As a proud pet parent myself, I believe in showering our babies with all the love and affection their precious lives deserve. I prioritize active, joyful outdoor time, including trips to the park, long walks, and relaxing together on the back porch! I'm correctly working part time and have a fairly flexible schedule. I want to be able to prioritize your pet's needs whether that looks like 1+ hour walks/ enrichment time or special feeding times and instructions. Your pets comfort is my number 1 priority. I love to go on long walks, go to the dog park, or used the fenced in dog space in my neighborhood to allow our babies the time they need to play and get the enrichment that they need. A pet is always welcome to make themselves at home in my space even if that means that I have to adapt certain things to their needs like assistance getting in bed for puppies and elder dogs or making sure that their favorite toys are always available for them to play with.

About: I've been training small puppies with basic dog commands and crate training since 2014. I started my petting-sitting services in Berkeley, California. I love to walk, feed, bathe, and love puppies. I recently bought a house in Reform, Alabama, and I welcome my fur friends to join my Havanese AKC Woody Ivy and me. I'm currently in my Ph.D. program at The University of Alabama. I mostly attend classes twice a week while I am on campus. On the days I am not attending class, I am at home spending quality time with my puppy, gardening, and doing fun things around my house. I believe in constantly transitioning and supervising my puppy, offering different activities day and night. We have a routine that starts at 6 am. He goes potty and has the liberty to sniff trees or go back to sleep. He eats breakfast at 7 am, goes for a walk at 8 am and 6 pm CT (4 pm CST), plays until nap at 11a, lunch/snack at 1p, plays with toys until he is ready to play fetch, and is obedient training outside, and then we people watch on our porch (which he loves to do) while I read. We do everything together! And when the night is young, he goes to bed inside his crate, next to my bed, at 9 (ish) to rest up for another day of play.

About: What sets me different from others is the genuine connections I have with Dogs. A Dog is a man bestfriend and I love that quote. I single handedly trained all my dogs and others. Took time out to build that trust, connection, and loyalty to make sure we trust each other and be there for each other. I currently just graduated school. I went to Troy University out of high school and transferred to the University of Mississippi for my final year. Right now I have alot of free time on my hands and can work around any schedule. I care for pets the same way I care for a human. But also with the understanding the dog has to know your the “Top Dog” in a sense so it knows to respect you and not turn against you.

I stay hands-on with their care and provide regular updates so you feel comfortable while you're away. I provide structured, attentive care in a calm farm setting designed to help dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dogs enjoy outdoor play, leash walks, enrichment activities, meals, and rest breaks tailored to their individual needs and energy levels. I provide regular up-dates with photos and videos, and you can check in any time to see how your pup is doing. Dogs have access to a clean, climate-controlled indoors, which is especially helpful for dogs who need their own space or do best with limited interaction. Since I also have two dogs of my own, I carefully manage introductions and can provide fully separate accommodations with no direct contact with other dogs if needed. There’s also a separate large fenced and partially shaded outdoor area where dogs can safely play, explore, and relax throughout the day.

I am also an AKC affiliated dog breeder of two years! I a college student who does online school so I’m available to care for your pets 3-4 times a day if desired. I usually am free any time of the day to come take your dog for a walk, check on them, or stay over night! I do live in a mobile home with three Goldens. The downside is I do not have a fenced in back yard, but the upside is I’m with them 16-24 hours of the day until their owners arrive back home! If a client ask me to stay at their home I usually follow their instructions with how many times they want me to come and if they want me to stay overnight! 🫶🏼
