“Cassandra was amazing! She watched my high-energy GSP mix puppy at her house for 6 nights and Piper came home happy and tired! Despite our trip putting us in a different time zone with limited service, Cassandra kept us updated on how Piper was doing and sent lots of pictures. When Piper got too adventurous outside and found herself with a bug bite that caused some swelling in her face, Cassandra let us know right away and went through lengths to get in touch with our vet and her own vet to treat with Benadryl. I felt like Piper was loved and taken care of the whole time! Would recommend Cassandra to anyone, but especially those with pups who need to be played with and exercised to burn off energy!”

About: I have been taking care of 72 greyhounds for 5 years, its my passion. All animals love me. I also know how to clip nails, give great baths and love to play and take on walks! “Danielle is the absolute best, and I’ll hear nothing to the contrary. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now. My only regrets with this review are that everyone else will book her now and she’ll be unavailable next time we need boarding for a weekend”

About: I have grown up always having a pet in the house so I very quickly found a love for animals, specifically dogs. I understand that dogs can differ in personality and I have a good idea on how to deal with certain behaviors, especially being a pet owner myself. P.S. I had to leave my fur baby while away at school so I would love to take care of yours! I'm currently working part-time as well as attending The University of Alabama at Birmingham but I will have plenty of time for your fur babies! I will be providing services primarily in the mornings as that is what works best for my schedule. I will be available between the hours of 6am-11am. I am focusing on dog-walking but I will occasionally provide drop in services as well, so I will follow any instructions I am given regarding caring for a pet in the client's home.

Wallace(Pittie), Paco(Weenie), Fig(Frenchie), Eli and Brooks(Twin Frenchies). I've had dogs range from small to large all my life. “Poppy is special, not just to me, but to everyone she meets so traveling with her can be a challenge. I always want to make sure she is cared for in a loving, safe, and comfortable environment. After a last-minute confirmation that I needed to be in Talladega for three days, I was extremely lucky to find Cassandra and her husband. They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. Cassandra was responsive, communicative, and sent great photo updates, which gave me total peace of mind. About: Growing up we always had dogs in our family. My Experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for friends and families. I love animals and have over a decade of experience in caring for dogs, cats, horses, mules, donkey's and pigs. Now I just have my two dogs but the are like our family. I have 5 years experience caring for elderly dog (my own) that needed special care and medications. I am currently not working any other jobs at this time and will have plenty of time to spend with you sweet fur baby or babies. I have a fenced in back yard with 2 of my own fur babies. I love spending time with them in the back yard, going for walks and playing fetch. I live close to a nature trail with a lake and love to take the dogs for walks there. We love that outside time. Inside I have room to play with toys and chill with your buddies.

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. I grew up with many dogs and started pet sitting for family members and friends once I was able to drive. I tend to bring pet treats (usually raw diet) and/or toys to soften the fur babies up so please let me know any dietary restrictions. I’m excited to become your pets new furry godmother and spoil your best friend as they so rightfully deserve. I usually work from 5am -1pm everyday except Wednesdays and Saturdays. My schedule is typically empty after 2 as I can squeeze in the gym at anytime. “There are not enough positive words to describe Rebecca. I injured my knee walking my dog in the park and it left me unable to even walk her around our yard. About: I loved having cats and dogs growing up and eventually started pet sitting for friends and loved it. Now I have 7 pets of my own and still love to give! I work part time and am available almost every afternoon during the week and Saturdays and all day Wednesdays to come love on your fur babies! My animals are possibly the most spoiled. I’ve owned, cared for, and spent time around dogs of all different sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities, so I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s individual needs and energy level. One of my favorite things to do is take dogs on long walks. I genuinely enjoy being outdoors and staying active, and I’m happy to give higher-energy dogs the exercise and attention they need. I’m also comfortable with dogs who prefer a slower pace, shorter walks, or just some extra companionship. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. I work full time, but much of my work is done from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attention, walks, potty breaks, and playtime throughout the day. I’m also available for longer walks before or after work and can adjust my routine to match your dog’s normal schedule as closely as possible. I don’t have a fenced-in yard, so dogs in my care will always be supervised when outside. I have a walkable neighborhood where I can provide regular walks and exercise, and I can also visit a nearby dog park when appropriate for your dog. I’ll follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, crate use, and interactions with other dogs so your pet stays safe and comfortable while in my care.

When Piper got too adventurous outside and found herself with a bug bite that caused some swelling in her face, Cassandra let us know right away and went through lengths to get in touch with our vet and her own vet to treat with Benadryl. This was my first time using Rover, and the sitter I originally booked cancelled on me morning of, but Danielle accepted our last minute request on a holiday weekend. I have an old dog with arthritis and medication who can be a picky eater at times, but that was no issue for Danielle. She not only made me feel at ease with constant updates and pictures, but she exercised and socialized him, and he may like her more than me now.
