About: I grew up on an acreage surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, chickens, bees, and just about everything in between! Caring for animals has been a normal part of my life for as long as I can remember, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. About: When I was young I used to accompany my aunt to her pet sitting jobs, my favorite gig she had was taking care of three dogs: Harley, Kramer and Jax. Two Minature Schanuzers and a Jack Russell Terrier. My only recent sitting job was feeding, scooping litter, giving pets to 4 friendly felines and 1 cute dog named Luna. Luna had a 6 step feeding regiment and was at first very unsure of me being a new person, but I quickly gained her trust. I'm currently taking time off from working so I have complete open-availability. Monday - Sunday 24/7 365. If I'm needed and I don't have any withstanding appointments, I can be there. I have too many pets for a comfortable home-stay, but I'm always available for a quick visit or single day or multiple day visits. I could probably stay full time at someone's residence if needed. I always double, triple check that a key is hidden or placed well. I'm very attentive using doors, checking multiple times if I lock and watch the doors going in and out. About: To comfort any animal brings comfort to myself. I have experience with all kinds of pets and love all animals but cats are what you’d find in my home. It’s a common misconception that cats don’t require much attention but as a domesticated animal they thrive on human companionship while also having many natural instincts to accommodate. Some require more attention than others depending on their personality. One of the most important instincts to satisfy is the need to hunt/play. There are some automatic or interactive toys that work well but for the most part the best toy is something on the end of a string attached to a wand/rod and their human’s participation. This way you can mimic the evasive movements of an actual prey for your cat to hunt. This provides exercise and stimulation and I would be happy to play with your cat(s) I’m very good at befriending anxious or less trusting cats and identifying the things that exacerbate their anxiety and finding solutions to comfort them. I also have experience administering medications. With a cat the easiest route of administration is a liquid solution mixed in with some wet food or treat or squirted into the back side of the mouth with an oral syringe. Giving a cat a pill can be more difficult but it can be done. I would wrap them in a towel or blanket, lubricate pill so it doesn’t stick to fingers or tongue, tilt head back and insert pill into back of the mouth, return head to level position and rub their throat and/or slightly blow on the nose to stimulate swallowing reflexes, then give them a treat and love them! When possible I scoop our 3 cats’ boxes after every use. I’m happy to clean and scoop your cat’s box(es) with the same vigilance. A clean litter box is one factor in ensuring a healthy and happy cat!
About: I've taken care of cats for 21 years. I've raised a baby kitten and taken care of an elderly cat. I fell in love with dogs after I met my husband and was introduced to his German Shepard baby I'm currently available for boarding for cats at any time, and dog walks on the weekends at any time. I can also drop by your house up to twice a day to care for your cat. I have a safe home with space for a cat to run around and play. I keep all dogs on the leash while walking with them.

About: I’ve had several different kinds of animals over my almost 30 years of life, and I consider myself a HUGE animal lover. I’ll take care of your babies as if they were my own… I’d own them all if I could! I work full time during the week, but I am available Friday-Sunday for boarding, or walks any time of the day! I’d love to get to know your fur babies! I have a fenced in backyard, with a doggy door to my back door- that can easily be closed off/shut. I have a spare bedroom so your baby could have its own room while visiting, or can easily spend the night in my room & share each other’s company!
