“Amanda has been fantastic - she drove over before our initial dates to do a meet and greet with all of the animals as well as give us a chance to show her where everything was at. We had initially scheduled her for later dates but we had an emergency and needed her the next day over the holidays, and she was thankfully available. She sent photos and info everyday to check in and the kitties and chickens were all doing well upon our return. We will continue to have her back when we need longer term in home stays for our dogs as well!”

“We appreciate Staysha staying with Bentley and accepting to care for him. I truly believe that Staysha loves to care for animals; however, today I experienced something that I had not experienced before through Rover.com. One was that the pet sitter did not update her address until after we booked, making this a serious issue due to us trying to coordinate the timing of our destination to her home. The other reason is that when I called Staysha to let her know we were going over to pick up my dog, she said that she left my dog to someone else while she went to run errands and go walk another dog and feed another dog at some other house. In one of the pictures, my dog was outside playing with a belly band on and when Inwent to pick him up his belly band was wet of pee pee and the pad was stinky of urine from not being changed. And when we got there to pick him up, Staysha was not there yet and her young niece gave me Bentley. The only reason why I will leave a tip at this point is because I feel bad for Staysha little niece who she seemed to be the one who was watching Bentley while Staysha was out. Staysha, if I could give you a constructive criticism, it would be that, I know you really mean to care for animals, ect. But, when a pet owner leaves their pet with “you” - who Rover.com checks your background check ect, the pet owner is trusting you to watch over their baby, their kid, their dog. For us Bentley is like our son and when you told me you left him with someone else, I could not believe it. I could give a 3 star vs 4 stars, but I believe in second chances, in forgiveness and I know that my feedback will serve to you as a positive one because you will plan your schedule better so that this does not happen again. About: I have been caring for dogs and cats for over 32 years, I have worked as a kennel assistant at 17 for Lake Houston Animal Clinic and was a Kennel Manager for 4 years for Best Friends Pet Resort in Spring, Tx. “Kayley and her family are amazing! My boy had such a nice time there and I felt totally comfortable leaving him for a few days knowing he was in good hands. She sent multiple photos over his stay and was in great communication through the whole process! Will definitely be sending him back for another fun stay in the future.”

“We had an excellent experience boarding with Jaxen! She was extremely flexible with us on drop off due to unforeseen circumstances. She has a very nice kennel house that was clean and spacious for the dogs and a large yard for them to run around in throughout the day! She sent us pictures of Ranger playing and he had a big smile on his face, so I’m sure he enjoyed his stay. Thank you!!”
“I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”
“Joe was amazing with both of my dogs. He can handle my big german shepherd and my little pug. He provided pictures and updates throughout their boarding and had many activities for them to keep them entertained. He gave them their special diet and provided medication to my shepherd and they were happy and healthy on my return. I will be using Joe again whenever I need to board my dogs.”
