“I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”
“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”

About: We love dogs! But right now with 7 kids in the throws of school and all the extracurriculars, it’s just not the right time for us to have our own furry family member, so let us love on yours! My husband and I each had dogs growing up and we had a family dog until he passed away a few years ago. We have been boarding, walking, and doing drop-ins since that time. From puppies to senior dogs, we can take care of them all. I am a stay-at-home mom who homeschools my 7 children, so we’re home the majority of the time and will be able to fit in your dog’s regular schedule into our every day routine. When pets stay at our house we do our best to keep the same schedule and expectations the dogs have come to know at their homes. I enjoy going for walks at the park and visiting the dog park with dogs who are accustomed to it. We do not have a fenced yard, so I make sure each pet gets adequate exercise each day on a leash. When I come to your home, I will follow your directions exactly as you desire and provide pictures and GPS “walking time cards” via Rover so you can be assured your pet is receiving the high quality care you paid for!

About: Ever since I was 6 years old I’ve had an unusual connection with dogs. They are my world. For some reason they always seem to find me. I’m the person you see on the highway going after a lost dog. I’ve had 6 dogs at once before. I can’t seem to say no to dogs needing a home. It’s my happiness. I have my own company and pick my own hours so I’m able to work around schedules to make sure I take care of the animals. About: I've been a dog and cat lover ever since I can remember. When I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian, so when I was old enough I would volunteer at shelters and at the local veterinary clinic every chance I got. Family members and friends of my family would have me watch their dog or cat every now and then and I'd always go above and beyond for them! I'm currently not working so I will be home most of the time during the week. My 12 year old daughter is very active in taking care of our puppy, Lucie, so I'm certain she would be a helping hand in taking care of any other pets that come into our home for care. I have a huge fenced in yard with plenty of room for your pups to run some energy off in, decorated with more than a dozen toys, sticks and tennis balls to keep them occupied for hours on end. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.

After a last-minute confirmation that I needed to be in Talladega for three days, I was extremely lucky to find Cassandra and her husband. They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. Cassandra was responsive, communicative, and sent great photo updates, which gave me total peace of mind. About: Ever since I was a child I have always watched other people's animals for them and walked them and I will do the same for you now I have pets myself and I have watched and cared for all of my family's pets while they go on vacation. For the safety of my children and other pets in our home, please do not drop off animals that have been sick in any way within the last 30 days. This includes any kind of worms/parasites that could be spread. We strive to provide a clean and safe environment for our clients. We mop floors, clean crates, wash food and water bowls and remove fecal matter daily. A cleaning fee staring at $50 may apply to any sick animals.

About: my entire life i’ve grown up around animals! since i was 10, i was walking my childhood lab around on a leash. i worked as a dog groomer for 2 years and i have a huge passion for anything pet related, especially what makes them happiest. anytime spent around animals is when im most comfortable, no matter how difficult the task may be. I’m completely free on Tuesdays, so I have no problem with taking care of your pups all day if needed! I work every other day, but I wanted to find time to helps pets on top of everything else! I’m a very athletic person, and have no problem taking your fur baby on lengthy walks, or to parks if wanted. Particularly difficult paths or uphill walks are no issue for me!

About: I’ve take care of dogs, cats,birds, fishes since I was young age. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play, bath their pets. I've worked with a large, reactive, special needs american bully, a grumpy senior chihuahua, a springy ESS, an affectionate elderly bunny, and an adorably high strung chiweenie (all of which quickly became best friends). About: I've been a dog and cat lover ever since I can remember. When I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian, so when I was old enough I would volunteer at shelters and at the local veterinary clinic every chance I got. Family members and friends of my family would have me watch their dog or cat every now and then and I'd always go above and beyond for them! I'm currently not working so I will be home most of the time during the week. My 12 year old daughter is very active in taking care of our puppy, Lucie, so I'm certain she would be a helping hand in taking care of any other pets that come into our home for care. I have a huge fenced in yard with plenty of room for your pups to run some energy off in, decorated with more than a dozen toys, sticks and tennis balls to keep them occupied for hours on end. I am also experienced with kennels as well, but I do not currently have any at my house so that would have to be provided by you if that's what you prefer. I have lots of experience with animals that have separation anxiety, too. Also, I do have a female chestnut colored Labrador retriever who is just under a year old and still very much has that puppy mentality and is extremely energetic.
About: Ever since I was a child I have always watched other people's animals for them and walked them and I will do the same for you now I have pets myself and I have watched and cared for all of my family's pets while they go on vacation. They will be taken care of so well here in my home. I am currently a stay at home mom and can watch them any day u would like. I can watch them over night or drop in to feed them or walk them whatever u need I take them for walks and they can have the company of my two dogs which get along great with other pets. “I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”
“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
