week and wanted to do this to make a little extra money I will not keep pets at my own home. About: Was a human nurse, now I'm a full time student. I have raised two children and I own dog and two cats, caring is in my nature. I am a furgrandma to two beautiful amazing dogs. I work M-F at an office job with flexibility. This allows me lots of freedom, my kids are 19, and 21 so no restrictions at home. I do work M-F, 8-5pm. I can leave work if need be to check on your pet more often then just the walk, and of course if I'm staying the night; I’ll be right over after work.
