I could tell from the pictures Rachael shared with me of Buster Brown that he was very happy spending the weekend with her family. I think he even got to share a princess tent with her daughter!! I felt like Rachael and family loved my sweet boy and missed him after I picked him. It’s great to know your best friend is so well taken care of!

My dogs had a blast at Day Care with Mr. Pedro. We live in an apartment for the time being, and I thought it would benefit the dogs to have somewhere to run around freely and unleashed. They looked like much happier dogs! His fenced yard—and being able to provide that for my dogs—is great and will help us get through this period before we transition into our new city and home next year, should his services continue. Thank you for opening up your home to my dogs, Mr. Pedro. We’re looking forward to doing business with you again!

About: Hello there and welcome to my Rover site! Thanks for taking a look and I'm hoping to be able to be your animal's friend during the time you're away. I have been with dogs since I was a baby as well as taking care of them since I was 12, when I got my own first German Shepherd. Been there for many animals from puppies to senior and everywhere in between. Many friends, family members and neighbors have come to me to watch their babies while gone, to check in on them or take them on walks. I have dealt with most breeds and understand basic needs, medical concerns and safety of everyone. I'm a retired veteran from the US Army and a full time stay at home mom. My day to day is getting kids ready for school, drop off, pick up and homework time. In between all that, Im doing chores or watching some episodes of my favorite shows, so I will have plenty of time to be with your pet. My kids are 5 and 7, so most of the day they are at school. When they are home they help out with the animals and give them even more attention and love. John, my husband, works full time. With our schedule, if there is ever a time I need to step out, he is always here to help. I always prefer a meet and greet before we set up anything so the animal can acknowledge who I am or where they will be staying, even when doing drop ins. This makes the transition alot easier on both sides. We stick to one client at a time to keep the house easier to maintain and also for the safety of your pet and mine, as well as the family. We have a large fenced in yard to keep your pet safe but have plenty of room to run and play. We also have a crate for crate training or sleeping if you so prefer. We allow pets on the furniture unless you say otherwise. We will always follow by the owner's rules and ways of doing things in our home.

About: I have been a kennel tech in the past, I have always had a love for animals. I have always had animals in my life. I currently have 1 dogs, 1 cat, 2 rabbits. I currently have open availability to give your pets the love and attention they want. I love being around animals and surround myself with them and love them like my own. 😊 In my home we do lots of cuddle and play time. Going for walks and to play with other animals is always at the top of our list. Keep the day fun filled and crazy and then home for some long snuggles and nap times. I currently stay at home durning the day so I am available for walks and drop in visits and if you need a sitter for the day. It is very important that all the animals I watch get the love and attention they deserve. I know that my baby has certain allergies and I would want whoever was watching her to respect the rules put in place and I would do the same with someone else’s pet. They are one of the most important things in our families.

About: I am SUCH an animal person. I have had pets my whole life, even more unique animals like hamsters, lizards, chickens, GIANT rabbits, and even a tortoise! I love dogs of any size or age. I have experience with big dogs (my precious baby was a Cane Corso at 175 pounds), and I have also had little dogs (my Stella, the 3-pounds yorkie). I took care of both of my dogs until they passed, so I also have skills and patience with senior/elderly animal care. I also dog and cat sit quite frequently in my home town. I love walking and being outside and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I’m a college student here at Troy so I’m in town every day including the weekends! I have lunch breaks everyday and am always home in the afternoon and evenings. Please reach out if I can be of assistance! I am so excited to be able to host all Rover services! I live in an apartment with lots of different areas outside for your dog to potty/just sniff around and get some fresh air. I also have lots of cat-friendly furniture so your fur baby will feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in my home!

About: Hi, I’m Yoshi! Owner of Peaceful Paws Pet Care in Troy, AL. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I provide reliable care, peace of mind, and plenty of love whether it’s walks, drop-in, or extended day visits. I am licensed, independently insured, and Pet CPR certified. I always do a careful meet-and-greet to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. When your dog is in my care, you can expect: • Walks, playtime, and cuddles 🐾 • Regular photo/video updates so you never miss a moment. Whether your pup needs a daily care, weekday walk, or just some extra love while you’re away, I’ll treat them like part of the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I'm an empty nester so have lots of time. First and foremost, feel comfortable knowing I am licensed, independently insured, and Pet CPR certified. For drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s routine—feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning or potty breaks, and companionship—adjusting to their personality with play, cuddles, or quiet company. You’ll always receive updates and photos for peace of mind. ***For the safety of all pets in my care, I kindly require a meet and greet to determine pet personality and comfort level. This ensures a safe visit for your pet and myself. Scheduled care may be cancelled if dog shows signs of aggression or unruliness.

About: Hi! I'm now available after a short hiatus. (Hence the gaps in the reviews) Recently married, my name is now Brittney Tyson Sporman. I have been caring for all sorts of animals for the majority of my life. I am owner to three wonderful doggos, four charismatic kitties, a grumpy hedgie (Nugget), and a little dinosaur (gecko) named Mochi. Since I developed such a love and joy for animal caregiving it seemed only right to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I started off as a kennel tech at my local humane society which eventually lead to me managing the cat section of the shelter. This was when I realized I am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I gained experience in learning how to evaluate and treat illness as well as properly care for felines and canines. Once I mastered the basics of venipuncture, medication administration, and vaccines I had enough experience to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. There I acted as a receptionist, client care coordinator, and veterinary assistant. I counseled clients regarding nutrition, behavioral problems, obesity, parasite problems, geriatric, flea problems, pre- and post-operative care, treatment instructions, etc. as well as assisting veterinarians and technicians with pets and diagnostics as necessary. After doing this for a few years I became familiar with veterinary medical terminology and procedures, how to perform wellness examinations, and how to recognize significant changes in health and mentation. This led to me being able to get a job at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I worked as an unlicensed veterinary technician in immediate and intensive care in Auburn’s emergency and critical care department for most of my career before going back to general practice. After working in general practice for one year I realized my passion was in emergency medicine and I started working at an emergency clinic as an overnight ICU nurse. After my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer I decided to take a step back from full time veterinary medicine as I was facing compassion fatigue and burn out. That’s when I decided not to let my 10+ years of experience go to waste and I started my “business”, Lemon’s Aid. "Lemon's Aid" was founded in honor of my special needs puppy, Lemon. It is my hope and ambition at Lemon's Aid to provide exceptional healthcare and pet sitting experiences for your pets with skilled nursing treatments, specialty care, convenient home-based visits, as well as home to hospital transportation. Nursing house calls and in home sitting help alleviate the stress and anxiety that pets, and their families can experience during traditional vet clinic or boarding facility visits. This business helps bring in income as well as gives me the flexibility needed to care for my family. I am veterinary CPR certified and have experience performing CPR on canines and felines. I also have completed other programs in the veterinary field including my Fear Free Certification in small animals and exotics as well as The AAFP's Cat Friendly Practice program. I have quit my full time job in order to assist my grandmother who is recovering from surgery and cancer which leaves me with a very open schedule I am not currently equipped to house animals in my home as I have my own mini zoo (lol). While my fiancé stays home to care for my kiddos I can help take care of yours in the comfort of your own home from check in visits, walks, and/or overnight stays in your home.

About: Happy holidays people! 🥳🍾🎊💕So…I love animals 💜very empathic to living creatures. I’ve been taking care of a range of animals since I was a little girl, I’m from a country town, so we had chickens, cows, dogs, horses etc. I’ve sat for cats, dogs for friends and family and my own. My favorites are birds and dogs.♥️ I had a nice cat named sweetie but I gave him to my sweet older neighbor because her cat had passed that she had forever and she took a liking to sweetie. 🙏She takes great care of him. Anyhow… I have open availability, since now I go to school online & I have tons of compassion, patience and lots of fun 🤩 I’m all about just communicating & everything will be top tier okay ! I’ll be grateful to watch over your little cute fur baby for you. I look forward to hearing back from you. Peace & blessings 💫 I do work part time but no worries luckily I have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies i just need & expect a day or 2 in advance I prefer house sitting or pet sitting I prefer dogs but open to any cute fur baby ! If I board here there are several rooms here and I can sleep in that room with your pet and crate it just communicate and tell me specifically your needs & desires & we’ll just go from there! And if I care for your pet in your home it’s pretty simple again just tell me how you like things done, I’ll do them how you prefer and add my own fun & compassion to the mix!
