About: I have almost always had cats, my whole life. I put 20 years because here and there I've moved house and even country (But I am 33 years of age). My oldest cat is turning 9 years old this year. All three are well behaved and get along together which says a lot I think. I clean their litter box daily which is a necessity with three (and I clean under and around the one without a lid so I know what it means to really have to keep it in check). I have a water fountain which I scrub and refill periodically. They are fed Blue Wilderness because it seems to be the better quality food in stores. It's worth it for me because I love them a lot.

About: I've always had pets and I grew up on a dairy farm. I've bottle fed calves and lambs, raised dogs and leash trained them, cared for horses, chickens, almost always had cats, and even kept pet rats! I worked at a dog kennel and groomer at one time briefly, although the environment of a kennel leaves much to be desired as animals kept as pets are best kept in a home environment where possible. My 20 years is just an estimate of collective time with animals really, I am 33 years old. I have commitments to my church every Wednesday and Saturday evening and Sunday mornings.
